I went there in the afternoon and the atmosphere was very good. There is music, but its not too loud, you can hear yourself talking. Very good service! The server was very friendly and smiling. My only negative point is that the food is still salty.

No one came to see us to serve us. After 30 minutes of waiting we were finally served. The food was very ordinary and the service was extremely disappointing. They didnt even know what was on the menu. And all this happened in the dark because the lights above our table were closed

The portions were good and the dishes too, but very disappointed with the end of our experience, when paying the bill, the waitress herself tipped 18%, in addition, when I noticed I asked the waitress why the tip option isnt displayed and she simply replied no no its correct its correct. Which is not correct since tipping remains at the customers discretion, it is precisely a way of showing our satisfaction with the service that was given to us. On top of that, the service was not very professional, it took 20 minutes before we were approached, when we arrived, the only two servers present on the floor were having a shooter together. Have the PCQ cancellation much too long. Afterwards, wait for our plate, 50 minutes!! Did you have a bad evening? I dont know, but I didnt like the experience.

The atmosphere is great. The service is a little slow and the waitress was often busy with the bar so less present for quality service. We had to ask the other waiters for water. And it was another waiter who came to clear our table when he realized that the waitress was not coming after about ten minutes. In addition, we dont have the impression of being less well received than those at the bar or those ordering alcohol. Our waitress was chatting with customers about her old jobs and that she was looking for another job. Zero professional. There was a mini argument over the dispersion and distribution of tables between the servers in front of our table (I think you go into the entrance to the kitchen not in front of the customers). The kitchen is in great need of improvement. My specialty poutine was still small for $8 more in the burger smash combo. The sauce was good, but the rest was lukewarm to cold in the poutine. The burger almost inedible....The bun was hard, oily and dry. The bread smasher is more than smasher made there. The inside tasted burnt (meatball, bacon). The shrimp inside were overcooked and the breading burned (turned dark brown, almost black). In the dumpling, I often got some hair. The burger was falling apart and there was no consistency. I had to eat my burger with a knife and fork. The lack of service meant that we could not really express our dissatisfaction or change our plate. The prices are too high VS the quantities. I am disappointed with this place that I have wanted to try for some time. I wasnt going back there.

We had a group reservation, I think they forgot to call more staff. The wait was endless for the drinks, we ordered the food and only one of us received it, I saw the waiter going around in circles doing nothing while we had nothing to drink. We saw the waiters trying to find who the plates belonged to, we were given a number when we arrived, telling us not to forget it, I worked in restaurants for 20 years and never did that and I found my customers. Many canceled their orders and went to eat elsewhere. First and last time for me.

We wanted to try a new restaurant to go see a playoff game. Reservation for 7 p.m. we were seated immediately but we got our starter more than 1 hour after ordering. There was a group of 60 and their priority was to serve this group. Instead of bringing out our 3 fried starters they brought out the 60 before. The waitress was skating because we told her and she was trying hard to give us good service since we know that she Doesn t have that much control over what happens in the kitchen. I have to admit that she applied a discount and did what she could. For the meal, everyone liked their hamburger and poutine, but I had a beef tartare and it was really not good, you couldnt see any piece of beef in it, it was like puree. We never return to this restaurant.

Im giving one star for one reason...bet99!!! A total lack of knowing how to live! The evening is going really well. We all talk together. Table of 8 people, friends and my children. The guy arrives with his colleague to give me his bet99 promo speech. I told him we were simply not interested. He replies stupidly: ok not you but the others may be, let me finish! I had to reply to him that these are my minor children and my family; that its me who pays for the table so that he leaves. This created discomfort and his colleague needed to tell him to back off so much that he didnt understand the message... So first and last time sorry!

The service was excellent last night. Beer and poutine too! The only reason for me to remove a star is the delay between the images and the sound of the hockey game. We are talking on average about a good 20~30 seconds of delay. This is absurd for a sports brewery.

The punishment bench is the name I would give if you cant go to the cage, the complete repentigny cage we decided to try the Terrebonne room,,, phew I cant believe its profitable restaurant with 10 customers or I didnt have a good evening. No service, three waitresses at the bar who chatter and dont care that youre there, and their burger patty is as thin as at the McDonalds and the customers if youre over 40 are better at the cage.

Of all the fish nchips Ive eaten, the one from La Chambre is by far THE BEST!! From its delicious taste, its perfectly crispy texture and its generous portion, wow!! My mother and I loved our little dinner. Without forgetting the incredible service from Alexia, a pretty, attentive, polite and very kind young woman. We were even able to tell the Chef how much we enjoyed the meal, he was really friendly! We recommend and will definitely come back!

4th Restaurant The room I was in and the worst waiting time I have seen. 25 minutes to be seated (with reservation) 1 hour 20 minutes to receive our order No accommodation or meeting with the manager was made/offered. Music really too loud like in a club I would not return to this House.

First things first were going to go with service, reservation, 25 minutes later, once seated an hour and a half before we could eat, which just didnt make sense. We were given shots for the wait but lets just say that the deal didnt hold up. From a food perspective, the fish taco starter tasted good but obviously fried, the main thing, I took the Poutine burgers, when you call it a poutine it needs sauce, the burger was so dry that it It was difficult to walk and swallow, a little more sauce would have been better, we agree its junk food were not talking about haute cuisine. My friend made me try his chicken wing, unfortunately I dont know what flavor but it was good. I may not be the target customer age-wise, around sixty, but I like good music and I admit that the DJ was very good, but the speakers are of mediocre quality and We heard a lot of distortion. Notice to people who want to go to a relatively quiet dinner (bar atmosphere, we understand each other there), after 9:30 a.m. in our case it was no longer possible to talk to each other, we no longer heard each other.

The restaurant specializes in fast-food type food such as poutine and hamburgers. They also make good Mac-N-Cheese. The atmosphere is good for hockey, boxing or MMA match evenings. The restaurant transforms into a type of bar following the 2 services. Unfortunately, I find the prices a little high for an a la carte restaurant that specializes in poutine and hamburgers. However, it is a great place to enjoy a gang evening with a variety of good drinks and enjoy the festive atmosphere during the matches!

I recommend the giant punch (4L) as a group, its worth it! The food is good without being amazing. What sets them apart is the quality of service. We went for 2 friends birthdays so they offered us dessert for them. And throughout the evening, our waitresses were present and attentive. They are clearly used to big groups.

Good morning , First time and last time for us, the service is very long, the waitress does not come to see us to find out if we are missing something or if everything is correct, after having finished eating me and my husband had the impression of having nothing to eat at all, I took the hamburger steak plate and he had the hamburger and fries...the fries were cold, despite that we ate them because we were hungry. The young people never had their dessert or otherwise 3h30 after arrival!!!! We tried to speak with the manager and no opening... He is arrogant and not at all understanding! Not ready to help his customers. Seriously out of place! We will never come back again!

I had been to La Chambre Blainville and served by William Lepage and the service was terrible. However, I gave the restaurant a second chance by going to La Chambre de Terrebonne.
