Great! very very good, super friendly waitress, and delivery too... I rate 5 stars and the food is all very very good, and the service very fast....

3rd time I order and there is an error in my order. I took the trouble to write down what I didnt want and even called them to make sure my notice had been read. But no... it happens with everything we asked to remove from the submarines. 3rd time that the owner is mad at having unsatisfied customers. Well thats the end of the stick. You are removed from my list forever. No respect for your customers

I order a submarine with Uber, its expensive for me, the submarine contains very little meat and it camouflages it with an incredible quantity of salad, a submarine for $35 which isnt even half yours

Nous sommes accueillis comme des rois. Salués par 2 employées à notre arrivé, nous nous sentons comme à la maison. Coors light et molson sont au menu donc pas d inquiétudes à avoir au niveau des breuvages pour accompagner votre repas. La cuisson des frites est féerique. Le sous marin est copieusement garnit et ce dernier est également absolument délicieux. Je recommande pour un repas rapide et savoureux.

Im a big fan of submarines. So many franchise types like Subway, Quiznos or Dagwoods but since I discovered Chez Pierot in Terrebonne on Boulevard des Seigneurs... Its of value my others can get dressed. Excellent taste. I tried #1 on the menu. Excellent sub, fresh with lots of toppings (salads, onions, tomatoes) So I highly recommend it. The prices are still high but its worth it given the current context of inflation etc... The cost of living and so on.

Pizza and subs are excellent. Fast delivery and everything was hot. I recommend.

Ive been going there for 2 years, I had nothing to say until now. But since the beginning of 2023, they put less and less pepperoni in the sub, soon it will be bread, cheese and the slice of steak, yet the price has increased and less stock, I think I am due to try another one

For my taste... the bread was too thick and really not much steak and cheese but plenty of salad. My boyfriend had vinaigrette but I didnt... and the potatoes looked like they had been made for a while. I had already been there though.

Very disappointing!! I placed an order via Uber, the order was poorly packaged and the delivery man arrived with the liquor in a pants pocket. When I opened my submarine I found it without dressing and condiments. Also the bread was dry. I called them, they owned up to their mistake and apologized, but they didnt want to send me another submarine or refund me. The rest of the order was correct, nothing more.

A classic that I revisit on occasion, generous portion, fresh, fast and courteous service, the place is vintage.

Im more of the type to write a review when Im disappointed with my experience, but I have no choice but to give my appreciation for this restaurant. The sub was really excellent. I will definitely order again.

Excellent in understanding inflation and the constant price increase does not change my change of habit when removing the 2 for 1 from submarines unfortunately

Delectable Submarines

Ordered at 5:45 p.m. on 02/24/2022, received 1h05 later by DoorDash, Pizza with extra cheese shrunken without extra cheese, cold, fried, slice too, cold, poutine so cold that the cheese hasnt even melted...Disappointing, However before the pandemic I went there every week and it was a real delight......

After a university exam, my daughter had a little craving! I suggested he try Pierrôt, the king of the submarine He lives up to his name! I opted for a flagship submarine and my daughter a Quebecois. Verdict: Very filling sandwich, hot and full of flavor. Everything was accompanied by a good fries commonly called fat fries ! Watch out for calories! So, if you re in Terrebonne, and you re a submarine fan: the king is there!

It was the first time I went to this restaurant. Let me tell you it wont be the last!! After a bad day, I went to get some subs for my family and me. As soon as I entered, the lady welcomed me as if I had always been part of the family! As I left the restaurant, I dropped one of my submarines, and I returned with tears in my eyes. The staff reassured me and offered me a new sandwich at no cost, telling me that these things happen... MY GOD I felt appreciated!! And what about the food!!! The subs are delicious and tasty! You have clearly gained a new customer thank you for your business

Since covid-19, Pierrot no longer offers 2 for 1. Its a shame because I often went there to buy good 14 submarines. Now, as long as I have to pay for the 2nd one, I prefer to go to Mikes.

Always an excellent local restaurant to eat a good poutine, hot dogs or submarine. On the other hand, it would be nice if the room became a little more modern. Its been a long time since the restaurant was renovated and I find that a bit of a shame.

I made an Uber order which was cancelled. I placed a 2nd order NEW ORDER and they sent me the old order to cancel which had been sleeping on the counter for 1h20!!! I called to speak to the manager and no manager there, they tell me its Ubers fault! UBER TO CANCEL THE ORIGINAL ORDER! I PLACED A NEW ORDER = 2 orders! SO! Uber paid the merchant for 2 orders (order 1 cancel + order 2 new order) but the merchant returned the old 1st order to the customer and put the money in his pockets for the 2nd! Instead of listening to the customers explanation, they blame it on Uber. Its not Ubers fault that you sent me an old hard sub instead of making a new one! In addition, the 2 waitresses on the floor sent me away on the phone when I informed them of the Situation! Great company! Great professionalism. To think that it was 20 years ago I ate the...worst submarine I have ever eaten dry and hard

I have been a fan of submarines for 35 years. The fries are delicious and I repeat The subs are incredible. The decor is as old as I am, but it gives it a little character .

I ordered a submarine trio (poutine and onion ring supplement). I called back an hour later (7:30 p.m.) to be told it was leaving soon. I received the order 1 hour 10 minutes later (8:40 p.m.) lukewarm and with an error in the invoice. I called back and was told they were sending a delivery guy to give me the difference and he never came. Conclusion, poor service and fraudulent attitude. I have been a customer of yours since 1994.

A big Wow for us

Very disappointing they withdrew the 2 for 1 on the submarines. What made this place an icon was of course their good submarines but especially their 2 for 1 on submarines, the other submarine places in Terrebonne have 2 for 1 on submarines and they are also very good. Sad to say but over time Chez Pierrot sous marin will lose a lot of customers. ********* $15 for a single 10 inch submarine is ridiculous. This price increase is totally a shame. Good Luck Chez Pierrot (Very bad change) for us its over as well as for all our friends and families who went there for the 2 for 1. :(

Looking at the reviews, I hesitated to order. I liked the quality of the sub that I ordered, and the portions were respectable for the price asked, as a bonus, I had my sub with fries (it was not indicated included in the price ) so its excellent. I didnt know this restaurant through the famous 2 for one, people dont seem very happy with the change but I confirm that for the price indicated, what I received was worth it. Good continuity at this restaurant!

Personally I find that the sub tastes like that of la belle pro but their homemade vinaigrette is good, it can be better or a little less good than la belle pro depending on taste. I would say its a little expensive though... I took a 7 inch and a bottle of water it cost me $13.50

Honestly, I didnt have great service. No vegetables dont include onions so I got a sub full of onions, the lady doesnt take the time to ask either. Besides the false two for one, it must be the same subs. Very disappointed.

Nice welcome 2 for 1 rotten menu they dont put anything in the sandwiches. Plus I called and their response was: its normal because the sandwich doesnt have a lot of vegetables in it and its the 2 for 1 menu. So that explains why my sandwich is so light. A real joke in addition to being a tiper. Certainly I wont go back.
