Chez Lan in Terrebonne

I went to get a takeaway order.... I paid 58.35 for 2 meals... I gave 60 and left the change.... The gentleman didnt seem happy... In the end they were late in producing my order which they then left to cool on the counter for 10 minutes and surprise the imperial roll was missing from my meal.... Well done... P.S. I paid in cash but received no invoice nor saw the clerk punches the order at the cash register... I will never go there again ...

Its just the atmosphere that I didnt like. Neon lights in a restaurant are never pleasant. For the rest it was very good.

Succulent Vietnamese Asian restaurant!!! To all those who look at the price and the quantity, (david).... I tell you that all restaurants are not made to be cheap and well stocked and without good flavor sought after. Were not in the United States here Nor at the Chinese buffet. Lol WE RE IN ASIA!! DEAR LAN!! Balanced portion and flavor to match. One of the best Viet restaurants in Terrebonne.

Impeccable cuisine and service. The place is clean and welcoming and the excellent quality food is served in generous portions, whether for takeaway or to eat in. A classic if youre in the area.

$2 extra for the Won Ton soup which lacks taste. The main seafood meal was good but portion wise it was a little lacking.. The main meal of chicken, beef and shrimp also good but the fatty chicken not bad, but decent portion... The fried banana and ice cream dessert is excellent :) The service is good and fast, nothing to say at this level.

Last night we went to eat in this restaurant and there were only 11 people at the main meal and we forgot my dish after 20 minutes I realized that everyone had their plate except me, so I told them to send me my plate without any explanation or apology. When I paid, he made me charge my meal twice since their machine had a glitch, so he took almost $85 from my account for two plates that we didnt really like.

Everyone has their own atmosphere, bring your own wine, all the dishes are excellent and thats what matters to everyone...ah yes despite the crowds the service is courteous and fast! And easy to find a place to park vehicles ultimately well located. Enjoy your meal, because the portions are generous.

We didnt want to cook. I ordered over the phone to save time. We were told ready in 20 minutes, it took 40. Ordered a beef dish and a vegetarian. When we arrive home, I open the bag and surprise! One with beef and one with chicken!!! I called to explain the situation, the lady thought I wanted to order, she didnt understand anything because of the traffic we didnt want to drive 50 minutes again so I made myself dinner and that was our last visit to Lans. Vegetarian options: My vegetarian dish had chicken in it, I couldnt eat it $40 for a failed order

I recently visited this Vietnamese restaurant and was delighted to experience their fusion cuisine. The blend of traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern ingredients and culinary techniques was absolutely delicious. The dishes were beautifully presented and the flavors were perfectly balanced. It was incredibly tasty and comforting. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. They took the time to explain the different dishes to us. We recently discovered Lans and it was a nice surprise. The dishes are tasty, the service is efficient and the prices very reasonable. The cold vegetables served as accompaniments (lettuce, tomatoes) are a little bland, however, but thats very minor because the real dishes are very good (I tried the grilled meats and a chicken soup). We will come back!

Take out: soup broth that tastes like dishwater. It was really bad. We advise against it and We will never go back there.

I have been going to this restaurant for several years. The food is still good. Even with Covid they did NOT exaggerate the prices. They were able to stay the same, something few businesses have been able to do. Thanks to them... Parking: Plenty of parking space

I have been a customer at this place for years, I remember going there to my parents when I was 15 and still today I love going there, the food is good and not expensive BUT a big but, for the last 2-3 months, every time we go there and order chicken specifically, we get a really bad stomach ache and end up on the bowl for a few hours. Even once with friends, my partner had the Vietnamese soup, the problem, but I had the grilled chicken and my friend had the General Tao and both of us ended up in the toilet. Its super disappointing because its a place that we love, never had any problems with beef but chicken, I dont know if you have a different supplier or if the storage temperature is inadequate but its super dangerous. In short, we wont go back until its fixed.

I ordered the Pho soup, it was not the right order, firstly the Tonquinoise soup is not good...I had to throw away my soup and order elsewhere!! I prefer to eat somewhere else than there! Not satisfied at all with this restaurant!

We ordered to bring and the attitude of the person who took the call was incredibly stupid and once we got there we were even more shocked! He was aggressive with customers in general, even with poor elderly people who had simply asked for utensils to bring . This is unheard of for me in catering. Honestly its sad because the food is good but the waiter was so disrespectful we wouldnt go back.

Very disappointed. The taste is good, but the quantities are too small (I had to eat a sandwich when I came back even with a starter). The salad that accompanies the meals is iceberg with a few slices of carrots, a slice of cucumber and a slice of tomato. If it was cheaper Id give it a better rating, but I returned home wishing I had stayed elsewhere. If you like Asian cuisine and that for you $26 for a meal is not expensive, you will like it. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Very noisy, lousy service, everything on the plate; salad, roll and main course, so when we got to the main course, it was cold and we took the fish, shrimp and scallops, only the fish was cooked correctly, the rest was overcooked. As for the soup, if we hadnt added soy sauce, it had no flavor. I relied on the Google review...dont do it!
