Ben & Florentine in Terrebonne

One of the only places that refuses a customer because its 2:02 p.m. and not 2 p.m. I will never come back to this place again...

Too bad it was usually very good.. But the portions of potatoes at lunch decreased a lot!! The beacon was also better before...To be continued in several weeks.

We know the menu, varied and good. Restaurant with a very nice set up, very windows, a super beautiful terrace with parasols, everything is very clean. What can I say about the service, excellent and in addition the kindness of Mélissa! This is my favorite Ben and Florentine by far. Parking: Lots of spaces although several remains.

Nothing to say, its very good, nothing extravagant, excellent service, we welcome you with a beautiful smile I recommend!

Where are the criss bananas???! Theres like a DOZEN of them free in the kitchen! Had I known, I would have enjoyed my breakfast at the Tim Hortons next door... in my humble opinion, disappointing.

I ordered a plate of pancake and fresh fruit and received rubbery pancakes and lukewarm fruit!.

On this beautiful Sunday of Mothers Day, the restaurant is very busy. Despite this, the service is impeccable, the servers are smiling, courteous and friendly. They even moved us places so that we could be more peaceful. Very good lunch too! Well done!

Always so good when we go there, surprisingly, for Easter, the place was empty. Large meal portion The only downside was that at the end of the meal, the kitchens internal fire extinguisher went off, we all became poisoned like cayenne pepper!

While passing through Terrebonne, we stopped at this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday at 12:15 p.m. for dinner. There are 5 of us and sometimes we have to wait to be seated and we understand that. The restaurant is very small, with little space between tables. Oddly enough, a sign mentions waiting in the portico to be seated. We instead choose to enter the restaurant for fear of not being seen. This entry had the effect of a fox in a henhouse. The waitresses didnt know where to seat us. They were gesticulating and arguing and no solution was offered. 5 or 6 of us have been eating in restaurants for 10 years and we have never been received like this. When we pointed out the presence of free tables at the back of the restaurant, we were told in a very unpleasant tone that the section was closed because the day is late, although it was only 12:00 p.m. and the restaurant closed more than 2 hours later! As even the managers visit did not calm the waitresss invectives, and very irritated by this shaky welcome, we preferred to eat our dinner in a more welcoming place.

Saturday 10:00 a.m. the restaurant is not full. The hostess offers me a place near the door. I ask him for several places that are not near the door. She tells me that she cant give them to me because its not this waitresss turn in this section. Wow, what an insignificant response! Its a shame because I regularly went to this place that I loved but now I wont go anymore...A little customer service course would be good!

Good meal, somewhat slow service

Excellent service and always a good menu with lots of diversity. A big plus for the young ladies who served us with a smile and who really seemed to enjoy serving us.

Worst customer service experience ever .rude with children impatient with customers I strongly advise against it should be closed!!!!!!! I gave one star because it was not possible to give 0 Dietary restrictions: Bad customer service!!!!

I really like lunch restaurants It was my first time at this one, but I was not impressed by the service, which was slow despite normal traffic and a large number of employees and a rather lackadaisical welcome. For food, I asked for well-cooked bacon and received 1 and a half slices blackened more than 50% and my fresh squeezed juice was not fresh (a tropicana would have been better). Apart from my disappointments The cleanliness of the restaurant was up to par and my overall experience was OK, there is worse but there is room for improvement in customer service and quality.

Good to you Im on these the first time I eat a lunch with little on my plate plus I just have a cartier of orange as fruit on a plate 10/10 there is very little potato crumb 1 sausage 2 pieces of bacon a slice of thin ham the egg and creton and just a slice of orange no other fruit for the same price I have a full plate in another restaurant

I just called and the person who answered was incredibly arrogant. A real frustration with life. I called for information she didnt even let me speak and I asked her for her name she told me I dont have to give you my name I was very courteous... Dont let the customer speak and even before I finish my speech she cuts me off maid what arrogance

It was my lunch restaurant But quality and quantity are no longer worth it.

Hostess with an obnoxious and hostile welcome. We ask for the possibility of having a table on the terrace, she tells us that she cannot guarantee this possibility, because the table is not ready, looking at us with disdain. 4 men arrive and ask us how long we have been waiting. We tell them that they can go ahead of us, since we want to sit on the terrace so we wait. They pass in front of us and the smiling hostess (even though she barely bothered to look at us) offers them the table we were waiting for on the terrace. I enter to question her, she starts to raise her voice at me, to say that I am attacking her and that I am intimidating her when I simply asked her why she was giving them the table we were waiting for. She was hysterical. There were 4 of us and will never return to this restaurant even though I previously used to go there for various reasons. We left and went to eat at the oeufrier on Chemin Gascon where we had an excellent welcome and service.

I recommend this place, its really nice, we eat well and the setting is pleasant for everyone during this period, look at the photos that Im going to publish

The service is fast, welcoming and Émilie remembers my girlfriends allergies even after more than 4 months, without forgetting her excellent service, thank you. A very nice atmosphere. For Poutine lovers, don t hesitate to try the Ben and Florentine poutine!! A delight.

