Pita Pit delivered what students, families and young professionals wanted but couldn’t find nearby; an affordable yet great-tasting fresh and healthy alternative to high-fat and high-carb fast food.

Bestest Pita in Terrace. No pit, though, their floor is actually flat. Also they give you a $5 coupon for signing up for their rewards program. Cheaper pita is better than more expensive pita.
Stay away from this store. They will intentionally mess up your order if they are in a bad mood. Also tipping is optional, you don't do any thing that deserve tipping me. Stop messing with people because they refuse to follow your insane expectation to give away free money. Shame on you!
The guys working we're fantastic. I travel for work and pita pit is my favorite quick food option, and this is the best one I've been to in years. Big portions, weren't stingy on the veggies, and nice people working there.
Fairly standard in terms of food, but the service here was top notch.
Anu Sharma helped me today and a few times and she delivered amazing customer service. She is sweet and makes great food and good recommendations . Every time I’ve come in everyone is very pleasant.
The salads and rice bowls are generous portions of healthy food. The coffee sucks :( but the service was great. My wife and I could have shared one rice bowl. Recommend for some affordable healthy food!!
The store is very clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous! They had a problem because a customer locked and lost a bathroom key, but they allowed us to help them…we got it unlocked AND they looked after us for doing it! GREAT people! Manuel and Winnie are a WINNING combination! To top it ALL, the food was AMAZING! We are customers for life! Thank you, Manuel and Winnie!!!!!

Had a chance to eat here when I was in town and it automatically became my favourite place. The staff is awesome and super friendly. If you haven t been there yih don t know what you are missing.
Good food but come on! Hours say your open till 7pm and you closed doors at 6:30? Are you kidding me! Then change your hours so we wouldn t rush to get there.

Always a belly filler. Bring a fat wallet for a fat pita. They are not cheap.

I ordered a buffalo chicken rice bowl and wasnt aware that the chicken was breaded before eating a decent amount of my meal. Unfortunately I had already driven away from the store and was unable to go back in to get something else as I am gluten intolerant. My meal and its presentation was also not great and was partially cold even though I ate it almost immediately after purchasing. The staff working were polite and respectful.

This location is always out of rice. Its 1223pm and the worker laughed and said it works better when you turn it on. Need a manager at this location to supervise the workers here. Not impressed.

they wear gloves when they prepare food but everytime i ask for something like mushrooms or whatever that is not there in the toppings area, the walk back wearing the same gloves touching the door to the storage and touching god knows what else and come back to make the pita with the same gloves

Excellent pita from the pit! The most delicious, healthy?, food when craving a solid meal.
I experienced exceptional service while I visited here. The young man who made my Pita was very good at his job. Very friendly and put in all sorts of effort to put a smile on the faces of everyone who came and left. I didnt catch his name, but whoever he was, he needed a raise! The smoothies here are definitely worth a try. I had one alongside my Pita and chips and it was great.

A much healthier place than Mc Donalds. Got a Philly pita, you pick what you want on it. It was great, will definitely go back when i get a chance. Why arent there any in the US?
Been twice and had very different service. Once really good and the other not so good. Decent pitas at a reasonable price. Honestly one of the better meals Ive had in Terrace. Lots of room if you plan on eating in the restaurant.

Got food poisoning after ordering a southwest chicken pita. Staff were all wearing what looked to be pajamas and were not in the best of moods. The cheese they put in my pita was covered in the ingredients of the other surrounding trays of food. Will NOT be returning any time soon. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with both the quality of food and the service this time. Usually staff is very good, so hopefully this was a one-off.
Really good food
The owners of this pita pit go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Ive always had good food there, and when I have had any issues arise the owners have stepped up in order to make sure everything is made right. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, for good fresh food and amazing customer service.

Always a family favorite. Love the fresh options with the variety. Plus the pita is just such a nice lighter option when you dont want tons of bread like at subway.

I was impressed with this operation. I remember when I first went there after it first opened and its as clean now as it was then. The guy behind the till who made my sandwich was friendly and appeared to really enjoy his job. Most important it was a good late breaky egg wrap that really hit the spot - Ill be be back.
