Good food. Friendly service.

Have tried other locations, and this one shouldnt be in business. Tried several times. When they get the order correct, its great. Unfortunately thats rarely the case. Wont be going back. They are giving the franchise a bad reputation.

False advertising!!! Went in for lunch to grab a bowl because their sign out front said theyre 9.99$. Guy working cashier said the deal is only after 3pm. Nowhere on the sign out front said that.

we got there at 11:30 and there was no rice. Avocado was half brown and the bowls was half full. Serves was horrible. She didnt even know what went in a Oaxaca bowl. Not going there again.

Had an extremely pleasant visit to this Freshii Location- new staff/ team were very nice and welcoming. Quick in order prep, neat & clean store. Will definitely visit again!!!

I went here for the first time, and I wasn t sure what to order. And the employee helped me pick what I wanted! It was delicious, I also got a smoothie and it was the best I ve probably ever had! Definitely recommend this place!

Stopped in yesterday and got the Oaxaca bowl with tofu. Highly recommend it, super filling and really delicious! Loved it and cant wait to try the rest of the menu!!

Experience or service hasnt been over 2 stars any of the times weve been here .. dont know why we keep going back. The staff are extremely slow and seems like they lack training. Id call and share the feedback directly but when you call they dont answer the phone and then when you walk in 4 staff are standing around with not a customer in the store. Have been told the smoothie machine isnt working multiple times. I hope sharing this feedback helps them identify areas to improve and be better.

Just stopped by on my way home from work and got the Freshii green smoothie. So delicious and made great. This is my go to spot when I am coming home from work!!

Spent $26 dollars on 2 soups that the noodles weren t even cooked and had only had 1 piece of chicken.

Customer service was good, ladies were very friendly and helpful. Portions are large and you get lots of food. They do however have a limited amount of toppings for a salad bar. (Compared to other businesses in the area) The salads and bowls themselves lack flavor. No seasoning. Dressings are bland. I personally would not return but someone else may enjoy :)

My first ever review. I never complain about these things but Brunette girl straight up rolled her eyed at me when I ordered a smoothie, cashed me out and didn t ask the size either. Made me a fiesta wrap with chicken even though she never asked me for protein at all I m a vegetarian. The wrap was also very bad and fell apart. I never complain but the google reviews show that other people agree that the service here is very bad. When I tried to call for manager it no pick up at all and phone was ringing constantly when I was in the store. Paid 16$ for terrible food. Will not be going to this location again this was girl straight up acting like she don t want to be there.

The portion of the bowl in this Freshii is less than any other places! I prefer to drive more to not order here anymore!

Stopped in and ordered 4 smoothies for our family and the staff were friendly and had the smoothies ready quickly. The best part, they tasted delicious! Will definitely be back

I very much dislike their food and it is way over priced. Green Nest is much better and is only around a 2 minute drive away from Freshii.

The woman who worked tonight was just very ignorant and rude. I can not believe they hire people like this to represent their buisness. Rolled her eyes at me gave an attitude and mean look, was not welcoming at all. I will be spreading the word about this awful service which almost made me leave in tears.

The food is great. But they ve only been staffing one person to work and it s always so busy. The one person is taking online and in person orders and doing all the food prep. It s not fair to the staff or the customers to be not hire more help. Very disappointing.

I do love Freshii and I go to this location all the time.. I wouldn t be writing this review normally but today I went in and ordered the bowl i always order, upon opening the bowl I saw it was 80% just rice and not much sauce at all, I did call them to give my feedback, in the past I have had one of the employees to make the wrong bowl 3 times in one visit.. the bowls lack consistency at this location and are a hit or Miss.

Ordered online and ordered a bowl without quinoa and got a burrito! When I complained they put the burrito in a bowl full of quinoa!

Would rather go out of my way to go to the freshii on Dougall. Some of the girls that work here need to be fired. Theyre not friendly at all and they make the worst salads. Always so dry..

My wife and I enjoy Freshii, it is one of our go-to choices for take out. We will not be ordering food from this location anymore. Quality and portions are inconsistent and mistakes are frequently made with our orders. I was not surprised to see all the one star reviews. It is truly unfortunate as we enjoy the food when its done right.

Just doesn t compare to the other locations. Dry. Hardly any dressing. Just bleh. And I m obsessed with Freshii. Make the trip to Dougal 100%

I go to this location all the time and the food here is always made right. I get a custom bowl and the girls here always give me exactly what i want! I love the food

Terrible service, you can tell that the staff hates their jobs!! They never smile and have no manners!

Way overpriced small portions. The chicken tasted like bland boiled shredded chicken and service was bad. The female employee that served me definitely hates her job.

So, I dont normally send reviews out. But, portion was very small (Bowl was a 1/3 filled, Chicken was VERY dry. Not overly happy with my first time visit. Ive been to other places that serve bowls like this and feel bang for the buck was much better.