Excellent service! Lunch was delicious. We had the avocado and vegetable plate and the goat cheese omelette and we ate our fill. The plates were superb and well filled. Very good value for money. The service was excellent. As soon as we arrived we were seated quickly and we didnt have to wait for anything. We never lacked for anything. Our coffee was always refilled as was our water. Were not local, but well definitely come back. Its totally worth the detour. As a new married couple this was our first post wedding lunch and it was the best lunch ever. We recommend this restaurant 100%. The owner, the kitchen team, the server team and busgirl and busboy made our outing a wonderful time. Thanks again to the whole team. It was delicious and the best service weve had!

Honestly the worst experience of my life. The two of us went to this place for a friends party. To start we ordered a smoothie each. My friends smoothie was way too sour and not drinkable. Its not the first time weve gone to this restaurant and had the same smoothie, so we know the taste. We asked the waitress Marie if it was possible to mix it with something else or just change it for another smoothie, because she really didnt like it. She dared to say that it was probably my friends taste that had changed. In any restaurant, if you order something you dont like, they will change it or offer something to accommodate you, right? But not according to Marie. She didnt want to know anything, she was really arrogant and she really didnt want to change it, she said were going to have to pay for another one because she wont pay for a smoothie for clients since she has her own children to feed at home these are the exact words she told us. We were so shocked by his response that we decided to leave. We barely had a sip of our smoothies. She said perfect that she was going to bring us the bill to pay for our smoothie (which we barely touched). I told him that we werent going to pay for something we didnt even drink, in addition to the customer service we received. She told us she was going to call the police for a theft if we didnt pay. I couldnt even believe it! This is the first time weve heard this in our lives! Believe it or not, Marie the waitress actually called the police for 2 smoothies she didnt even drink. She also made racist comments when describing us to the police. This is the first time Ive ever spoken to the police in my life and whats more, to explain an absolutely ridiculous story over smoothies. Seriously I dont advise you to go to this restaurant! I strongly advise against it! It was a traumatic experience! We ended up paying for the smoothies anyway because Marie the waitress was going to file a complaint against us to the police for the theft of two smoothies! If you are wondering where the manager was (Marie the waitress said it was her). But hey for $12.98 really not worth it. Marie was ready to sue us for these two smoothies. In any case, I still cant believe it!

A sign indicates closing at 3 p.m. at the door. Next to it, another poster stating that the dining room closes at 2:30 p.m. but we arrive at 2 p.m. and the doors are ALREADY BARRED?!? The staff is cleaning and doesnt even bother to come to the door. Stop complaining that health restrictions are cutting into your income and start respecting your posted opening hours. PS: Another little family banged their nose on your door after us!

ordered a breakfast poutine: arrived cold (not even lukewarm) downright cold. I told the waitress about it, she took my plate and came back 2 minutes later with the same plate, telling me that she had put it in the microwave. A poutine in the microwave??? At the price of your meals, it is unacceptable to end up with a lake of brown sauce with potatoes that are starting to fall apart while they are soft and wet. Not edible, I went to eat elsewhere...and had to pay my bill!!

Very good. Im allergic to eggs but I managed to have a dish by removing the egg. I ate very well despite my allergy. This is not the case for me in all lunch restaurants. The dishes are appetizing and very good and the portions are generous.

Beautiful menu and nice variety of dishes! Unfortunately, on two plates, the potatoes were not fresh on one and very good on the other... The benches which are stuck one on top of the other are only separated by a small wooden wall which does not even cover peoples faces, so you definitely feel like youre eating at the same table as the people in the next booth... A little frosted window above the short wall would be a nice addition. When the restaurant starts to close sections they take the opportunity to wash the floor with odorous cleaning products and when you are close by it takes away a little the charm of the smell of the food...

Worst welcome ever. We showed up around 2:10 p.m. and asked to sit on the terrace. The waitress tells us in a very stupid way that she is closing the umbrellas and that she is not going to reopen one for us. It was full sun 30 degrees. We still ask to sit outside. Frustrated, she tells us, well, go ahead and she throws the menus on the table and leaves. We ate in full sun because the young girl didnt want to open a parasol which takes 1 minute to do. Very bad experience. In addition, the closed parasol next to us had a wasps nest inside.

Bad service, long waiting time and the food was cold. We waited 20 minutes before a waitress came to offer us coffee..

Best Ben & Florentine of the regiré

The waitress was very pleasant even though the wait to be served on a Saturday morning at 7 a.m. (with 4 tables occupied) was 17 minutes. Too expensive for my taste for a very ordinary quality in your choice of meats and an omelette that lacks flavor, positive note for the smoothies, it was a first experience a bit of a failure, there is room for improvement if you want to stand out in the world of lunches where the products are all similar.
