Professional staff. Had a large order for my wife's Dad's bday. Everything was done great. And delivery was on time. We really enjoyed the chicken wings as well.

One of the best crunchy pizza in Windsor. We had an order of 2 queen pizzas a cheese only and a vegetarian one. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and it tasted really good. Shout out to Aaron and the cook who did an incredible job. Great customer service.
Joe is awesome! I recently had a catering order for my daughter’s birthday party and the food was delicious (pizza, fries and chicken fingers). Everyone loved it and he was wonderful to deal with! We usually order our pizza from there weekly, but will continue to recommend them for catering needs as well! Great job Joe and team :)
Ordered a queen size pizza tonight for a quick easy dinner and I am so glad that I did. My family and I absolutely loved the pizza and it was the best I’ve had in a while. We kept going back for more! Also the lady who cashed me out was amazing and super friendly. So happy with the customer service and quality of the food!!
First time ordering here since it was Gino's Pizza. Never ordered when they were replaced by Terry's pizza. Naples is here now...figured it has been open for a while now...I'll give it a try...had high hopes since it's Naples Pizza. Ordered a four topping Queen special....only they put three toppings on it...they forgot my mushrooms...could have used the mushrooms since they were skimpy on the other unevenly placed toppings. Pizza was already sitting on top of oven when I got there...and I was 10 minutes early. And the box was covered in ashes. The counter girls were discombobulated, running around like they were lost and confused. My pizza was way overcooked and dry..burnt bottom and crust. Ordered Little Caesars for the kids too,and tried a slice..it's cheap pizza but at least it wasn't burnt. My first time ordering experience from this Naples location leaves me wondering if I will ever order again and tell others about my experience at Naples on County Rd. 42. Tried again...same experience,burnt pizza.....you can smell the burnt as soon as you walk into this place...panzerotti looked like a flat half Frisbee..no taste and soggy. Figured the food wood be better with all the people working there. The old Gino's was actually better... which is funny. Only tried again because it's closer,didn't feel like driving to Tecumseh and Lesperance area where there are better pizza places. Not sure if the franchise owners know what is going on at this location...but it is killing your name and reputation. It's a shame Tony and Canadian Bread Bakers.
Nice to have an authentic Windsor Pizza Resteraunt in this neck of the woods. Delicious Garlic. Awesome Pizza. The kitchen looks awesome with all the nice tile and marble.

Ordered a king size pizza for work lunch today, 1/2 veggi, 1/2 meat lovers. I really liked the veg (don t eat meat). It had shrooms, peppers, pineapple and feta cheese. Interesting combo, but good. The crust was thin crust so I might suggest a fork and knife. I think the pizza sauce is what made the flavour outstanding! We also had extra cheese which I highly recommend. Mmmmm cheese! I think we will order from here again.

Went in and order a poutine . Told me 7 min wait. Sat down and waiting ten mins and he didnt even drop the fries down. Then watched him clean up the gravy pitcher with his fingers and put the gravy on his fingers back right in to the pitcher . Not clean one bit.
Parking: Best pizza and subs ..out in the county a lil but well worth the drive from the city Food

Just had a small pizza and an assorted sub both were fantastic. The sub was so old school with that thin lettuce. Brought me back to my youth! Keep up the great work.
First couple pizza orders were great, no complaints! Then came my last order......worst $50 spent on a pizza pie ever, skimped so bad on toppings especially cheese, something tasted rancid yuk!..... Couldnt even stomach it to eat.....was sooo very disappointed. I will no longer order there
This family business goes above and beyond to create a lasting impression on their customers. Antonio took the time to get to know a young boy while waiting for his pizza with his dad, and had some friendly soccer banter. He took an interest in what he liked, and even stocked drink items for him (our son asked why they only had pop and Antonio had red Gatorade waiting for him in the fridge the next time they went in)! The next time they went in, Antonio s brother was there and they had a similar encounter. Based on these experiences, we will keep going back for sure! It s not common to find businesses that are genuinely kind and caring to their customers. Thank you!

It s great to have a Naples Pizza in this area. Will be even more easier to get to once construction on 42 is done. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful! Ordered a queen size half cheese half pepperoni pizza. Pizza was delicious and was great with the garlic sauce. I will definitely be coming back!
Went in to get slices for me and my buddy but they had just sold out. Dude suggested 2-for-1 sub special, so I went that way. No regrets. Super value on the subs. Naples definitely turned this location around since taking over. Definitely will stop in again next time Im in the area and hungry.
