Ignorant waitress, dirty coffee cup, powdered scrambled eggs and small flavorless sausage. We have had two bad experiences there now, once during covid when I received eggs with mold. I talked my wife into trying it again this time. We won't be back.

It's an okay place to eat. Fast food. Service was great. Right inside the Sandman hotel. My t bone steak breakfast actually not that bad. Very flavorful!
Most of our food was great...starter salad limp with stale croutons ... our mains were good but would have been nice if I didn't have to get up and chase down a server for every little thing. Didn't once ask how anything was, had to wait at the front 15 min just to pay, never cleared our plates, there were only 3 other tables in the place, all the staff members were either on their phones or rolling cutlery, also complaining about customers in another language...maybe watch what you say as there are people who can understand what you are saying. Really wish there was an option for zero stars!
Not impressed. I've been to Denny's many times and this was the worst experience I've had. The server didn't offer the second member of our party a drink for several minutes. The food came quickly, but we were not offered ketchup or jam/PB for toast. My hash browns were undercooked and cold inside. When I brought this up I was told that this is normal and I should have asked for them well done. I told the server that I didn't know how they cook potatoes and if there are options, that they should ask. She reluctantly brought a second plate of hash browns, that was cooked almost identically to the first. It also was nearly 15 minutes of waiting and my meal was done when the hash downs arrived. Coffee was not refilled. The server was obviously busy and was also hosting soayne too much was being expected of her. All that said, id avoid this Denny's even if you're a fan of the franchise.
Food absolutely amazing, service not so much once the food came we were basically ignored, no check ups, no coffee refills unless we asked. Just the check to pay, it wasn't busy at all.
When visiting my best friend in Terrace, we often times go here as we love their classic selection of breakfast, lunch and supper. The service is quick, they staff are friendly and the food just hits the spot. Plus, I quite enjoy their coffee as well. I'm a big fan of all types of breakfast foods and this place has soo many options to choose from. Love that I can get their eggs benedict with a side of pancakes. Yup, I'm that person who loves to eat. Highly recommend this location to those who love a classic diner where everyone is welcomed and the staff treat you like family. It's a great choice for all ages and I look forward to going back again and enjoying the atmosphere along with my best friend.
Having eaten in person at dennys several times before, we decided to order the food through uber eats, the uber eats service was solid, but the portions that came through the delivery might as well have been rationed food as the eggs, hashbrown, and sandwiches we ordered looked like they tried to sparingly give us food and ignore the fact that each dish usually almost always comes with at least DOUBLE the food that they gave us. Never get delivery from this dennys as they are scummy cash grabbers.

I have been coming since I was a child and this will always be my favorite place to come. I appreciate the workers and all they do to get up the delicious meal. Favorite is the loaded bacon cheddar tots and build your own grand slam! Parking: Lots of parking spots Kid-friendliness: Love the coloring pages and crayons the take home cup for their drink because they never finish all of it but cry to finish their drink!

I have been to this place with my family. The place had a very good Atmosphere with a very friendly staff. The chef (Mr Amit) was really open to the changes suggested by us and the food was as per our expectations. It is a must visit place with good food and ambience. I had burger with fries which was perfectly cooked, Thanks to Mr Amit and his team.

Food was excellent as always, and the skillet I ordered was surprisingly good. Eggs done right, hash not overcooked, just enough spice. Also, service was top notch. Perableen was on top of everything, No waiting to order, cups were full, food was hot. My regular go to for brunch, highly recommend.

Franchise diner centrally located in town, selection and price typical of franchise. Food quality was lackluster, but staff were friendly and helpful.
We just came in for dinner and the food was horrible...I ordered what they call a Full Size order of nachos, it was like half of a half order. The nachos were super watery and soggy...since when does watered down chillie go on nachos? Also ordered a bacon obsession burger to go with no tomatoes(allergies) with a side of gravy.... We get home its loaded with tomatoes and they gave us less than half full side of gravy....What a rip off!

Parking: Parking up front is tight and minimal but you can park in sandman hotel lot if you need. Kid-friendliness: Coloring and activities for the kids, but the kids menu is laughable. Wheelchair accessibility: Should be able to wheel in and around the place.
Had a great meal and a great waitress. Definitely eat here again. If you got a trailer park in the back of the sandman and not next door at Creative Zone - they will phone the cops on you!

The dining experience this morning was phenomenal and the staff did their best to ensure that the complicated order was fulfilled! Our waitress Prableen carried exceptional manners, a sense of timeliness, and was wonderfully polite! Left the restaurant very content.
Amazing place to dine in. Combination of good food with true hospitality. Was there for two weeks and in all this time there was no single day to see any issue. Each of the staff starting from General Manager Jitender to his staff Gurtej, Altaf, Gurpreet, gursifat, Anamika, Daljeet, Lisa, Majid, Amit, Rohit, Rama, Gurlat, Prableen, Sakshi and Ryan every one was nice, welcoming and always smiling. Must place to go for food during the visit.

O loved my experience with Dennys and specially I liked the food which I had, egg was well cooked and liked there new french toast made by Amit Varma, and the server Gurpreet was very helpful

Team of servers was more interested in chatting amongst themselves in their native language than they were in providing good service. Slow to refill coffee. Food was decent but its hard to screw up breakfast (although they have done that before too). I suppose its better than driving to a good restaurant if youre already staying at the Sandman.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Was very tasty but the serving size on the actual pasta is very small. Dont be cheap on the cheap stuff. Also no parmesan or chilli flakes provided. And the garlic bread is skimpy too. Meatballs were top notch flavour. Spaghetti and a coke was 25$ and im still Hungry Food was served fast and the waitress was very nice

Really pleasant service and food was quick and good. Only downside is that eveything needs a good cleaning! All items on table were dirty- salt and pepper, jam holder, sugar holder. The menu I was given was very dirty too. Not a good impression.

Best Denny s I have ever been to. I think that is the thing about smaller towns. You don t get disappointed in service and quality. I could never imagine getting service like thins in Toronto/Vancouver.
