Fast service, hot food, smiling staff: nothing better to start your day!

A good breakfast in the morning always feels good! The prices are comparable to other lunch restaurants, the food is good and arrives hot! Try their breakfast poutines if you have the chance! They are really delicious!!

We waited at least 20 minutes without anyone coming to the table to offer us a coffee and take our order. Additionally, the restaurant was empty. After this wait we decided to leave to go to the A&W across the street. Very disappointing service.

They are understaffed, Only 2 waitresses for over 20 tables, and the other 2 people who clean and prepare the tables do it very slowly, they are tired or lack a lot of training.

It was delicious, best chocolate banana crepe I have ever eaten in my life, impeccable service, the waiters were funny, attentive and friendly, they even offered me an incredible free dessert. I recommend this place if you want to have a quick lunch with a 10 minute wait and a pleasant atmosphere. You really need to improve your service. lack of staff, 2 waitresses for 30 tables? For bus girls, does it take more than 15 minutes or more to clean and prepare a table?

If it werent for the toilets, I would have given it a 5 star rating. -The urinal flush does not work. -Tap water accumulates, causing the user to wash their hands in dirty water. -Toilet bowl not fixed/very loose. As a result, it is very difficult for people with reduced mobility to be comfortable there. Of course, there are worse toilets than this, but it needs to be fixed.

Worst service Ive had in a Ben and Florentine... 15 mins to be seated while no one clears the tables... then 20 mins waiting for someone to come see us to take our order despite the fact that there have 4 waitresses on site who ignore you... forget about the order... dont come and bring the bill when weve finished lunch and were standing waiting with our coats on our backs.... One of the slowest services Ive had for a restaurant at lunch.... Waiting 1 hour for eggs and pancakes doesnt make any sense. Received my plate and the eggs were cold and my Choco Banana pancake had 4 pieces of banana.....I dont recommend anyone to go for lunch there.

Excellent service! The lady who served us our lunch is always welcoming and very kind. Our meal was good. Chocolate banana and strawberry pancake...delicious. I was afraid to eat a Crepe because often to my taste they are heavy to digest. This one, crispy and light. Well stocked plate even for my partner with his traditional meal, egg, bacon and so on My only small point is the atmosphere...the effect of space between the tables. We are crowded and I like it less. May please others

Ive been going there for over 10 years but its over for me! Waitress not busy and repeatedly forgetting things I had ordered. Too bad for the older staff who always served me well. And lastly they have difficulty cooking eggs.

Since the restaurant changed ownership the service and meals have deteriorated so much, today I went to eat with my wife for an hour waiting before having our meals and wow cold plate. The food is good and the prices are a little expensive, but normal for a chain restaurant. On the other hand, the service is very average. This was my second time there and every table had a coffee carafe except mine. I only got 1 refill of coffee when I need 3-4 cups in the morning. I saw that the waitress was going to see her other customers more often than my table... Maybe they dont like young people?
