I had the brisket poutine and it's the best poutine I've ever had. It's tender it's juicy sweet and savoury!
Just had an outstanding coffee and Breakfast sandwich here. The staff was happy and service was fast. The flavors and quality of this breakfast were outstanding. Big thumbs up.
I had the fish and chips (halibut) and my girlfriend got the butter chicken and both dishes were delicious 😋 So if you're passing through the airport pr just want to give a new place a try, I definitely recommend it
Food not bad, bur cost over $20 for a breakfast wrap and a coffee. Not sure what is fusion about lettuce, tomato and mayo.
The food is really amazing. I usually go for my butter chicken poutine but I tried their vege burger for the first time. (IM NOT A VEGETARIAN TAKE IT FROM ME) It was beyond what I expected in a great way. I wish I ordered two. Definitely, will be getting again!
Best airport food I've ever had. I was pleasantly surprised considering it's the only option. Delicious, good price, big portion! I had butter chicken for lunch and was still full at dinner :)
The staff are so kind and accommodating. I eat here once per month when I’m flying home from work. It’s an airport setting so only two stars for atmosphere lol but otherwise the food and service speak for themselves. The butter chicken is the go-to meal here but some other options also available like brisket tacos! The naan bread is disappointing pre-made store bought stuff… they could really up their game if they made their own! Not too shabby for a small town airport restaurant! Enjoy!
One of my favourite places to get food in town. Food is always hot and fresh, with tons of flavour and a good amount for the price. Feel like a snack? Their samosas are always great, chicken, beef or veggi, and pretty cheap. Or go regularly to see what's on special like Chicken Cordon Bleu, with a crispy outside, juicy inside and a lovely honey like mustard sauce to complement it, can't go wrong. Tons of variety, so you'll never get bored.
Excellent food at global fusion!! My favorite is the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast wrap. Butter chicken poutine is also great for lunch

Great service and i really loved the butter chicken. When ever i come to terrace i will always visit this restaurant to eat my butter chicken with naan and rice. People are really nice and the best part is the service with a smile.
Honestly this place is 4.5 for a reason. Go get a chicken burger

The food is average. No service, if you want to have a beer you must buy food. When you buy food over the counter, they ask for tip on the card machine (why ask for tip when no service). Opening hours are not covering operating hours of the airport
Cappuccino tastes like a warmed up version of the milk that is left over in the bowl after eating cornflakes

Had this food truck at our work today for lunch. Was a great meal to round up the day.
I was heading out for a flight at their airport location, and the seats were full! So many delicious meals being enjoyed. When I explained a dietary restriction the man I spoke with suggested the exact thing I was hoping for. Great served and wonderful to have delicious hearty food before a flight.
Been a customer since their food truck days, I love their falafel wrap. Great place to eat and wait if tour plane gets delayed. Will be back routinely.

I have had GF before and it was delicious. Today I ordered the falafel, it was enough for 2 meals . It was so delicious, I ate it all.very flavourful, fresh with a bit of crunch.
I love the food here. It is so fresh, and tastes so good! The quality is great. I would say, understandably, since it is fresh food, that it is a bit of a wait for certain foods. Otherwise though, the service is great! The people are super friendly.:)

Run by a couple hard working friendly guys, great fusion food, I often enjoy the butter chicken poutine. Theyre located in the YXT airport now. Previously you could find them working out of their food truck 12 months a year, rain or shine.

Love the nachos at the airport, a suggestion though. Maybe cut the chicken into smaller pieces? And a half order of fish and chips as the meal size is way too big. Perhaps even for the airport staff Meals are big and alot of people would like to something smaller.
The fish and chips is the best around. Sure, it is self-service and in an airport.....dont let that stop you. The fish was excellent. Only complaint was that although the fish was soooo good, the curry smelled wayyyy better. Gotta have some of that next. Great job guys. Food

Had poutine and as far as I m concerned portion was too small for $13.10 and it had a cinnamon taste to it I even had to close my own box Food

Amazing place to eat while in Terrace! Its a tiny little food truck that was parked around the corner from the butcher shop while we were in town. Asian/Indian fusion with absolutely amazing flavours and lots to choose from. Half our party was vegetarian and we didnt struggle to find something we wanted. The prices are also very fair, and portion size is large. Our party had the deep fried cauliflower, Mexican veggie nachos, potatoe and flatbread, and a chicken fusion taco! All really tasty!!

Had the Butter Chicken from the food truck. Was the best curry I ve ever had. The portion size was good, nice take-out container as well. My coworker had the halibut fish and chips, was equally well done. It s not super fast, we waited about 10 mins for the food to get to us, but that s perfectly fine for quality like that. Shows it s cooked to order. Looking forward to eating there again.
These guys put together a spread of dishes for us last week for a staff Christmas luncheon and knocked it out of the park! The flavor in their dishes was as good as any high end restaurant I have experienced in recent years.... for a fraction of the price. The CRISPY CAULIFLOWER was extremely unique and was the first dish to be emptied by the crew, even before the TERIYAKI PRAWNS that I could not get enough of. If you have not experienced what these guys have to offer Terrace your seriously missing out! To top it all off they are some of the most friendly guys you will ever meet....always smiling!!! Follow them on FB to support them and keep up with their food truck locations and lets hope one day they open a restaurant in our town.
Satisfyingly pleased. Chefs Global provided a work lunch which we picked up and ordered ahead. Everything was very flavorful, hearty and variety. Top value for the dollar and highly recommended. We will be back.
Delicious! Friendly and great service. We used them for an event as well and the menu was amazing! Everyone was happy with the food and they offered a great vegetarian option as well, the amount of food you get for the price is well worth it!! Would highly recommend chefs global fusion for lunch or catering any event!

I ve eaten at food trucks in many cities including Portland Oregon (the holy land of food trucks ) and I can say honestly that the dishes at Chefs Global Fusion are as good or better then any I ve been too! I was praising the food as much at the last bite as I was at the first... We tried the Mongolian beef, Shanghai ribs, wok of the day and Thai chicken curry- each one was exquisitely flavored and cooked perfectly If you live anywhere near Terrace-do yourself a favour and go there!!
