Very good general tao. Good service but small and very noisy. I still recommend

1st and last. We waited a long time before someone took our order and around 9:20 p.m. we were informed it was time to leave. If you want dessert with your meal....there is no dessert.

Comment diable puis-je adhérer à votre cercle de clients si je n ai pas la possibilité de vous joindre ???? Votre cuisine est bonne mais votre service et communications très faibles. Après multiples essais, je ne n essaierai plus !!!

Ive been living in Old Terrebonne for 5 years and I never would have thought that there was this gem of a restaurant just a stones throw from my house... I have 5 years to make up for it hahaha!

I have eaten several times at this restaurant and it was always good but on June 22 I was very disappointed, tiny rolls, the wong tong of the soup are rigid and there is no more dessert included in the table guest and when you pay by card the tip starts at 18%! And still very noisy Disappointment, Ill think about it before going back...

Quite ordinary, we were seated in the back with the take out table, very small table, no dessert, and the tip starts at 18 percent.

First time at this restaurant. The welcome and service were excellent. The owner took the time to come meet each customer and make sure everyone was satisfied. The food was excellent. The value for money was perfect, $120 tip included for 4 adults. My husband is celiac and we offered him a very good gluten-free meal as well as consideration for his allergy which was greatly appreciated because it is not always like this. The room is a little noisy but it creates a nice atmosphere. In short, we will come back to eat at Baluchon d Or! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free dish available.

Superb discovery last night, we loved everything especially the shrimp toast, excellent service. Were going back there very soon! The only downside would be some background music, although the cacophony would be less intense.

I give it a 3 because we go there regularly and it was always perfect. But this evening, several dishes were missing (3 different starters) from the menu, wonton soup nothing more, and NO dessert was offered. There wasnt any. Naturally, still noisy even though it was a quieter evening than usual. Very disappointed.

The restaurant, the food, everything is perfect except for one thing . The noise! As soon as there are tables of more than 4 people, things get loud and so on. I highly recommend the restaurant but noise management (or people would be necessary).

We have been customers for years and it is our favorite Thai restaurant, in every way. They are super friendly, the food is excellent and the prices are affordable! What more could you ask for, taste and enjoy the moment!

Very good food, the quantity is ok nothing more, but the atmosphere is mediocre it is a very noisy restaurant and not in a good way. We arrived impromptu shortly after they opened at 5 p.m. and we were told that they would need the table at 6:30 p.m. and if thats okay for us (very ordinary) I replied ok it depends on the speed of your service . Throughout the meal they prepared take-out orders on the table next to us with delivery people constantly coming and going. One of the waiters took the order from the next table, speaking so loudly that I covered my ears.

What a good restaurant... where the food is incredibly succulent and fresh. The service is just as good. Congratulations to the whole team, we will definitely come back.

We wondered why the huge enthusiasm for this little restaurant (you have to book more than a week in advance). After our first visit, we understand and share the enthusiasm! The dishes are extraordinary: texture of the meats, taste of the sauces, everything is fine. Best general tao and orange beef of our lives! The service is impeccable and gives a vibe of yesteryears binery managed by a friendly and dedicated family (the ancestral house perhaps explains the comparison). We will come back to it! This is a BYOB.

Two good friends brought me there to try this restaurant. The verdict is that I wasnt disappointed with anything. A very warm welcome, the service was perfect and the taste of the dishes served was like an explosion of flavors. Very delicious. Small family restaurant, we had the chance to speak with the chefs son, a very pleasant person. I cant wait to go back there in the summer.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Small imperial rolls, won ton with peanut sauce, soup, general tao chicken, chicken with peanut sauce, fried spinach and fried apple for dessert. Plus, the quantity/quality VS the price is incredible! Needless to say, we really get a lot for our money without forgetting the good service.

Our 4 meals were all very good. Restaurant a little noisy but its still small. The prices are really affordable, for 2 with tip...it didnt cost $50 and we bring our own wine. We are definitely going to go back there.

The food is good, the employees friendly and the price is affordable. With the bring your own wine option, it complements the evening well. Parking: Its in old Terrebonne. Never easy to park there.

A local hidden gem to discover. Best Asian restaurant Ive had in a while! Dont be in a hurry if you go and bring yourself a good bottle(s) of wine(s). The team is very attentive.

We had the general tao chicken, sweet and sour pork and peanut sauce chicken. General tao chicken and pork were super succulent and crispy. The homemade lychee and rose dessert was wonderful. Courteous service. Small place, I recommend you make a reservation to have space.

So good, but so inexpensive. Every time, we have the impression of stealing them in the sense that the prices are too low in relation to the quality and quantity of the food consumed. A table dhôte for less than $30 is exceptional. We usually compensate by adding a bigger tip.

We had dinner inside and it was total cacophony. We had to speak loudly to hear each other (4 people) I suggest the terrace at the front where people seemed more comfortable on this beautiful St. Johns evening.

Let s support our local restaurants! Beautiful family business, best value for money in the region! Cordial, friendly service, very easy to book (ideally 2 weeks in advance given the popularity). Extremely fast service, tasty and very fresh meals. I was even called to tell me that a table was available an hour before my reservation, unheard of! Very warm place, customers come back regularly. Kevin listens to his customers!

The food was delicious. VERY affordable prices and perfect portions. Today we have to accept that the service is a little slower, the poor waiter was alone managing the entire terrace and was still very friendly. The only negative comment is that it would be interesting to put a screen in front of the trash cans on the terrace....we had the trash cans 7-8 from our table, it spoils the view a bit!!! But still a great restaurant and we will certainly return there soon.
