We had tickets for the train. We got there 45 minutes before preloading. Ordered grill cheese, pizza slider, and garlic bread. Were told that is the quickest food to make. 45 minutes had come and gone. No food. Finally, we had to get our meals to go. We paid our bill up front or we would have left. We were last to board train and got terrible seats that we were over an hour early for.

Great taproom with amazing IPAs. Our favorite was the Fall Fest Rye IPA. Had the nachos with pulled pork- delicious! Great service, nice atmosphere

This last weekend was our second visit, and the Fajita style quesadilla was something from a fairytale. My husband ate his entire burger, and the light beer was so tasty! Our server was very nice and attentive without being over much so. Big town vibes, in a small town. I like it a lot. Unfortunately, my leftover Fajita quesadilla was stolen at another place, so I cant wait to go back and get some more of the delicious food!!

The food is consistently good. The service is sometimes slow, but is due to how busy they are. It is worth the wait. Everyone is friendly and welcoming Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and high chairs. This is a family friendly place.

We brought a group of 14 seniors from Saline and just had an incredible lunch. Great food, great portion size for the money but most of all TERRIFIC service from our wait staff, Courtney!!

Looked like a cool place, visited on a Sunday afternoon, it was busy. A server took our order at the table since she was expecting a party to arrive and wanted to get ahead of their orders. We were grateful for that and ordered food. We waited a long time and saw a lot of other orders come out, kids were starving at this point and getting hangry. We ended up paying for our drinks and leaving. It had been 45 mins since we ordered the food. The staff were upset that we were leaving, but we didn t want to wait any longer and the eating out experience had already been spoiled for us at that point. It was a nice looking place, maybe worth a visit if you just want a drink or don t mind having a long wait for food.

My wife and I enjoyed our meals. I had the flat bread meat lovers pizza, and she had Turkey Ruben. I had their Octoberfest beer. I cant remember the beer, but it was very tasty.

The new sandwich was amazing. The peanut butter stout needs work. The music wasnt my jam.

For the out of towner, this is a gem. Great beer, amazing food. Downtown tecumseh is so quaint, it feels like home.

Great downtown T destination for motorcycle riders looking for a pure Michigan experience. Great ambiance of a small town Main Street. There was no table service for beers. Had to go to the bar yourself. OK

Dont really care for having to go up to the bar to order and receive my own drink and food and then be asked to tip .

Overall the food here is average. The burgers are juicy which is great however it didn t have much seasoning. Average bar food. The drinks however is worth going there. Service is also average. Food is overpriced for what you get.

Place has been in town 10+ years but we just recently discovered the food menu. Wow! Not a better spot in town to get a good sandwich or burger. If you try the Chipotle turkey rueben, youre in for a real treat! Amazing sandwich! All of their bread and buns are from the bakery two doors down, so its all homemade. Their ingredients are locally sourced and fresh. For years I assumed this place just sold beer, boy was I wrong. Food is pricey, but worth it in quality. I havent had much of their beer as Im not a bar guy, but then I discovered the howlers and growlers. Glass containers of different sizes filled with the beer of your choice. Game changer for a Friday night at home or around the fire. Only beer Ive had of theirs was the resurrection stout, simply amazing beer! And strong! Holding out for their peanut butter porter on my next try. If you havent been here you will soon find out its the best place in Tecumseh for a bite and a beer. What a hidden gem (kind of). Would recommend 1000%!!

Good beer, food, and service, disappointed they took the Beer board down. That made the space with the artistic works for each beer. Disappointed to see it gone.

I think their sandwiches are a notch above the rest. The service is nice but you get your own. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and nice. The beer is good. The atmosphere is good, they even have outside seating when it s nice.

Update: still providing great beer options. Seating can be a little hard depending on the day. But you cant fault the restaurant for being busy. Solid food choices. Its not cheap fried bar food, its actually well made dishes. Great beer options. Nice patios in front and back. Easy parking. Cool events on Fridays in the summer. Parking: Good size parking lot for multiple businesses. Free street parking. Easy walking.

The Boysenberry Hard Cider was Excellent!! As well as the Dill Pickle Dip & Loaded Tater Tots.

We visited on Sunday during lunch last weekend. It was super busy, but we took seats at the bar right away. We took too long picking what we wanted, so our orders went in with a bunch of others. Both bartending ladies were juggling so many things, but were calm and attentive. The boysenberry cider was excellent, and when we got our food it was just what we wanted. Perfect temp on basic burger, tasty and a good size/price ratio. People will say its expensive here, but this place is doing it right- would you rather go to a garbage chain and pay $14 for a soggy thin mystery meat thing? Just dont. p.s. Since they have an open kitchen- right next to the bar seating- you are going to smell like onions and cumin frying on a flat top for the rest of the day but its worth it. Well be back next time were in town.

