In 1984, our family opened its first Naples Pizza outlet in Windsor's east side. We were determined to give our customers "Unquestionably the Best" tasting pizza around and as a result, our family owned operation of over 23 years has now grown to around 20 locations throughout Essex and Kent counties, and London. And we have always listened to our customers. They wanted more, so we gave them more. In addition to our original pizza, new menu items with the same great taste were added to satisfy customer demand. We continually research new products to always offer a delicious experience every time!

Worst pizza sub I have ever had, And for $20 I would have been better off going to circle k across the road and getting a premade sub…for half of the money..

I've been here before. I was here on the service call delivering flooring. I was greeted nicely. I received accurate instructions on where to put the materials period after we were completed our job. Pros Hot Lots of toppings Not burnt. Friendly staff. Nice location Cons. Sometimes the pizza is a little dark on the bottom. I grew up with Naples in Amherstburg, and always loved it. I have ordered from here quite a bit and have rarely had any issues. It's a good Naples , enjoy.
Not sure what is going on here at this location but this was the second time they were not able to get the order correct. Apparently they “forgot” the ham on a meat lovers. Which feels like a lie, as there was a few pieces. Instead of fixing the problem they tired to bribe me with a bottle of pop, by charging me the same price. They knew they made a “mistake” but forced their solution onto me. They could have contacted me immediately with the truth or FIXED THE PROBLEM! Pizza is wonderful when it is done right, but the pizza was not hot at pickup within the 20 min I ordered. It feels less like a mistake, but I got a pizza that had been sitting for who knows how long. Never again.
I would Highly recommend Naples for their amazing pizza! Great staff, friendly atmosphere. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Will definitely return.
Tony and his staff are GREAT!!! Always friendly & courteous, and provide exceptional customer service. You have a customer for life! The pizza is always fresh, the crust is always perfectly crispy, and the cheese and sauce is exceptional!! Also, I love their assorted subs, the buns are nice and soft and all the meat and toppings are fresh. My children love dropping in to pickup the pizzas because they just love Tony and he knows both my children by name. Thank you

The last three orders have been below standards. Wrong ingredients, pizza order not even started until I arrived at pick up time and confusion. Perhaps they should turn down the blaring music so that they could pay more attention to the details.
Since the mid 90 s I ve been a customer at Naples. When I have travelled and have pizza it s never as good as Naples. Consistent quality for decades.
Went to get subs and ordered a super sub and got the same amount of meat on it as a regular assorted sub, when I get the same sub when Im work the sub has much more meat like it should and when I asked about it today he said this is it. Will go to Cutting Board next time.

I always assume pizza makers know if a pizza is burnt or not. not at this location apparently. with so many pizza shops in Tecumseh, service like this is just terrible. $36 for a 16 slice large, burnt, pizza.

Dishonesty
We like to support all local businesses so we rotate where we order our pizzas from. Saturday we ordered from Naples on Old Tecumseh Rd. We always ask for the pizza to be lightly done. The pizza that we received had a black crust. We even arrived early from the time that we were told it would be ready but yet the crust was burnt. Unfortunately, we won t order from there again :(

Been to this location twice now. Both times the pizza was good. Pizza was ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be and service was quick and friendly.

This place is amazing!! The food is amazing and the staff are so friendly and kind, pizza is obviously great but also make sure to try the Greek salad! They have a special home made sauce that is full of flavour. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Everytime we come here the pizza is incredible! Thin & crispy crust - sauce and cheese are perfect! Hands down our fave and we love sitting outside. The guys working inside are so kind and helpful. Officially our fave pizza in town! Wings are also so good. The adults get the spicy and the kids love the honey garlic ones!!!
A couple weeks ago I ordered a pizza from Naples the same place, and it cost me $34. I ordered the same pizza today as I always order, and they charged me $59.59 for a large pizza with everything no anchovies. This is an incredible rip-off, and I would not recommend ordering from there to anyone. Also the receptionist did not give me a total after I ordered because had she, I would have said forget it and ordered from someplace else.

Great pizza. They even had more toppings than normal this time around which was a bonus. Ill be ordering again, probably in the next couple of weeks

I am overly impressed with the professionalism, quality, and reasonable service of this pizza place! They offered free personal pizzas for front line workers which led to my family supporting them in return and ordering pizza last night for dinner. 10/10 pizza!! This evening my friend and I stopped in to grab a pizza. Let me tell you that the man making our pizza (Adam) was so very sweet and absolutely a pleasure to chat with. He made our pizza fabulously and over all just an amazing guy. Naples is very lucky to have such a friendly and kind employee. Tony and is staff are always warm and personable, the pizza is always fresh, hot, and the use of high quality ingredients is very obvious from the first bite you take of their delicious pizza! Thank you for the great service. I cant wait to go there in the summer and sit on their beautiful patio and enjoy a pizza with my family. I even noticed they have an awning that retracts outward from the building for those extra hot days to shade you from the hot Windsor heat.

Very delicious pizza. me and my family have tried beef one.. OMG we couldnt stop eating..soooooo yammy.
Showed up at 11:45 and they said slices werent available yet. I asked how long, and I was told 10 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and it turned out thats when he would start making the slice pizza. Still sitting here at 12:10 without a slice and my lunch break is pretty much over :-(
