Yu's Kitchen in Tecumseh

Had a wonderful experience here! Food could have been ready earlier than my scheduled time and the lovely woman working took the time to call and let me know that it could be ready earlier and when it was ready. Food was very reasonably priced and delicious and included lots of options!! Won’t forget this place the next time I order food.

We ordered s/ sour chicken balls and so guy with chop suey. The food was very tasty and fresh. I got spring rolls which were not greasy. Would order again for sure

Very good Chinese. General Tsao is good. The chicken fried rice is very good. It has a smokey flavour from the wok. Take out only. Very friendly staff.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I went based on a few Google Reviews that I read. This was a mistake! Although the price was right, the food was NOT. The wonton soup broth was pure water, the egg rolls were small and the sweet & sour chicken was 95% batter and 5% chicken. I threw the chicken in the garbage! I'm leaving a review to save the next person from this meal.

My husband has ordered S&S chicken twice now and both times he got a lot of green pepper and onions but both times the chicken was very stringy and some pieces couldn't even be cut with a steak knife. The S&S sauce tasted very watered done and thickened with little taste and chop suey was pretty tasteless too, just a little bit of brown water in the bottom, no gravy or sauce coating the besnsprouts. I can almost eat plain beansprouts because I love them but chop suey needs flavour. S&S chicken is the only thing my husbands ever orders so ...

After a long time, we finally found a good Chinese restaurant again. So happy to have this place in Tecumseh. We got it delivered and it was so quick, the food came hot and fresh. We always order spicy seafood combination and szechuan chicken, both were excellent.

Pros. Where do I start! Chicken balls... Amazing Chicken fried rice... Amazing Chicken chop suey... Amazing Chicken Sue Guy.... The chicken part. Pretty good. Egg rolls.. yum! Wonton soup. Honestly one of the best I have had in a long time. Lucy's noodles. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Cons. The gravy was a solid mass of wiggly jello. Once it was heated it became more jelloiee. The best Chinese place in Tecumseh. It's like the old Fongs, reincarnated. If you are truly looking for good Canadian Chinese food, this is it.

Wow! Just tried Yu's Kitchen for the first time, fantastic experience. The quality of the meat was excellent not a piece of gristle or sinew in any of it. Flavors distinct in each dish. Veggies crunchy nothing overcooked. Enough left over for dinner another day. We will be returning.
