Not good food. Bad quality. Poor communication from staff. Took a long time to get food. Very plain, bland and boring. The Coca-Cola was the best part.

ASHLEY was an amazing server. Food was horribly over cooked and bland. Fried foods tasted like old oil. I ordered no.5 it was literally soggy noodles and rice topped with shaved chicken. The server brought it up with the manager and the manager did not acknowledge us. She looked at us and kept going. I personally will not return.
Food was overcooked, sweet n sour ribs were vastly over cooked (like chewing on leather) noodles were soggy, almond chicken was cold. Kids chicken and fries were overly cooked as well, perhaps try changing your cooking oil more often. Chicken chowmein and fried rice were bland, lacked any type of flavor. They used to be good at one point in time (10-15 yrs ago). Will definitely not come back. Our server however; was absolutely amazing!
The worst "chicken" fried rice that we have had in our entire lives. There was a sprinkling of shredded chicken so tiny that it was the consistency of grated cheese on top of a generic fried rice that was bland with a hint of unpleasant flavour. No vegetables at all! Clearly, all of their fried rice is the same with just a meagre sprinkling of whatever on top. Small portions. Very skimpy chicken wings with no batter or flavour of any sort besides stale oil: very dry and funky tasting. The lemon chicken was okay, and it was the only decent sized portion of anything that we ordered. The egg roll was doughy, heavy, and gross. Avoid. It was expensive to start with, and completely disappointing. What a waste of good money! Blecch.

Ummmmm not my cup of tea, my fried rice tasted like seafood. Took 4ever to get served. Coffee tasted good. Haven't been there in a long while and we were disappointed. Heres a picture of there new hours. Have an awsumer day/night, an keep smiling.

Plain food but good. Love the sweet and sour sauce, its super thick, almost jelly-like, but sooo good. Love it!

Best food in town
Ok....since when is chow mein, lo mein? And whats with your rice and soya sauce, with shredded rehydrated chicken powder?...no vegetables, and absolutely bland! And to top it off, you use canned mushrooms? Talk about lazy cooks, and a pathetic way to introduce a new owner! Dont be so lazy, and take some pride in your food. I will not be ordering from you ever again!

The service was good, however the food was nothing to be desired. Gravy was horrible and only tasted of flour. When the cook was told she was quite rude about it and seems to be full of herself, and you can hear her treating other employees there like they were somehow below her. Not only does she come off as a miserable human being, she cant cook.

I wish that they would improve on their food the chow mein at this Plainview as with a little bit of chicken. I like the old bus depot something Garden it was the best food in town as well as locals call it

It was so bad! Probably the worst chinese food ive ever ordered. We ordered chicken chow mein, the chicken tasted like canned chicken, wonton soup, the pork and broth had no flavour, sweet and sour pork, it was just battered pork bits that were very dry from deep frying and deep fried prawns which were probably the only thing that was decent. It was way over priced for the horrible quality.

Not as good as some other places. A little pricey but you get a huge plate full so the price is worth it.
The chowmein was plain spaghetti noodles with shredded chicken on it. That about sums up the whole experience

Has the best Western Chinese food in Terrace! Also has burgers, fish and chips, etc. Service is a little slow some days but its definitely worth the wait. Service may be slow but servers a super friendly.

this was hands down the worst place i have ever ate at. down right terrible food. the waitress combined our orders together.the bill was 83 dollars combined. when she divided the bill up. my workmate paid 32 dollars and was leaving the restaurant.....then she tried to charge me 73 dollars?

The food here isnt just mediocre, its downright disgusting. Not so much the flavor of any individual item just how they are combined but what really gets me is the dismal quality of the meat used. Short ribs barely had enough meat on them to make them worth eating and the almond chicken was 80% batter, no exaggerating. It also had a texture like it had been waterlogged. Then Im still paying 25$ for a plate that didnt even fill me. Im Im astounded this place has any higher then two star average, I guess as far as Chinese food goes in Terrace it wins by default.

The food here is quite good Polly s has some of the best Chinese food in Terrace the service is decent and the atmosphere is ok. It s clean and I ve always had a good experience here. Prices are also good.

The staff are quite friendly and the food is pretty good. It gets a 3 for being quite dated. The place can be spruced up a bit.
Good chowmein food
MSG makes up for low quality foood. If you are one of those people that likes to scrape off batter and see whats inside, you might be surprised or disappointed. The pork in my sweet and sour pork was grey.....pork should always be white in the center. You are paying a lot for what you are getting, but it is better than the other chinese joints in town. In conclusion Pollys cafe makes chinese food in any mall food court look like fine dining.
Great Chinese Cuisine and Prompt friendly Service
Great food, pricing is inflating, We ordered black garlic ribs to start. Three other families arrived to eat after we ordered. We got our food after everyone else, not sure if we are just sitting in the wrong corner. The waitresses mean well. Over all. I get pretty good service here and would recommend to family/friends
Food always taste great, the building is rundown amd needs to be renovated. I would recommend the curried prawns, dry spare ribs, and beef broccoli!!
