The smash burger at Chez Simon in Terrebonne is undoubtedly the best I ve eaten so far. The ground steak is very juicy, the cheese melts perfectly and the bread is lightly toasted, just right. Honestly, its worth the detour. I also tried the grilled cheese and the poutine, and again, big success. The portion is generous, the cheese is nice and the fries are nicely browned. The poutine has a good sauce, well balanced, not too fatty and a little sweet, which makes all the difference. The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed, typical of a good little snack bar. If you are passing through Terrebonne or looking for a good comforting meal, this is definitely worth trying.

Personally, I didnt like the Cajun poutine sauce, its too tasty, my girlfriend loves it. but I find it cool to have a place that leaves its signature like that in its dishes. Really cool If you like Cajun I recommend :) With the new homemade bbq sauce its sick.

I loved it I had the all dress poutine it s spicy a little bit for me it was perfect For my husband a little too much the portion is generous I shared with my husband took him one he loved it he was no longer hungry But the taste was so good that he had to hold back so as not to take a second one. The burger is really something! Its absolutely worth it. The poutine is interesting. The sauce is unique (they use one or more spices that I didnt recognize) and its a change! I ran out of cheese at the end, but overall Im happy! I will come back!

It was still good. I had the yum yum hamburger. One of the best burgers Ive tasted in my life. On the other hand, the poutine ouff you really have to like the ketchup style sauce with the jerk spice. I was really disappointed and the fries were really overcooked. I will go back for a burger but not for anything else. You have to be prepared to pay $20 for a meal, it s a <deluxe> canteen.

I love the concept of going in with the back kitchen style doors. The industrial decor is really great. I ordered the poutine with extra sausage. I emptied it into a bowl at home, there was only cheese on top, it disappointed me a little and the sauce was not my favorite, it was like too sweet and salty at the same time. On the other hand, I will definitely come back and try the other items on your menu. Thank you for your warm welcome and beautiful smile!

Hamburger and poutine just wow!!

Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating. We order at the counter and they come and serve us at the table. The employees are super friendly. The young man even found a higher chair for my little girl. Thanks for the service. She even had the right to wear a hamburger hat for a photo. As he entered he offered her a place where she could choose a game. The food was delicious. Chili poutine, bacon bacon burger, smash burger with really good sauce. Kid-friendliness: They make a lot of effort for the children

I have often seen photos on social media before going to try Cantine Urbaine at Simons for my birthday last year. I even bought a hello card from the city of Terrebonne to take along the road to encourage them on a more regular basis. Normally I would have given the food a 5 star, but I found the bottom bun to be a little too wet. It was good, but messy.

An impeccable welcome, the young man received us immediately with the menu as soon as we entered. I imagine the bosss son. Everyone was busy with their task and very organized, very beautiful to see. The young employees were very respectful and impeccably polite. We arrived at 7.44 7.50 and left, impeccable service as well. The meal, the cooking, was perfect the boss certainly taught them well I would even say more to know who surpasses him in cooking his burger. What I improved are the fries after several visits taste the burnt I am less fond of them. A snack that I recommend.

We discovered this restaurant on Saturday evening. What a great discovery. The staff so friendly with a lovely atmosphere of laughter behind the kitchen. Listen buddy, eating Chez Simon is like a mix between; Grandmas comfort food but instead of the tourtière, its Smash Burgers AND a table dhôtes on a corner of clouds next to burger heaven. In short, you enter the place, you are welcomed like family, the service is fast! Theres plenty of room to enjoy your Smash and your little fries. My wife wondered why I had gained 5 lbs more, I had to admit that it was because of my detours at Simons. (Because you too, when you pass in front of the sign, you will salivate just thinking about the little double) See you again soon!

I did both. Montreal, on the mark. Terrebonne, cheap on the poutine cheese and too much mustard sauce in the bacon burger. It was impossible to eat with your hands, everything fell apart. I had to eat it with a fork and knife. In addition, the utensils were dirty. Very disappointed compared to the MTL one, the original! Big difference in quality and quantity balance.

The best in town

Hearty and delicious meal. The only downside is that for children the spices on the hamburger patties and the homemade sauces are a little spicy and if you ask for a plain hot dog the price does not decrease and that is understandable but at 4.50 per plain hot dog its expensive. But as a teenager or adult you will be enchanted! Maybe adapt a childrens menu?!

I got a Smash Burger and 1 poutine to take away. The meat was burnt in my smash burger unfortunately, it was like chips and it tasted more like bread than meat... when you flatten the meat, it doesnt take long to cook. The poutine, the fries were super good and the cheese curds too (it doesnt melt), for my taste, I liked the sauce less, it tasted like ketchup/tomato. I wish he would offer another sauce for people who dont like their spicy sauce! I give a 4 overall, because the place is really warm, the people are really nice, I may have been less lucky for the burger but Im going to go back anyway to try a double and for the poutine its really Everyone has their own taste, its worth trying and forming your own opinion.

Well I found the best hamburger in Quebec baconburger smash balls slightly crispy on the outside and super tender on the inside well seasoned with a slight taste of smoke I dont know if the bread makes it on site but it is very good super light mayo style sauce succulent Dijon mustard! Small disappointment, the poutine sauce has a particular taste, it seems a little lemony, but the fries and the cheese were excellent!! Im saving myself a star for my next visit to see if they have several kinds of poutine sauce! Dining room with around 40 seats ultra fast service despite a lot of traffic super friendly staff $90 for family of 4 slightly expensive but completely normal given the quality

OMG! FINALLY A GOOD BURGERS RESTAURANT! A+ (and Im VERY picky) We ate bacon and cheese smashburgers, a topped hot dog and a topped chili fries. Excellent! Good service, good food, nice atmosphere.
