Pub Ruisseau Noir in Terrebonne

I was not aware of the modus operandi of this brewery in terms of reservations having communicated with them via email where I asked a question and I made an error I was contacted by a gentleman on the telephone who was quite stupid thank you allowing himself to lecture me on how to manage his business, the waitresses, barmaid, food EVERYTHING is perfect but the manager and his way of speaking to the customer means that I will book elsewhere next time

The beer is excellent (neipa is one of my favorites). The food, however, is so-so $18 for fairly ordinary nachos?). But its not a big problem. We go there for the beer, not the food.

Extremely disappointing service. We booked for an event and our waitress came to take away our empty glasses and left quickly without asking us if we wanted something else to drink for the entire evening... The entire group will not return.

Nice evening with family, good beer, good food, the surprise for the teenager (a slush with dinner ) everyone was more than satisfied

A memorable Midsummer evening. The beer is excellent, the staff is extraordinary. The team had smiles on their faces. A special thank you to Louise who was a waitress who made our evening memorable despite a canceled show.

Magnificent terraces. Two terraces, one on the street and one attached to the restaurant. A nice selection of beers and good service. A slightly long wait and a little lack of attention to customers outside! Otherwise nice place!

Superb location!!! Our waitress was really nice. We waited at least 45 minutes between entry and meal. However, it was not complete as a restaurant. She kept her smile. I deplore the fact that there are no drinks other than beer and bloody caesar. A good sangria made with lager would be perfect. As a first experience, it wasnt perfect. Well just have a drink next time

Last night we visited the Ruisseau Noir microbrewery pub and were thoroughly disappointed with our experience. Upon our arrival, there was no glass of water or napkins/utensils at our table during our entire visit. Also, our waitress completely forgot my beer order, and my girlfriend finished hers before I had to ask another waitress to bring me mine, because our original waitress never came back to see us. Honestly, its not the end of the world. An oversight happens to everyone. What was really unfortunate however was that our waitress became rude to us from that point on. The highlight was reached when we received our nachos with the unmelted and cold shredded cheese. The kitchen was about to close and there had been a rush of orders. We even told the waitress that we completely understand if there is a long lead time for the food. Receiving nachos that have literally not been heated is unacceptable. We tried to remain courteous despite everything, but this experience left us deeply disappointed. We dont plan to return, which is a shame, because we really enjoy their beers.

Good menu, the beer flavor of the moment lavender and hibicus a taste that I missed because they are beautiful to stop at its lavender beer so I bought 8 to bring!!

Great service. Good beer. Reasonable price for a craft beer. For the food, way too expensive. Tiny fish and chips. Still hungry afterwards. No coleslaw. 2 pieces of fish and chips for $28. The 2 pieces are the equivalent of 2/3 set of 1 pieces where I usually go. No taste either. Usually the paste is a beer paste. In the current case everything tasted like tasteless soap. If there was no food I would have given 5 stars for the service and the beer. So if you like craft beer this is a good spot. If you like to drink and eat, no.

Exactly what old Terrebonne was missing, this place completes the sectors offering perfectly, a microbrewery worthy of the name with a menu that does the job at a good price. I have no difficulty believing that the Pub Ruisseau Noir will become a must, the service is friendly and attentive, it is clear that I will come back there. THANKS! Good food and a very pleasant pub atmosphere. When booking, we asked for sufficient space to work with a laptop. We were seated at the Bar. We asked to change tables which was accepted to find ourselves on a high table sufficient for 2 people while there were tables for 4 free throughout our meal and our discussion (5 to 9:30 p.m.). Quite ordinary!

Great discovery in Old Terrebonne: a first visit and certainly not the last! We were a group of 6; Very good service Several choices of beers and all good! Quality food and beautiful presentation; Black Creek Burger: wow Plate of sausages: tasty and tender Salmon tartare: perfect Hot goat s cheese croutons; yum Chicken wings: super good Quesadillas: really good Cheese fondue; good choice for a small starter Really everything was delicious! And thanks again to our waitress for her excellent service; you will see us again!

The pub is well located. The food is good and the Sweet Stout is always on point. The choice between the taproom and the pub will be difficult.

Impeccable service, ordinary food according to the meal I ate. Pannini too grilled, hard, leeks of questionable taste, good fries. In short, my sandwich didnt like it at all. For the beer I cant judge, I dont like it but seems very popular with everyone. No wine except a white and a red at room temperature, so......I drank water. Very noisy. It was the first time and the last!

Excellent food! We are never disappointed to end the week at Ruisseau noir. The pub dining experience is just perfect. Flavor, tapas, tasting, A1 service, everything is there. A little point just to complain, the chairs and benches are not comfortable, but we understand that its a pub! Parking: Several places available around.
