Went for lunch. Not busy. Few customers. Ordered the Cajun Fried shrimp appetizer for $16.99. Not bad. Had about 7 fried shrimp. Battered red peppers, onion and jalapeños. Not bad. Ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger. Tasted good. Little greasy but nice and piping hot! Added a Ceasar side salad for $1 extra. The Ceasar salad was underwhelming and tiny. Nothing special. $21. Ordered 2 kids meals. $10.99 each. One cheese pizza and fries. The other order was chicken strips and fries. The pizza was good but tasted like store bought frozen pizza. The chicken strips were crunchy but lacked flavour. The strips definitely needed the help of the provided dipping sauce. Fries mere meh. Service was good but had to ask for refills and ketchup. Service 9/10 Food 7.5/10

We were told we needed to leave, as my seven year old son was standing next to our table. He was literally, just standing next to the table. He was not in front of any exits, entrances, in the servers way or next to any other patrons. We were told by the hostess that he was a liability; he was not running, not jumping, not carrying on, not making any noise. Deplorable.

Food was great, but service was off tonight. I think they were short staffed. Our server was sweet, but we had to wait for everything.

Me and my friend were waiting at the door for 45 minutes to get the table and no one was bothered to attend us( 3 tables were busy only) Then we got the table and again we waited for 45 to 50 minutes just to give the order . The servers were free ,roaming here and there Having there sweet chit chat time Is this the way you attend your customers?? Sooo pathetic and mannerless staff

Place was pretty much empty on a thursday night... Not a good sign. Ordered the steak. Worst steak ever. There is no way this meat was fresh. Sent it back it took almost a half hour for a new one. I took it to go as I ran out of time. Got to the hotel. Same horrible flavour. Did not eat. The server was doing her best but the food was just awful.

Our last visit (Oct 10) was excellent. Beer was cold, food was hot and cooked extremely well......reason I say that is Im very fussy in insisting on my chicken wings being cooked thoroughly (and they were!). Service was outstanding. Overall, great visit!

Today, October 24, 2024, as almost every Tuesday, my friend and I went to the Kelseys at 9 Amycroft in Tecumseh, Ontario for salmon and broccoli. Even though you have changed your salmon dish to a bowl, they still make me the original salmon and I always order double broccoli. It is always fabulous, and our Waitress was 30 Mel A. She is accommodating, kind, and is an amazing waitress. I will keep on going as much as I can on Tuesdays. Hopefully the salmon will always be there for me to enjoy. I highly recommend that salmon and broccoli. ( I always get double broccoli, instead of the rice). I eat at any Kelseys no matter what city I am in. Please keep your famous salmon, and broccoli. I was concerned when they told me that they were changing the dish. I love Kelseys and eating there. It was cold in there today, and Mel A was kind enough to adjust the temperature to make it more comfortable. Thank you, Kathy Beck

Very fast service at this location. Our server Daniella was on the ball! She made sure our order had all of our customizations correct and always checked on us, she was very good at reminding us of good deals they have going at this location. This is the WORST burger I EVER ordered in my whole life! Dont waste your money, this is disrispectful. The photos are NOT AT ALL TRUE. What I received is DISGUSTING. No bacon at all, it is REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD. I am not going to eat this and Ill go tomorrow to this place to ask for my money back. This is AWFUL

The SLOWEST service I have ever experienced. We wait 10mins for our server to come over and take our drink order, 15mins later and the drinks came out, 10 more mins for apps to arrive, chicken bites were over cooked and the server was slow and didnt come back to check on anything. Not impressed, wont be back.

After we were unable to be accommodated elsewhere (even after trying to make a reservation). We were in need of somewhere to have dinner. Kelseys was suggested. SO as we left the place that shall not be named I called Kelseys on a wing and a prayer that they could seat 8 people around 6:00 on a Friday night. Kelseys came through. Thank you for the amazing service and food. The other restaurants loss was your gain. P.S. Only issue was the screaming child, but that is not their fault.

Very disappointed is the food. So bad had to send it back dry chicken, way over cooked burger. Drinks were good however. Long Island ice tea amazing. Bathrooms dirty toilets rock, need repairs. They did remove the cost for food from our bill.

Stopped here on my way out of Windsor for lunch and had an excellent experience, Jennifer was a great waitress great service. We had the new crunchy Mac and cheese and it was great! would recommend!

The service was not good and the second drink I ordered had no alcohol in and the over charged me. This was the worst experience I ve had at a Kelsey s WHATCH YOUR CHARGES !!!!! THERE IS NO WAY I would recommend or return the manager was rude and not willing to make things right after more than doubling my bill then telling me it may take 5 days to go back into my account!!!!!! SERIOUSLY

The salad was fine, but the steak was not warm and very tough. It even had a bent fork! It took 50 minutes for the worst steak to be served

I brought my daughter out lunch for her birthday today and I ordered a burger and subbed soup for my side which is 1.99 extra had five noodles and three pieces of chicken ,daughter got beet salad with shrimp was made of head lettuce and 4 shrimp bid was 51$ I will never be back and don t go hungry because it will cost you a fortune
