Pizza is very tasty. They increased their prices. They also changed the cost per toppings. It used to be a set price for 4 toppings and now they charge per item. Although we enjoy the pizza, we will reconsider ordering due to the price increase. $2.50 for some toppings is ridiculous.

I have had some good pizza from 360 but last couple times not good. This time in particular my pizza was raw. It was the worst in the centre of the pizza. I tried to re cook it at home but was so irritated I just tossed it. Unacceptable.

(Edit: this review is from 2022 but was accidentally edited in 2024) Came here a week or two ago with a family member and we each got a pizza and a gelato. The place looks great. The unique pizzas they have were great and I m really happy I got to try it. The gelato flavour options were great, and it tasted great (but how could gelato be bad). Yes, the prices are a bit high, but this is somewhere you go to try a fancier pizza with higher end, sometimes imported ingredients. I believe the price is justified and fine for an occasional visit. The workers were very nice and friendly! If I had the extra money I would ve given a big tip.

Went in tonight for dinner with my husband and 2 teenage children and was very impressed with our entire experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and our order was taken immediately. The food was all very delicious- hot and tasty. The best part of our visit was the interaction with the staff - they were all so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Was great! Loved the Margherita pizza, Quattro Stagioni, salad. Ordered Stella beers. Vino was a bit pricey at $8.99 for a small glass. Highly recommend. Nuciola (Hazelnut), Pistacchio and lemon Gelato were amazing! We ordered 2 large sizes for takeout. Good pricing on espresso ($1) and cappuccino/Latte ($2) Hot chili oil is delicious with the pizza! Be sure to ask for it Buon appetito!!!

Ordered 4 large pies on 5/9. They were made quickly and accurately. When I took them home, my wife opened the box and said wow, these pizzas look awesome! When we ate them, legit, these are the best Oven 360 pies we have ever had. We have ordered from the OG Grand Marais location and a ton of pies from Emeryville. Hands down the best pies were made here. They were so good I had to find out who made them. I called to tell them the pies were so good and to say thanks. I found out it was Tyler and Lucas who were the craftsmen at the helm. The pies were exactly how they should have been: hot, generous toppings, not charred/burnt on the bottom, and made right on time. We ordered: Francesco w/garlic, Mr. Harper w/garlic and oregano and 2 custom pies: Tomato sauce, pancetta, portobello, pepperoni, roasted red peppers w/EVOO, basil and garlic and a Pesto, prosciutto, portobello and chicken w/garlic and thyme. If you like a bit of spice ask for the hot oil on the side. Seating area is new, clean and spacious. It looks awesome! I am particularly impressed as this was my first order from this location. When I order from here in the future, I hope Tyler and/or Lucas are working that day!!!!! Thanks O360 and especially Tyler and Lucas! Will 10000000% order from here again! (The parking lot is a little tight for larger trucks but there is a back parking lot that has more room. I bet if Tyler or Lucas designed the lot though, they would have done it right LOL)

Not what it once was. The new hot salami tastes like bologna, pepperoni isnt crisp, no more pesto sauce, and toppings are skimpier. Prices are getting out of hand for whats being offered. Pie is still tasty, and the cannoli are great, but its taken a noticable dip overall.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! Enzo and Tyler and two female staff (sorry we didn t get your names) we re making sure the restaurant was clean & tidy and that customers were taken care of and not waiting unnecessarily. Three different employees asked us if we had been helped before we ordered and apologized for the wait even though we could see they were busy helping other customers. It s so great to see such conscientious employees! After we got our food, we were asked a couple times if we needed anything and if everything was satisfactory. It is great to experience such polite and remarkably good service! The gelato and pizzas tasted great and the prices were really reasonable too! It was the outstanding service, however, that made our visit memorable! I am looking forward to our next visit; thank you!

My family and I stopped here in the evening after a day at the hospital following the loss of my father. The owner, Mr. Carcelen was there and was amazing. He made sure we were taken care of, checked on us frequently and made sure we knew we could take whatever time we needed while we were there. The family loved the salad in the bread bowl and the pizzas. Beautifully done, great tasting and everyone especially loved the Nutella pizza. I ate here for the first time on the Sunday evening of Thanksgiving, with my partner and mother. We each got a different personal pizza and shared. Some of the flavours were classic and traditional, and some were adventurous and inventive, but everything was delicious, on top of perfect dough. I was impressed with the staff, who were attentive and professional even while very busy. In this post-Covid era, its been hard to find a restaurant that is a good value, and also a great experience, but Oven 360 here in Tecumseh is a pleasant surprise, and a new favourite!

Oven 360 on Tecumseh is my go-to spot for pizza, and I cant recommend it enough! I swing by at least once a week, and each visit is consistently fantastic.

The best pizza hands down. And no thats not a cliche, it really is. I live close by to this location and I get it regularly and it is amazing. Ive never been disappointed. And the kids that work there are real nice too:)

Weve ordered here plenty of times both for dine in and takeout. Good quality food, comes out fast. The gelato is a nice treat. We tried the new bread salad bowl but the lettuce was wilted even with dressing on the side. Highly recommend the pizzas.

My sister and I popped in after being recommended to try it by others. Absolutely great experience and value. Service was fantastic. Loved Allyson s recommend of pesto, goat cheese, prosciutto and red onion. Dessert was tasty too. Loved it so much bought 3 frozen ones to take home.

Ive been meaning to try Oven 360s pizza for a while, and decided to stop by on the way home tonight. Service was pretty quick, pizza tasted awesome. Crust was a little bit chewy, but that might be because it didnt travel well (takeout), or it might have been a bit under done. Regardless, will be a repeat customer.