Staff seemed irritated we walked in the door. 17 bucks for a burger...ZERO flavor. Save your money, support another Tecumseh business. We tried 5 years ago had a negative experience, was informed they had new owner/menu/staff etc we tried it again today. Awful both times!

Me and a buddy were having lunch here, ordered food and drinks. The food and drinks were decent, but when we went out for a cigarette the overzealous female bartender tried acting like we were trying to dine and dash. Like come on dude.

Pretty good brewery. The food is five stars. The beers I would say 4.5 . The downside is you have to stand in line and wait to get a menu to order which can be confusing to new patrons. You can pay as you order or open a tab and then go and cash out. I think servers would be a little more efficient for people that are trying to have a good time at a brewery instead of standing in line every time you want a drink! Definitely would get better reviews and higher stars if the people didnt have to pretty much serve themselves!

If not for the fact that we literally had to serve ourselves, it would have been okay. The atmosphere is pretty alright, but youve got to literally go to the bar yourself for your drinks and to order your food. Apparently this place doesnt believe in servers. Ridiculous. Nothing of value to look at on the walls, though the drinks and food were absolutely top notch. Learn to serve. I dont go out to get my own drinks.

Ive been here before, but Im updating my review to be more specific. I really enjoy this place. Its a little overpriced in my opinion, but I keep coming back. The food is amazing, and I like their beer selection too. I had the TBC burger and it was phenomenal. The Pit porter was robust and delicious too.

TCB is the best place to eat in town by leaps and bounds. Highly recommend. Always good specials. The nachos are insanely yummy. And the bartenders are always on point.

It was good but 30 bucks for 2 beers and and order of wings? Won t be back.

Great brewery loaded with small town charm. Its not just IPAs youll find here, theres plenty of sours, stouts, and lighter options that will please any drinker. You need to order at the bar, which is pretty common at breweries with big seating areas. Speaking of which, theres an outdoor seating area in the back during the warmer months.

Very good beers. Excellent food. They always have a special that has never disappointed. Parking: There is parking along the road, and behind, city parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible both front and rear entrances.

Good food, good beer, and a fun place to be.

Food was good, we had a salad and a Reuben sandwich to split. The only thing I question, is that the $12 salad was actually the size of a normal side salad..? Maybe some confusion as to the size we requested in the kitchen? Tip; Stop at the counter to place your order if it s your first time here, then pick your table. We got there 4:45, within 20 minutes most of the tables were taken. Filled up quick! Met the owner, very nice guy!

Stopped for lunch when passing thru, cute little restaurant with lots of parking in the back. Hubby had a burger which he said was good, I just had the beer cheese soup, which I had never even heard of before. I gotta say it was phenomenally delicious, no exaggeration! And the bread it is served with was perfectly baked with just enough crunch & tasted heavenly when dipped in the soup. I want to go back and buy that soup by the quart if they sell it that way!

This is my favorite place! Always friendly staff, kind and caring. The beer is great and the food is even better! Rotating specials that always give me a reason to come back. Vegetarian options: There are not a lot of vegetarian options but always a few. The veggie burger is handmade and is truly amazing. The salad is huge and delicious. And there is almost always a veggie special option as well. Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids and they have juice boxes as well as some dye free sodas.

We ve been coming here for years, but honestly they charge too much now. It s no longer worth coming out here and I m disappointed too say that. For two people, if you eat and drink two beers each your not leaving under 80$.

Atmosphere was nice, food was fresh and tasted great. I got a half order of nachos with the house chorizo and it was 5/5. The $1 add on for sour cream was a disappointing amount, maybe a small ice cream scoop worth. Drinks were from cans, not fountain so there are no refills without an extra charge. Unfortunately, we waited nearly 45 minutes before our food finally got to our table. It would have been a lot easier to wait had we known service was slow. Im not opposed to coming back, but if my experience is the same, I may opt to have take out orders only.

Service was very slow. We got tired of waiting for someone to come outside where we were at to place our orders, so we finally went inside just to get some beer. The place wasnt too busy either. I also wanted dinner, not very many choices on menu so I ordered nachos. Beer and nachos okay. This restaurant also has a nice atmosphere, but needs more choices on both their drink and food menus.

Beer was great! Food smelled amazing upon opening the door, and I had to ask the guy next to me - Jerk chicken! Yum!

Still like going but we dont really drink the beer anymore. Every fruit/sweet sounding beer is a sour and we just dont like sours at all. It feels like almost 50% of the menu are sours last 2 times we were in. Been coming since the first week they opened and they have sky rocketed in popularity and in great service. The first few years, they were figuring everything out and now its perfected! Im always very happy coming here and the staff is great! Love that they deliver food to tables now so nobody is picking through the food at the window and love the merchandise.

The food is excellent, but WAAAAY over priced. The beer is good, but at times I feel they need to offer some more simple pilsner or lager options, to appeal to a wider variety of folks.
