I just ordered from there online for delivery they drop it off at your door do not ring the doorbell and do not knock on the door telling you your orders there therefore your food sits outside getting cold very bad service.

This is a really nice place to just hangout! Nachos and tandoori chicken pizza hits the spot. Had oscillation about coming here but Im glad I came! Worth mentioning the service! Probably one of my fav spots as a new comer to Windsor area.

I got an amazing deal - individual 2 topping pizzas for $4.95. I ordered a ham and pineapple one and a double butter chicken one. Very tasty with the sesame seeds on and at no extra cost. The lady who served me was helpful and patient. I will be back for sure :)

Updated review: my son wanted to try this pizza again. We ordered through Skip the Dishes and he dropped off the wrong order. Despite that, the pizza was delicious and the sauce was savoury and not sweet like other pizzas. We are glad we tried this pizza again! Old review: We ordered pizza delivery. The pizza was overcooked and very dark. The worst part was it was luke warm! Our house is a 3 minute drive from the restaurant we won t be eating here again.

Was visiting Windsor with family, felt hungry, found swan pizza close by. Amazing pizza with great taste. Simar is one of their employees and she was too good in her service towards us. AMAZING PLACE. I came here with my boys and everything we ate was superb. They got so many options for dough and fresh veggies. The desserts are great too. I ordered the tiramisu cheesecake and I always come back for it. They have something for every foodie. I d definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Tried another pizza today it was very good

Pizza was overcooked, requests and ingredients were not respected. You call the place and they don t answer. Honestly, this location must be the worst in Windsor.

The service was exceptionally amazing, and the food delivered a burst of fresh flavours! The crust and toppings offered a distinct taste from typical franchise pizzas. I m confident you won t be disappointed. A must try.

We ordered on the 10 march their special on the personal pizzas from the Manning Road branch. They werent prepared for the amount of orders that came in. I unfortunately was not able to collect my order after placing the online order for pickup at 3pm. We waited for over two hours and did not even reach inside. We could not cancel the order inside at the counter and we did not get our refund for pizzas not received. My husband has emailed and gotten zero replies and Ive sent a message via Facebook in which they admitted they were overwhelmed with the orders and will contact me to work something out. As of right now I have received no contact, no pizza and no refund. Multiple people left due to the length of wait time. I will call the branch when they open and hopefully I will get my pizzas or my money back. And if I get nothing, I will never recommend or order from red swan again.

Ordered on March 10 special $2 personal pizza day. Site said 20 minute wait before I paid, sounds great. If I remember correctly, it was after and not before I paid that they said Be prepared for unpredictable wait times. Okay, thats understandable from a sales POV, even though I placed it online and it was after I paid rather than before (to my knowledge). That SHOULD NOT mean a 2.5 hour wait and having to stand in line for it in the process. There was a serious lack of preparation and organization. I know the employees are likely not the ones posting these sales tactics, but the company is, and it is the employees & employers being unprofessional. It sounds like other customers couldnt get refunds as well, mainly because the site lies about being able to cancel online without calling and then only giving you the phone number (calling was useless as no one could take calls). The pizza was good though, just keep this in mind if customer service is a big priority of yours or if there is a special like this again, which is not worth it. I kinda got tricked by the $2 pizza add not thinking it was personals, thats my fault though, theyre just $2 more on any normal day before 3PM given their big-letter advertising.

Red Swan Pizza is my new go to restaurant in Tecumseh! As someone who is really not a fan of pizza I have become a pizza lover because they have the best pizza! I love their nachos, cheesy bread, garlic bread too! The customer service is above and beyond and the owner is so kind! I enjoy speaking with him each time I visit! Definitely recommend this place
