my husband and I don't always agree on pizza and other plates. This is one place where we both agree. He really enjoys the hamberger steak. Atmosphere scored lower because I have a service dog and this is a very small and old restaurant. Not to much room to move around. The building could use a little love.
Okay, best poutine in the province, hands down. I haven't been here in about 25 years, and it's still the same. Forget everywhere else. Just come here

A very surprised good restaurant. I came here with my work for a work party. If you look at there menu online, the prices are fair. Staff here are very friendly. I ordered the pizza. It was good. To be honest, there pizza tastes like many of the other pizza restaurants that I had in the past. Not wrong with that. All my co-workers enjoy their food as well. The only complaint I would give them is how they make their french fries. Their fries are the same basic french fries like many restaurants. Frozen and doesn’t stay hot for long. Add a spice to make it unique. Beside that I enjoy my time there. I would come back again.
Had really nice experience. Good portion of fresh tasty food. We ordered 1 quarter chicken and a steak dish and it came along with soup & a cake. Very nice helpful stuff … we don’t know French but they helped their best to understand us 😊. I would say the cost is 25% cheaper than Montreal and food and services are 25% better. Located in a really nice street . The pizza also looked awesome, we saw a lot of locals as well.
It was awesome and just what l needed😊 lve been working in the healthcare system since this Pandemic and it has been hard. I am from Ontario and it was my day off my Son asked me out for lunch and we took a road trip to Terrebonne. Beautiful place great food and people are so nice😊. Definitely going back with my Husband to enjoy a delicious pizza and poutine🍕😋. Thanks again we will be back and your Waitress was wonderful😊
In the summer walked in with 6 people and I said I speak English and don't understand French, I asked for menu's in English and she refused to speak English, okay so I wanted to Order in English she refused to listen so we all left went down the road a few minutes away to another place and sat and ate and drank for a few hours since I owed all my Buddies a meal and Drinks for giving me a hand well when we were finished my Bill was $360 + $70 tip total was $430 on the way back I asked my friend to stop by and I walked into this place showed the waitress my receipt and left it with her and said that's $70 you could of made in a Tip but your choice was not to serve us GOODLUCK and I have been to the other place with my friends probably 7 or 8 times since. I can speak French but it was that I had 2 friends that didn't and wanted them to well ....order from a menu or at least tell the waitress what they wanted. Anyhow not a big deal just think if you want business you try to treat everyone the same.
This restaurant has a special place in my heart. Food is amazing. Pizza is really good. Subs are excellent as well. Italian poutine is a staple. Service is excellent. Would recommend going a little earlier or later since rush hour can get quite busy and you might have to wait for a table.

Very nice place to go eat a good pizza or a good spaghetti with beer beautiful place with quiet charm the only drawback I find the prices slightly too high
Not enough table
I ordered online, the application allows you to order even though the restaurant is closed for renovation. When I call the phone the first line is engaged, the second rings constantly. On Google, the restaurant is open. We went to the restaurant only to bump our noses into a restaurant that was closed for renovations. Very poorly managed during their renovation.
It never responds. We try to order at 9 p.m. and never get in line.
For now you can only order to bring the restaurant It is under renovation for a neighborhood restaurant which is a fast food I promise you will not be disappointed the food is excellent go grab a plate of shrimp an excellent pizza all their food is excellent Parking: There are two large parking lots but often no space, there is still the church at the top of the hill

The delivery is really too long 1:30 on a Wednesday evening outside peak hours, I order once a week from this place and its always the same story, lack of delivery man and the boss doesnt solve the problem obviously he doesnt care. crazy, when you call to tell the receptionist she is very stupid, it was the last time I ordered from this restaurant

We had called to place an order and when we arrived to take it, the waitress who was bored at the counter because only 2 tables were taken looked at us like we were disturbing her... I thought I was in the wrong place which was closed or something. I tell her its for take-out and she says Theres no order for prepared food!, no were going to do it now or invitation to sit down... so yeah, a restaurant that doesnt want to not make food for the customers... we left...

Best pizza in Terrebonne
We are regular customers and have never had a problem before. The waitresses and the owner are very friendly. On the other hand, on our recent visit a young waitress in her thirties served us and when we asked her if she had cleaned the table she took offense and started to raise her voice. The table had ketchup stains and we respectfully asked him to just wipe the table clean and that we had no problem. She continued shouting in the dining room and we left the restaurant. When we left she waved goodbye and laughed at us. Its a shame that a family place of this type hires employees who lack expertise and respect for customers who are only there for dinner or dinner.

