Before I would have given it a 5 star! Im a regular, its been a while since Ive been there! I learned that the owner (an angel) has sold! Before the service was impeccable and fast! Now.... my meal was, so to speak... Garocher on the plate! (I didnt think of the photo otherwise I would have put it) Egg garocher on the potatoes the yolk cooked when I asked turned, the crepe garocher on the potatoes and bacon in small pieces and the sausages did not have looks completely cooked, etc... a GAROCHER dish!!! The waitress was super friendly but not very helpful... the coffee refill had to be chased after! However, the restaurant was not that full! The employees seemed to be under pressure unlike the old team who smiled and had no pressure.. which shows in a dish and service!!!! There were 3 of us! There we are in the evening! The 3 of us didnt feel that good and couldnt eat again all day... a lump in the stomach, etc... I imagine the food wasnt that fresh! We were regulars.. Now were going to go to another Ben & Florentine.. We dont want to relive that experience!

The quantity of plates is no longer what it used to be. When youre left hungry after a plate, its not normal. However, their service remains impeccable.

Honestly ! wow!!! Unfortunately, I didnt take note of the name of the fantastic lady who served us this Saturday morning, June 15, but wow! We were a group of 10 with so-called different people. If only the people were as beautiful and caring as her! Calm while listening to the small group! I am so amazed! Your staff also attracts the best customers! Everything was perfect! I am a happy mother! Seriously THANK YOU! You make the difference and prove that there are still human people in this often too busy world!

Very good food, however the lack of employees is obvious, which has a big impact on the service and its duration. Its not the employees fault, they work hard but not enough staff

We went this morning, normally the service is great. But unfortunately this morning it was horrible. We had no coffee refill, the waitress seemed stupid, no smile, no question how we liked it. Even when we leave, a stupid goodbye without even looking at us

We really enjoyed our dishes and the waitress was competent and pleasant.

Receive the beverages after 15 minutes since we took our order. Receive the plate to my daughter first, put the plate down abruptly. Bananalicious with crepe (almost no banana and well come back for the chocolate.....) ... 8 minutes later receive the plate for my wife (omelette made in a hurry very quickly) and my plate the sriracha pan and sausage Italian. 5 minutes later we receive the toasts. The potatoes are disgusting. Smoothies are literally liquid. The taste was almost inedible. The service is seriously lacking in coordination and quality. Waitress all over the place. We had to get up to go find the waitress to get service. In short, we will NEVER return there and we strongly RECOMMEND IT AGAINST it. Oh and we had to run after 2 waitresses to manage to pay our bill.

This restaurant often has trial menus! Yesterday morning it was a baklava combo with banana, chocolate hazelnut crepe, sausage and small potatoes for breakfast... Super interesting, you will then fill out a little report to rate and write your comments! :)

The welcome was disappointing, no hello, no follow me. We stood in the hall wondering if the place where she had put the menus was our place. We finally decided that this should be our place. The restaurant was almost empty, the hostess seated us next to the only table with a carriage. The baby was crying and the mother was moving the stroller on our table, I dont blame the poor mother, but they could have seated us elsewhere. I asked for it but unfortunately we were not moved. The wait was much too long. I wouldnt go back there. However, I love the Ben and Florentine in Blainville.

Nice place that could use a little cleaning. Very visible dust on the kitchen filters. For the food, its like elsewhere when you ask for the egg white to be well cooked around the egg, all the white arrives dry. Heat of the dishes, apart from the potatoes, leaves something to be desired, for those who like to eat hot. They have a very nice menu that will please everyone. The quantities are very acceptable. The price is very good and accessible to small families. For a 5 star, good cleaning.

First disappointment with Ben and Florentine. Burnt bacon, the yolk of my frozen sunny-side-up eggs, the cream of my burnt spouse and unmelted cheese. They had burst one of his eggs and replaced it with another but left the dried yolk at the bottom of the plate. New Cook? He shouldnt have let those plates pass. We did not have the compote with our dishes. My guys dishes looked good, they devoured everything, they took a dollar off my oldests dish because we removed the eggs (nice surprise no one else does), and Maude gave us an excellent service, super friendly and energetic. So it was ok but not up to my expectations for a Ben and Florentine

Ben and Florentine were in my favorites. Having eaten for the first time at this establishment in Terrebonne, I then liked it a second time on Saturday December 10, Oufff my omelette was raw, the vegetables did not look fresh in the omelette. In the toast basket there were only 2 jams and 1 was already opened so which means we had a familys leftovers..In 2k I would not return to this establishment.

Finally after the pandemic we return to our good sub-type lunch. Great and very courteous service. Listening to the customer, it was not the first time and it will surely be a stop for my regular good lunch. Hats off to the team,

frankly the worst lunch we waited 2 hours. For two people it cost us $68. I had ordered a pancake, this one arrived all wrinkled and frankly not appetizing if the taste had been there it could have saved but overcooked and disgusting plus the smoothies (soft) are way too expensive for the quantity (3 sips ) if you want extra Hollandaise sauce to prepare you have to pay $2 for a paltry quantity. In summary, restaurant to avoid and boycott.

Decent food, but with hamburger steak I would have liked served the old-fashioned way with lettuce and lots of tomatoes. Decent service, we were able to stretch our time that lunchtime, with coffee. It is true that the restaurant was not overflowing....

I went for the first time to this one and it was the worst of Ben and Florentine for the quantities I took a crepe and it had the size of $2 of whipped cream so I asked for more and it charged me $1 extra to still have a small quantity while elsewhere it gives you value for your money

My boyfriend and I love going to brunch at this location. One waitress in particular, redhead, curly hair with an incredible smile! Her name escapes me, but it seems that she likes her job and she is so sweet that we would even like to invite her to our table for coffee. The service is usually fast, yes a little expensive but varied and tasty menu.
