Super
Very Good
Chicken was bone dry and tasteless (so called Portuguese chicken ) plain and not edible .. French fries were for sure refried and were served cold .. absolutely unacceptable.. shame on the owner and cook Hilario.. he made us a handwritten bill (removed the chicken dishes but over charged us by far for everything else we ordered) .. didn’t show his face and no apologies either .. bonne continuité mon ami, nous reviendrons JAMAIS
Cute and excellent ceasar salad!! great service too
Good food and great service.
Great little find. Awesome owners. Great food and a BYOB.
A very surprised good restaurant. I came here with my work for a work party. The last weekend before the mid-December COVID locked down. If you look at there menu online, the prices are fair. I would definitely like to come back here again. The staff here were very friendly and COVID check in was quick and simple. I had the salad and pizza. My salad was quite good. A good mix of everything. And there house dressing was good. Not overpowering. My pizza was cooked perfectly. The real way how to make a pizza. Inside a fire oven. A real nice restaurant, with good food. I recommend this place for everyone that enjoy Italian food.
It was great, chef came to our table and personalized our meals! Great ambiance, great food & bring your own wine! Loved it will definitely go back!
Excellent service, my bruscetta starter is excellent and very good Carbonara pasta. The carnivore pizza is excellent. Thanks to Carole and Fernando
Phew! Last time we set foot in this restaurant. The PIZZA: I took the trouble to tell the waitress that I hoped it wasnt a frozen pizza... she confirmed that it wasnt, that they were made gradually with fresh dough. So I order my pizza: ERROR and at the price of $23 more, disaster. Obviously it was a frozen pizza that tasted like the freezer. The pizza I buy in the grocery store, by the way La CASA DI MAMA (often on discount) is 100 times better than the one I ate this evening. As for the osso bucco ordered by my partner, well, I, who am not a chef, serve better ones. $100 with tip is a lot to pay for what we ate. And what about the owner or manager who walked from room to kitchen with her hair blowing in the wind without being tied up with her high-heeled shoes which constantly slammed our ears. And who was this man who constantly showed up in the kitchen with a coat and cap without having washed his hands and who manipulated everything. Finished for us. Wheelchair accessibility: At first glance, impossible unless you are on the terrace and at this time of year: impossible.
Too expensive, very ordinary quality of dishes. Dont wait too long...
The pizza and pasta were excellent. Our waitress Sarah was attentive and the service professional. We will definitely go back.
No return calls after 1 week for reservation. No other means of communication with this restaurant. Only an answering machine even during very restricted opening hours. I booked elsewhere.
Its a very nice restaurant. The terrace is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. You have to bring your own wine. You also need to book in advance because the restaurant opens very little time during the week. Unfortunately the service is slow and inefficient, it does not match the beauty of the place. Before the food was excellent. I wonder if they changed chefs or if I went there on a bad day. The Portuguese chicken which normally was wonderful became ordinary chicken and the pizza was just not good.
The opening hours are not good, we wanted to go there on Tuesday and we bumped our noses against the door....
We went on a Saturday evening around 7 p.m., the restaurant was practically empty. It took 1h30 before we received our main dishes! The service was OK, but nothing more, we felt that something must be happening in the kitchen, because the atmosphere of the service was strange. Too bad, because the food is very good!
The food is really very ordinary, not to say bad. Some ingredients come directly from the cane, the recipes do not correspond to the typical Italian dishes on the menu (the bruschetta is not a bruschetta, but a tomato salad, the carbonara are not carbonara, but rather pasta with cream, etc.). The veal parmigiana was okay, as was the pasta al arrabiata. The terrace is still pretty and pleasant, the waitresses are super nice. The service was slow, but acceptable all the same!
Everything was good. The service, the food and the place.
Spaghetti Bolognese just like at home Everything was good except very noisy
Really good, very friendly staff, perfect price, more than pleasant atmosphere, thank you
Very good restaurant, menu for all tastes. Warm. I recommend it. Bring your own wine.
The pasta was very good. Smiling waitress.
Super good and excellent service
Great service! We were a gang of 20 for a party the Portuguese chicken was excellent our waitress Rebeca was superb a 5 star for her and it is greatly deserved
Very long service, the bottle of wine finished well before the meal arrived, au gratin garlic bread arrived 15 minutes before the spaghetti, menu not updated on the web so total disappointment
Place above my expectations
Very nice quiet terrace, great service from all the employees, food served very hot and very good portion and very good taste...what more can I say, go and see you will not be disappointed
The waitresses are extremely kind but... my meat meal (4) was really not up to the price asked on the menu, whats more, they forgot to bring me my Caesar salad which was not worth it. was really not one, (I finally got it when everyone at the table had finished their starter) salad drowned in oil without croutons and parmesan. In short, I will never return to this restaurant. Up to you.
