I m in Terrace for 3-4 weeks and I ve always wanted to go to Mr Mike s At first they made a small mistake on my salad and once I made them aware they fixed it with grace and humor immediately and did not charge me which is never expected but beyond appreciated!! Salad ( kickass chicken but substituted salmon) was excellent and I will 100% go back and will tell my friends to go too!

Nice franchise restaurant centrally located in Terrace. Price, selection and quality typical of franchise. Staff were polite and friendly. Also has beach volleyball outside apparently.

We are up in Terrace for the weekend for a bit of fishing, my friend Mikey got a rib eye steak off of them and I tried a bit of it!! The next day I started to feel ill and was sick all day long and an hour later it hit my friend mikie l!! Ive never felt so ill after eating contaminated food and will never be back again !! Also looking in at the kitchen it did not look very clean!! I would advise people not to eat here!! Because Ive never felt so sick and weak after a meal that I had to pay for

Went here with two friends on April 12th/24 the service was very good we were seated and had our orders taken extremely quick which we were happy with. Unfortunately thats where it ended the food was an absolute disgrace. Everything was cold except the 12oz Ribeye. My other friend ordered a burger and fries, again all cold and had chicken goujons mixed in with his fries. I shared half the steak with my friend and we both feel extremely sick with food poisoning the following day, him first myself an hour later. The kitchen seemed dirty. Be careful if you are eating here we put down the worst 12 hours of our lives after being here.

We had a steak sandwich and ribs. My steak was full of gristle, mashed potatoes tasted like they had powdered potatoes in them the coleslaw was disgusting. Well never eat their again. We felt the food was pre packaged. Service was great. The only upside

HOW COULD THEY BE SO CRUEL ! ! PLEASE SHARE Folks ! Was always our go to for a treat when we go to TERRACE . January 13th, we went here for dinner with my cousin, Rhonda and her husband Wayne. I was served the most disgusting steak I ever smelt. It was rotten and stnk. I asked the waitress why she would even bring this garbage to me. She said, I know, I didnt want to, but, the manager,Jacquelyne, approved it. Idk why the cooks would contaminate their kitchen to cook this. It was so stink it almost made us all sick. Rhonda said that one of the cooks was laughing hysterically while the manager and waitress was trying to apologize for this disgusting meal. Jacqueline offered us 2 bottles of wine, assuming that we drink , I said we dont drink. She then offered us a 25 dollar coupon, no free meals. I have the owners and Northern Health looking into this.

The waiting time is not too bad for a weekend despite the restaurant being full packed. From the host/hostess, the amazing server, all the chefs that night and the food and presentation of course was an amazing special experience with 2 other very close friends. Place is warm and the empty tables were cleaned quickly and thoroughly.

It was a good place to go. Nice atmosphere and everything for sure. Would recommend that alone especially if you want a place to have a few drinks. It gets really busy so booking a table would be a good idea!

Mr. Mikes. What to say that everyone in Terrace doesnt already know. The hiring of staff and their skill sets is horrible. I have went to this location since the early 90s. I will never go back to this once was a good place to eat Service 0\5 Greater 0\5 Price 0\5 absurd 22 dollars for a burger (McDonalds is next door) I am not putting a bad review other than the fact that EVERYTHING was BAD, except the back pedaling after the seating complaint.

A lot of people loud talking I paid $122. For 3 kids and myself to only get 116 points Kid-friendliness: The lady was nice to my girl made her feel welcome two teens and a kid

I LOVE their steak. always so tasty and juicy! also I LOVE the kicken Chicken salad. Prices are reasonable and have never had bad service. ( Terrace location) Dietary restrictions: they very carefully checked ingredients when I told them of my allergies.

Loved going to Mr. Mikes for dinner 2 nights in a row! Both times the food was delicious and the service impeccable! Wonderful hosts and servers with such amazing food! I had the Stuffed Shrooms & Fresh tomato Bruschetta as starters(highly recommend both!!) And then the Seafeast Fettuccine and then the Traditional Filet Mignon w/ Smugglers Cove toppers(the Filet Mignon was to die for!! In the photo) They will definitely make you keep coming back for more just like I did!! It was so delicious the first time I forgot to take pictures besides this one! Lol Dietary restrictions: They had keto options which I very much appreciated! Parking: As there are multiple businesses on site it can be a hassle to find parking but it is ALWAYS worth it!

Service food doubtless here was all great food came quick and was checked on quite a few times to make sure everything was good. All in all excellent experience. Parking: Little tight getting in-and-out of the parking lot always park on the street its better.

The one place in a small town that people meet up for dinner. One thing is that it has no bar area like most steak houses. Service is good.

Pricey, and more so if you order online. If you phone a take out order in, its the same price as the menu. But if you order online on their website the prices are higher even if you dont get it delivered.

Server was amazing, a bit pricey for serving size. Bathroom was a mess.

Food is good but the servers are never trained. We even called for take out and they told us theyre busy so they cant make our take out order, thats fine, well go somewhere else from now on.