I went into the store to order my pizza, they gave my pizza to someone else so I had to wait longer, they rushed my 2nd pizza and it was u der cooked to I had to finish cooking it at home.

My family got take out pizza, it was not good. It was extremely greasy, burnt around the edges and raw in the centre. We ve had 360 from south Windsor and it was always phenomenal. Tecumseh is new but the standards need to be raised. Windsor is pizza Mecca, the pies we got tonight were shameful.

Extremely slow service if you order your food prior then go for pickup to restaurant after that 20 minutes at-least

Picked up a pizza there after work on a Saturday after calling in an order and my pizza was just coming out of the oven when I got there. I have been to the original South Windsor location a few times before and I was surprised to see this locations pizza was just as good even though they opened two or three weeks ago. Pizza crust was cooked just the way I like it, not soggy and underdone with just the right amount of crisp that holds up to their quality toppings. I got the four meat Mr. Harper pizza and added there amazing hot peppers! Definitely hit the spot! Great to have this location nearby now. Going to have to go back soon and try some of the other pizzas and get some of their delicious gelato!

My folks have been ordering pizza in Windsor for about 50 years. They are not the most tech-savvy but they insisted I add this review on their behalf. The pizza was absolutely amazing - crust was just right with perfect texture, and the sauce and toppings so flavourful. It s their new go-to place for pizza. And the staff were super friendly and efficient. Awesome place!

Tonight my husband and two daughters ate here for the first time and it was FANTASTIC! First of all, the fact that my 5&6 year old daughters loved it was amazing. They especially loved the crust which they usually leave uneaten on their plates - but not with Oven360!! My husband and I loved it too, and particularly appreciated the fact that we can enjoy our own toppings instead of one of us having to compromise when we get a large family sized pie (he likes boring toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms and green pepper while I like more I interesting things like pesto, caramelized onions, artichokes and goat cheese). We will definitely be eating from Oven360 on a regular basis as I am I intrigued by their bread bowl salads which sound amazing, as well as their paninis which look incredible. For when lockdown is over and we can dine-in again, the fact that they are licensed and offer a variety or beer and wine to have with your meal, as well as gelato and other desserts really sets this place apart as it is a great place to take your entire family, or go out with your spouse for a date night. Anyone who has had a bad first experience please keep in mind that they have just opened and have been training their staff during their soft opening, and as with everything, there is a learning curve. I implore you to give them another chance - Im sure whatever issues there might have been the first few weeks have been ironed out and you will have a great second experience! Great job Oven360 Tecumseh, and I wish you guys much success and cant wait to eat at your establishment on a regular basis because IT. IS. AWESOME!

This is not a reflection on Oven 360 as a whole, but just this particular location only. This is 2 min away from my house so I decided to try it when they opened. I was not impressed at all. I thought to my self they just opened so they need time to train how to make pizzas. I gave them a second chance yesterday and I have to say, it was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. The pizza was misshapen and not even close to 14 inches round. It was around 12 inch round, with barely any sauce or cheese and stingy with toppings. I spent 20 dollars on what would have been a personal pizza. The store it self was overly dark and with massive glass shields in front of the counter which makes it impossible to hear or interact with the employees. Not a very inviting place. The staff however was extremely friendly. Will continue to go out of my way to Walker Road to get my fix of oven 360 from now on.

This a new Oven 360 location, we gave it a chance for four different orders on different occasions. And every time its very inconsistent on the quality, either burnt or the salad has tasted gritty like there was dirt in it. We live in Tecumseh, and I would rather continue to drive to Belle River or Walker Road for our 360 orders. We have been to the Leamington location with no issues either.

My husband got a FREE pizza today (they offered). Not because it was free but, in reality, that was one of the most delicious pizzas I have ever had in my life. I would highly recommend this location. The pizza overall including the crust and toppings, everything was done perfectly. Good Job, Team!!

This is the very best, authentic pizza you will ever have. I highly recommend it. The wood burning stove literally makes all the difference. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and delicious. I was told the order would be ready in 45mins. I get there 45mins later, and they didn t even start my order. They said they forgot. I already paid for the order online, so I had to wait for the whole pizza to be made.

Amazing food and great personal touch on customer service! Ordered twice for over 20 personalized pizzas for a safe covid free team lunch and this location not only delivered us all the pizzas but they even named each pizza to each of us employees so when it arrived my staff was able to start eating their pizza with no errors! The pizza is absolutely delicious and the toppings are all high quality and freshly prepared. More importantly though the service is outstanding, especially one employee, Mary Beth, who went above and beyond to make our patio dining experience truly awesome.

I heard this was the same owners/recipe as caboto club pizza and was super excited to try it. Not the same. Tasted off. Not the same crust consistency. Cheese was hard and we just picked it up. Salad bococinni balls didn t have flavor. It s close to home so it would have been awesome to have if it were the same as caboto.

First time going to oven360 and the size of the menu and amount of toppings can be a little overwhelming at first. The girl who helped me (I believe her name is Allie) was extremely patient and professional. I really enjoyed the fact that they cook the pizza in front of you in a wood burning oven while you wait. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning with family!

Oven 360 pizza is delicious! I really like the Francesco and Triple Garlic which were recommended to me by employees. The salad with dressing is fresh, and topped with bocconcini and grape tomatoes. This location only gets 3 stars because of the parking situation. I circled the parking lot a few times before giving up and parking down the street - all that for just a brief pick up (which was cold by then).

I ve been to the other 4 360s. Pizza here was much smaller and so thin that they had tears. Not like any other 360. Owner is trying to use only 2/3 the dough. Ripoff. Go to a different 360.