Disappointing first experience. We were a large group of around forty people. We received great service from Carole. At one point me and my cousin went outside to smoke. When we returned, his almost full bottle of wine was gone. After checking with the employees, we were told that one of the bus girls who did not speak French or English took the bottle from the table and that the cooks drank the rest of the bottle of wine. Our personal belongings and our doggy bag were still on the table and the bill hadnt even been paid so its not like we had left. The owner who was there never showed up to apologize. My cousin didnt have to pay for his dinner (which came last, when everyone else in our group had finished eating), but its truly disgusting to treat your customers this way. I dont recommend this place.
This restaurant and its staff have no class. We brought our bottles of wine. They stole the best bottle of wine from the table while my family was outside to smoke. Half of the bottle remained full. When we asked the waitress Carole if she saw it she immediately got defensive and told us that her boyfriend was coming with two bottles of wine after his shift so she didnt need to steal note wine! We insisted on knowing where the bottle of Liano wine had gone??? She comes back to us later to tell us that the guys in the kitchen have been drinking it!!!! No, but what a lack of class! No one from our group had paid or even left. The waitress was insulted that we were insulted! So she brought a bottle of cheap wine to replace their bottles - which didnt suit us of course! Following this we insisted that someone find an adequate solution. In the end he didnt have to pay his bill (as he should), but it took a lot of insistence on our part, it was very complicated to compensate him for his loss of money. We know when 2023 the service will no longer really be up to date in restaurants but this far exceeded our expectations! The owner didnt even show up to apologize.
Dry bread, long service and not very fresh food. The service was very good though. For the price it s NO!
Small, intimate restaurant in old Terrebonne. Welcoming owners, the service is personal even when busy and the food is excellent.
The meals are excellent
Excellent meal
Excellent and beautiful atmosphere - pleasant and friendly staff!
Very good hot and impeccable service good price I will go back
Terrible service. They made us wait with an older adult and after 20 minutes they told us they couldnt accept more people. They should treat tourism better.
Very good spag and Caesar salad
This is currently our favorite place. A very good restaurant and bring your own wine. The service is excellent and so is the food. We go there very often and have never been disappointed. The dishes are plentiful and tasty. The chef prepares homemade sauces. The seafood pasta and the veal Parmigiano are excellent. I take the veal Parmigiano every time in a restaurant and this is by far my best plate.
We had a reservation for 7:00 p.m. on a Friday. When the waitress welcomes us she tells us that we have to hurry because the cook is old and he cant wait to finish his day. We tell him that we are waiting for a friend before ordering and the waitress seems stressed at having to wait. She comes back several times to tell us that the cook is getting impatient and that we need to hurry. We received our plate and while we were eating the waitress came several times to ask us if we were ready to pay. We felt like we were bothering the staff. Disastrous experience.
Casual meal. Convenient since its a BYOB. Well located in old Terrebonne
Ark no word for that
Generous quantities, very good dishes, I ate the garlic shrimp au gratin and the bruschetta. Great experience. Plus, its a bring your own wine option. Perfect service, especially since it was very busy and we didnt have a reservation. I highly recommend! Parking: City parking right next door.
Very slow service, disappointing food and price way too high for the experience
I had the Portuguese chicken breast, I found that it was not spicy enough for my taste with fries and salad. And for dessert, crème brûlée. Good service and the owner came to take a look in the dining room to see our appreciation.
We were pushed a little too hard for my liking to order, the variety on the menu wasnt there and I found the bill too high for what it was unfortunately!!
Very good and bring your own wine, Good price.
Disappointing! It took 55 minutes before I got my meal, plus I didnt have a starter to speed up the time!! We had a show so I only ate a few bites. And whats more, the shrimp were not cooked.
I ordered a Squid and Octopus starter ($18) and there was no Squid I complained and the waiter offered me a plate of Fried Squid but the chef came to taunt me to tell me that it was was like that and thats it. My Spag Shrimp and Pernod for $29 was very good with nice large shrimp cooked just on top. In the end I was not charged for entry, thanks to the waiters who were perfect, I never saw the chef again.
The menu on the internet is not the same as Le Resto Chicken too dry Regular pizza
Unsmiling waiter with less than courteous responses. Entrance forgotten for a long time and charged full price We waited a long time for our main dishes (around 1 hour 15 minutes). My shrimp pasta was very good but my friends pizza was very ordinary value for money. The waitress who took over was, however, excellent!
Reception for my wedding yesterday... Really great restaurant (and Im picky). Excellent food, exceptional service, very friendly owners. The waitress who took care of us, Kim, was very professional and efficient. I really recommend this restaurant.
Good service, excellent food, very friendly staff and owners. We got married there and everyone was delighted
The waiter was unsmiling and even unpleasant...many dishes were accompanied by spaghetti with tomato sauce, and the sauce tasted like cane. I took my partner to this restaurant for her party, and it was disappointing.