- [x] On the 17th of May, 2023, I and my wife found ourselves in Terrace, BC eating at Mr. Mike s Steakhouse Restaurant. I ordered chicken fettecine. It arrived at room temperature which was about 23 degrees. I sent it back to be reheated and it was returned slightly warmer. The chicken was tasteless. One would think also that salt and pepper would be provided with the meal without having to ask. A lady at the next table also had to ask for salt and pepper. My wife was relatively pleased with her meal, a caprese salad. I would not return to this eatery.

Not impressed one bit!!! Service non natives first when we first walked in N then 10 min later tell no room for 2!!!! So disrespectful!!! Service : 1/5

The steak in my steak salad was cooked to a perfect rare, which almost never happens when ordering steak. Service was prompt and staff was super friendly. Even the line cook at the front greeted me when I was waiting to be seated.

My first time visiting this place and it is disappointing to say after recommend by a friend. I ordered a shrimp and steak with mash potatoes (medium). The only thing on the plate that I enjoyed was the mash, the steak was burnt and needed seasoning, vegetables wasnt cut to meet the eye, like it was chopped up by a kid. lol. Then the waitress was moving like lightning service about 20 people by herself (not cool). Over all it a nice little hang out spot.

What a terrible food! Tenders and fires NOT really it was like charcoal and plastic. Mac & Cheese was half of what my son got at restaurant. food are getting expensive and smaller. Little Mike burger we asked plain but they mased up and kids were not happy about it. China Strfry wow this people Are not longer respect customers because they have enough I personally will never go there or order again or even recommend anyone What is wrong with this people Tenders (unreal) I wish I could give 0 stars

Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Food was luke warm at best. The fries were under cooked and very greasy. It was easy to tell the fryer oil was in dire need of a being changed. I was hoping that the classic mike burger would be able to redeem the meal but unfortunately it did not. The bun was not evenly toasted leaving it chewy and hard. We were also bombarded with black flies the whole meal so all in all this was not the greatest experience.

I ordered a serlion steak med well. It comes with veggies, mashed potatoes, onion rings and shrimp. The steak was so tough n dry. Like I make it at home. Very dry and hard. It was too med well. The veggies were dry. I will stick to steamed. I waited to treat myself. And it was a disappointment. Servers were good. Kind. The manager checked in with me. For my one meal that was 35. On the menue and drink. Came up to 45.

Food is alright.. subpar for the price. However the service was excellent.

Highly recommended,everything perfect. Best Restaurant in Town, Jacquelin was the best service we ever had always friendly, quick and smiling.

The menu has good options for a variety of people and tastes. The food was delivered in a reasonable time frame and was tasty. The only downside was simply where our table was; we were right beside where the bartender mixes drinks so it was a bit loud and busy with the staff waiting for their drinks. That said it wasnt too distracting and the place is kinda small so the layout is what it is.

Definetly one of the better Mr. MIKES, the beer was cold, fresh and bubbly and our waitress Sarah went the extra mile, Amidst it being a packed house.

Solid food good people cold beer in a frosty glass reminds me of Toronto. Would highly recommend. New to the menu Nashville hot chicken sandwich great with a cold big horn lager. Danny took very good care of us.

Quite disappointed. $50 for a soggy, cold half of a rib eye dip sandwich with 5 onion rings and cold dip and a cold quesadilla. Salad was good but it is supposed to be cold. I even showed up 5 mins before pickup time, 17 mins after ordering. Hardly worth $10 let alone 50. 1st time going to mr mikes in a while and now I remember why. Seeing similar reviews to this establishment from a year ago says everything you need to know, stay away. Stay far away.

I dont know. I want to like it but its way overpriced for what you get. Got the stir fry and its like 85% noodles with like a small amount of vegetables and chicken for $22 before tax. Nice enough staff although they were very busy when we got there. Not my first pick if I were to decide where to eat. Enjoyed my meal despite the above so good flavor for sure.

They gave us a warm welcome and served us the best food. Definitely a place to check out in Terrace. They have the best servers and unfortunately one of them forgot to bring the order for my friend, wont blame them for it because it was their rush time. High energetic people out there and we received best goodbye from each of them.

In town on vacation and this place looked special online. The place looked good and the service was attentive. The food was just OK. Overcooked steak and a potato that was barely warm. Cool carrots and broccoli. The manager was nice and offered to recook but I didn t see things getting better. If I was local I would try them again to see if they just had a bad day.

Started slow with not the most pleasant greeting , first server was as lacklustre as a cool breeze. When making an order he asked if fries or onion rings went with rings to find out later extra charge for it . Meals were great as usual and juicy but a couple burgers and beer 70 seems a stretch.

Good place to eat, more plant based options have been made and the food serving size is great. I wouldnt eat here more than once a week because of how heavy the food sits, but other than that its a great experience and a great place to catch-up with friends.

I have been to this place (Terrace BC) three times. And have been turned away because no reservation. Tonight I was told it would be 20 minuets, I was added to their open table messaging which would text me when table would be ready. I sat in parking lot for over an hour watching people go in and people leave. I gave up waiting and went to Boston Pizza where the food and drinks were great. I will not return to Mr Mike s again. Spoke with people on the lounge at and they said the same.