Its been 10 years since I ordered the pizza from Vieux Terrebonne which was generally very good. The delivery I received was aldress pizza + bacon onion. lack of tomato sauce, poorly cooked pizza dough and excess mushrooms, I will go elsewhere in the future. When I call to confirm if there is a change in the kitchen, I am told that it is the same recipe and as I ate slices of pizza, they cannot change it. No good I just ordered veal parmesan and fries which were transparent so full of oil I had a plate full of spaghetti with lots of sauce that the veal only tasted like sauce I gave it to the squirrels

Whatever the negative comments say, this establishment is a classic like those found in almost all the towns of the beautiful province. In general they are called deli or delicatessen this one has a very generic name, but it is nonetheless worth the detour. The poutine is excellent and the pizza is worth the detour! Probably one of the best pizzas in the area. Big plus take an order to bring and eat it in the park next door, magical!

I didnt have much of a wait (only place that had room), but for the type of restaurant, its good. Good fries, good submarine, its not the fanciest place but its still good when you want a fast food deli and the service is impeccable.

I have been eating pizza for years at Le Vieux Terrebonne restaurant. It was the best pizza on the North Shore. I noticed during my last order that they changed the recipe. Its not the same pizza at all. For me it was the last time. Question why change a winning recipe?

I have known this place for at least 40 years and the meals and prices have always been good and fair plus the service is great.
Nothing better than soup and a sub on a cold, rainy Sunday. Chicken noodle soup, just okay. But the submarine... There, were talking!!! Special Old Terrebonne... Theres some in there. Yeah, in my top 2 best ever. I know where to go now Old Terrebonne. WOW.

Following the last 3 commands, all 3 had errors. However, on the phone everything was clear and on the handwritten invoice too. Big problem with orders and surely not the only long-time customer who will go elsewhere.

This restaurant is made WAY too expensive for the food which remains very very basic. Almost $80 for sole, pizza and fries!!!!!lets see, the more upscale restaurants OK but were far from having had filet mignon... that was the last time.

I will never go to this restaurant again. When I made my reservation, I mentioned that we were going to the Theater. The person tells me for reservation times it is either 5 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. and that at 6:30 p.m. you must leave the table. I tell him that I will book at 6:30 p.m. and I was with people with reduced mobility. When we arrived at the restaurant at 6:15 p.m. a waitress told us it wont take long to clean your table. But in the end, I realize that there are people attending the table so they are not after cleaning the table. I tell the waitress that we are going to the theater and that we had reserved for 6:30 p.m. and I tell the waitress what I was told when making the reservation so I say to the waitress could you advise people there please they have finished eating she tells me yes I will bring them their bill I approach the table we are standing we wait, but the waitress went to bring their bill 15 minutes later when I asked her. We were able to have our table at only 7:05 p.m., time to give the order until it was served. We didnt even have time to have a coffee or dessert, we were in a hurry. I dont recommend going to the restaurant at all if you go to the theater first. What they say when you book is not respected. So it wasnt pleasant at all or relaxing to eat like that on the run for failure to respect our reservations.

My favorite pizza of all - the House Special! The desserts are good, the fries and poutine only passable, I dont know the rest of the menu and I dont care, because for the pizza alone the restaurant deserves 5 stars. The service is good. Very good place to end the evening after leaving the bars.
I have been ordering pizza from this restaurant for a long time but for the last two months, the pizza dough is no longer edible and the cheese and sauce taste nothing. Last time for me.
The meals are very large and excellent. Go there, you wont regret it. Just one downside, dont take the tables in the center unless youre really skinny because there isnt much space. A restaurant recommended.

I loved having a pizza delivered to this place so much until I found a hair in my meal this week, Sunday October 2, 2022. Its so unpleasant. I called the restaurant to notify them. I was told that someone would call me back but I never received a return call. Very disappointing, I dont think I will order from this place again. An error happens, but not remembering, I find it quite ordinary. Its not my style to complain but I think its important to express it.

Impossible to be disappointed in Vieux-Terrebonne! The plates are generous and delicious. A good real deli as they are rare these days. Their sauce is mystically succulent, just like their pizzas!!! You will not be disappointed. Enjoy your meal! **Still, Im always a little disappointed by their fries...but thats really the ONLY negative point I can give them!