Very ordinary restaurant we took a starter of bruchetta it looks and tastes strangely like that of pg (the one sold in grocery stores) nothing fresh resembles an old mixture...the carbonara paste is good but very ordinary.. nothing beats the displacement.. boloniese dough tastes like a really very ordinary can sauce
Unsmiling welcome not even finished our plate and the waiter is already ready to take it away and dessert not good and also cold coffee
Excellent .
Good service, nice atmosphere, but the dishes lack flavor, for an Italian restaurant its unexpected! The vegetable soup, although appetizing, tasted nothing and neither did the veal escalope... good but bland... too bad!
Excellent from start to finish, I recommend it!
Visited as a catering room as part of a film set, I found the place very rustic and really well located in the neighborhood. I didnt have the chance to taste the cuisine, it will be fine after the pandemic. But architecture-wise, it s a winner!
Always good, excellent service thank you very much, we were happy to be able to start the return to the restaurant at home! Happy season
Good overall...lack of experience in serving plates at the table but...being able to eat sheltered from the rain...great
My dish was not edible.
Excellent food and very good service
Excellent service! Everything was perfect!
Total disappointment for this restaurant, not very good and for the price you can really find better.
Excellent dishes with very good service. The seafood pasta was hearty and delicious. The entrecote was better than many famous steakhouses in Montreal and the Caesar salad was amazing!
Nice place but... The food is okay. I think the lack is service. Not enough staff. Only one choice of dessert and it was not good.
Very good restaurant, good service, it was the first time yesterday and not the last, starter of octopus and grilled squid I recommend, as well as the really excellent pescatore linguine, I recommend it 100%.
You have to try the starter of grilled octopus and squid, sublime...
Excellent service delicious food
Great restaurant and its always excellent
Wow wow......very delicious and especially the octopus starter, well done to the chef!
Very good cuisine
Exceptional service from Véronique, and exquisite food, everything was truly delicious from the bouillabaisse to the pizza to the cheesecake, Thank you we had a great evening
good meal and quick service
Small warm house, good food, friendly staff, good service! Ive been twice since reopening and nothing negative to say!
Saturday September 25 A flawless course: Starter with pan-fried foie gras, then tasty, soft and abundant veal sweetbreads. For dessert crème brûlée, not too sweet. Eager service on the warm terrace. Really recommended
Just one word to describe my experience EXCELLENT
Very good quality/price. Very good service.
Excellent fast service.
My favorite restaurant plates them sick
We loved the meal, the atmosphere and the attention of the owner, we will return very soon. This is a restaurant to recommend
Arriving at 8:15 p.m. on a Friday evening and being told 5 minutes later to choose what you want to order because the kitchen is closing soon...a bit ordinary.
We tried this restaurant in December and it was really, really good. The problem was we went back in March 2020, we were really very very disappointed. The food was no longer the same, including the alldress pizza for $20, a pancake with tomato sauce, a few pieces of black olives (about 5) 3 pieces of pepperoni, no alldress mushrooms??? Really . The waiter informs us that they have changed cooks... well they will lose customers if this continues. I dont give any stars even though Im forced to give at least one.
We were really pushed by the waitress. At the end of the meal there wasnt even any dessert left. There was no more ice to put in the water they served us either.
Excellent chef
Great experience, very good! Attentive and passionate staff!
Good food
Veronique gave us exceptional service and a very good meal, thank you
Magnificent restaurant in old Terrebone where we can bring our own wine. The service is perfect
Great restaurant! Great service and very warm! Delicious, attentive staff, we loved it!
Courteous staff, very good food and affordable price. Good place to go before going to see a show at the Théatre du Vieux Terrebonne. In addition, the BYOB concept is very popular.
Best place in old Terrebonne. Courteous and warm service. Excellent food. We come back to it often... ;)
I recommend it, we brought our wine
Best veal escalope I have ever eaten
We were a large group and the service and food were excellent. Always satisfied when I eat at the Le Spag restaurant in old Terrebonne. Thanks to the whole team!
Nice welcome, good value for money
Great service and the food was excellent!
Excellent service and the perfect veal, we tried it 3 years ago it was ordinary! Tonight is truly exquisite. THANKS
Excellent food and service. Very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend!!!
Great service, great food. A little expensive but we bring our own wine
I loved it, especially since we were in good company, the food is delicious. And we even got to meet the owner and cook. A really friendly Portuguese guy. As a bonus we can bring our own wine . Im definitely going to go back there.
Bring your own wine! With a large terrace and good food and good service
My partner and I went, we really liked the terrace. As for food, we both had a pizza and we were a little disappointed... I was expecting more choice and more wow factor for a restaurant like this, especially compared to the price of $18. On the other hand, it s brought your wine so that can compensate. Our server was a little nonchalant and most of the time it was the waitresses and the cook (I think he had just brought us our plates) who took care of refilling our glass and meeting our needs. A little disappointed. If we return it is clearly for the terrace atmosphere and to bring our wine.
Beautiful terrace, courteous service, fast service for theater evening and good value for money
Disastrous first visit... After giving our order, we informed that 45 minutes had passed and that we had not yet received our starter. A nice and very polite cleaner asked us what exactly we had ordered... - 15 minutes later, our squid arrived covered in salt. I asked to see the manager, I had to look for him... Obviously, he didnt care. Our Friday evening dinner, 1.5 hours of waiting for calamari, equally salty penne and a pizza that never arrived. I would only say this to the owner, supervise your staff.
Good restaurant in old Terrebonne.
We were a group of about 35 people, in the dining room on the 2nd floor. Good service! On the other hand, very expensive for a plate of spaghetti $29 pizza $29 veal parmegiana $35 we were expecting a menu starting at $22 no plate at $22 unfortunately. I noticed that the meal was $10 more expensive/plate than on the menu In my opinion it s exaggerated!
Very disappointing. Closing time indicated for 9 p.m., but kitchen closed from 8 p.m.
Fast service (group of 27) smiling waitress but mediocre food soup meaning more (a touch of cream would have been appreciated) a spaghetti bolognese with very little sauce and parmesan powder and for dessert.......much too expensive for what I had on my plate
Beautiful restaurant in old Terrebonne where you can bring your own wine, plus the service is perfect...
The atmosphere is warm. The dishes are generous and the service is excellent. Bring your own wine too!
Excellent service. Very good table. Experience to repeat.
Very nice place. Excellent filet mignon. Pasta and pizza too. The chef is open to making us things not on the menu (like octopus) as long as we tell him a few days in advance. Very cool servers (we love our Philippe ;)). We never leave disappointed! On theater evenings, it is better to arrive later because there is a rush for those going there. Nice terrace in summer.
We love the place. We come back and come back without ever getting bored. Good food, warm place, great staff.
We were a small group when we went, I had a plate of pasta. The portion was very nice so I had a good lunch the next day because it was delicious. The guest table was low priced and very interesting Parking on the other hand is a problem but the same for all of Old Terrebonne
Good food but a little expensive
Excellent table for six with six different meals and everyone really liked it. Come and discover this place
Very good dishes. Adequate service.
What does the waiter tell you? well, that s what it is.
The veal chop is succulent! Very nice evening yesterday. We were a group and the atmosphere was party. Super cool staff! I recommend it.
Bad service from the waiters, very expensive prices for the plates
Excellent squid, great food and super faultless
I recommend. Reasonable price and friendly waitress.
Good service, good food!
Very good full of choice were 5 chosen different dishes all satisfied service very good affordable price bring your wine
Very good yum
One of the rare bring-your-own-wine restaurants in old Terrebonne. Beautiful large terrace in summer. Personally I find the dishes always a little too salty at the base. I would suggest the cook reduce the dose a little and let the customer adjust. Otherwise very good.
Beautiful rustic Italian restaurant. Very nice atmosphere with Italian music. The food is good and the prices reasonable. Lovely place for a romantic romantic dinner. I recommend without hesitation.
Very good restaurant I recommend it
Excellent food and value for money!
Very expensive, no service, I asked for water it took 35 minutes, the food is original for the price I do not recommend
Great meal!!!
Filet mignon all delicious
The only restaurant to bring your wine to Old Terrebonne that I know of. Excellent squid as a starter. The pasta dish we chose was well prepared. The only downside was a tiny piece of style cake provided in a table dhôte at lunchtime for almost $6. I advise you to skip dessert at this place.
Good service, good food
We were 20 people for a 25th Wedding Anniversary. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and very attentive to our requests. For the food , our whole group was admiring and it was EXCELLENT - HOT...
Delicious hot plate attentive service
Amazing service and excellent food
Good, but very expensive as a table dhôte... $28 a spag....
Mediocre as a restaurant, from all points of view!
Very good pizza, thats about it... I was forced to buy a ladleful of soup for $5 because I wanted to split my pizza with my girlfriend. Total of $30 for a 12-inch thin crust pizza and soup. About ten of us arrived and we were asked not to choose too many different dishes because its too complicated for the kitchen.
I tried the veal escalope and was very disappointed. The cut was thin and it was hard. It wasnt worth the price and despite good service, huge wait. It was lucky that we brought more wine, because it would ease the wait. On the other hand, the pizza looked good, if I trust the comments of my colleagues at my table.
Good welcome good service
Surprising. I would have thought of a very basic pasta restaurant, but the menu was interesting and very varied and the dishes were succulent. This will become a must-have bring your own wine in old Terrebonne.
