D'Artagnan Crépes & Fondues in Terrebonne

We have been customers of this restaurant for several years. Unfortunately we showed up on a Saturday evening and the place was reserved for a private party. Its disappointing that the restaurant is now a reception room instead of the original concept open to all.

As for the pancakes, they are good on the other hand for the fondue if we see portion / price this remains to be reviewed and flavor at the level of the broth to melt small disappointment it lacked taste the service was good!!!!

I went there for my birthday (dinner on a Saturday night), and it was so noisy, but definitely worse than in a restaurant-bar. No action was taken to resolve the situation which was really very unpleasant. Also the parking is catastrophic, huge holes everywhere... As for the food, its delicious, nothing to say! But if you want a quiet and romantic place, forget this restaurant. The atmosphere is festive, screams await you all evening. We didnt even have dessert, we just wanted to get out of there..

I decided to go for the first time to celebrate my birthday. Ive been wanting to try it for a long time and we will definitely be back! The food there was delicious, I absolutely loved everything. The service was impeccable, the waitress was as kind as I hadnt seen in a long time. A little friendly happy birthday song, a shooter and a little note from the owner which was very appreciated.

I have been going to this restaurant for 20 years. Always good and the service is wonderful. BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE, I love going there. SO GOOD. Parking: Recently expanded parking lot.

The food is good but the service... blatant lack of communication from employees. To begin with, 40 minutes of waiting before the first waitress came to see us for the aperitif. Then another waitress places dishes on our menu we actually hadn t placed the order yet. Another 30 minutes before receiving the aperitif. Finally we place the order (fairly simple because it is a menu for 2) the only option being in the choice of starter. Obviously, the 3rd waitress did not bring one of the correct starters. Then, we are served the fondue (without the vegetables which we never received.). Then the fork broke and I had to get up because the 3 waitresses never looked into the room despite their presence. For dessert which was not an option, 2 waitresses asked us for the choice of dessert and if we had coffee... then the two brought us dessert 5 minutes apart. We finish and the 3rd waitress brings us a new pitcher of water. I even told him that we didnt need it and that it was for another table because we were leaving. She told us: its correct, its just a refill for everyone. We havent seen him wear it anywhere else. The waitresses serve all and no tables at the same time. She leaves empty-handed instead of clearing the tables along the way. We stayed for 30 minutes with our plates clearly finished in front of us. Im actually on it. Ok, for understanding due to the lack of employees but in this case the problem was not at this level at all. This is a lack of organization and communication. I am very sincerely disappointed. I had given a very glowing review of this restaurant in the past but I wont do it again in the future because I wont go back there again. And by the way, it s so cold in this restaurant that it spoils the atmosphere.

A pure treat on each of our visits

First experience at this restaurant and definitely not the last. We had the land and sea fondue alone and only positive things to say about our dinner. Everything was replaceable, both in the choice of starters and dessert. We hadnt booked but were lucky there was a cancellation. Thank you for this great dinner. We look forward to returning

145 dollars for two ordinary starters (escargots), an overcooked flank steak, raw boiled potatoes (impossible to stick a fork in them), a spongy crepe and the cheapest bottle of wine on the menu... Very disappointed despite the kindness of the manager...

I was stunned like never before by this experience, clearly I will never, ever return to this place. I explain! We arrived last night on Wednesday June 30, 2021, we were 6 adults and 1 baby everything was fine when we arrived for the first 30-40 minutes, the waitress very good and attentive to detail I congratulate her for her good work. My partner orders a bloody Caesar and she tastes her glass, I have to admit that the taste was ordinary, it just tasted like tomato juice, no Worcestershire sauce, no taste of vodka either, so my partner returned it since it was $10 for a simple juice of tomato is expensive, well the waitress brings him a new one and again the same problem still nothing so they asked him for the condiments apart and my partner to season her glass herself have to stay there with this glass and finally drinks it anyway. Afterwards it was a treat, we all received our Caesar salads if we can call it that. The salad comes in a mini plate not a bowl and 5-6 croutons a little parmesan cheese and a sprig of almost transparent white sauce and the salde leaves were 4 inches long and yellow as they were the pieces of the inside of the tsé salad apple! Ive never seen that honestly so my sister-in-law returns this supposed salad because its not acceptable to have that served. 2 minutes later the chef who is the owner arrived like a bull at our table and invited us all to this up and sacred our camp. I repeat word for word what he told us so I paid for my bottle of wine and my mother-in-law for a smirnoff beer and we went to eat at the Grizzly restaurant right next door and the difference was obvious in the quality of the food and food and price and everything in faot was really better. I do not recommend this supposed restaurant, the famous DArtagnan, at any time!! Owner no know-how, professionalism and serving dishes of scratches at a ridiculous price for what he gives. Interior of the restaurant like in the 1990s, the cleanliness to the eye is without more or less... Good luck to those who want to go to this place!!

Vraiment très décevant comme repas. Une soupe à loignon tiède. Jai pris la crêpe costaude avec une saucisse caoutchouteuse à lintérieur. Pour moi Si dans un restaurant de crêpe au Québec texiges un supplément pour avoir du vrai sirop dérable sur une crêpe à 20$ et + bien tes dans le champs. Le reste service a1 de la part du serveur rien à dire de ce côté là et restaurant très propre

We left from the south shore of Montreal, Reservation at 6:30 a.m. 8:20 a.m. we received our dinner. Very bad service, no one came to see us to ask us if we wanted something to drink, super long service. Very expensive too for what it was. Really disappointed. I do not recommend! 3h45 of sitting time with a 4 year old, pretty average!

We went there a few years ago, we loved our experience. Things have changed since this visit. First of all, the service between starter and meal was VERY long. Our fondue finally arrived, with almost cold broth, we mentioned it to the waitress. So, she brings back the dish with our forks wrapped in meat in the broth, which was not able to cook. She comes back with a dish of hot broth, but almost empty... but where is our meat??? With the portions being so small, we at least expected these to be replaced. And what about the broth? So once again we mention it to the sappy. So, she comes back with our forks wrapped in these meats, which already couldnt cook from the previous service. To tell the truth, it was a minimum to replace these small pieces of meat which remained on the counter, while the second broth was heating. Were talking about meat anyway! Notwithstanding all this, the young sap was very nice. Throughout the meal it was one thing after another which made our experience very disappointing. That being said, its not very inviting for us to return, nor to refer the place.

1st experience in this restaurant, being French and a fan of cheese fondue my expectations being high and of Breton origin so Breton crepe I know very well, so already a very very good welcome normal service quite fast and a cheese fondue just wowwww congratulations, followed by the Chinese beef and chicken fondue portion nothing to say very good portion and the final a chocolate fondue to die for thank you to the manager for her welcome and to the young waitress who was excellent, a very pleasant first experience to be repeated for sure thanks again to all the teams

The service was extremely long, and no one came, far too many people in times of pandemic that evening for the number of employees. Arrived at 7 p.m., served at 9 p.m. In addition, the melted broth tasted like hot water. And the so-called quality meat was, in my opinion, frozen from the grocery store. Obviously, received dessert at 10:30 p.m. (restaurant closes at 10 p.m. ). So in terms of quality/price, it cost us way too much.

We have been visiting d Artagnan for 15 years. Still loved it despite the slow service. However, we went there recently after 2 years of absence, and we were very disappointed. The service is still slow, but the waitress was wrong, the food was ordinary and the hot apple pancake was cold. We turned it over and it came back almost as cold and the crepe itself was soggy and difficult to cut. Not ready to go back. Damage...

Very slow service and ridiculously small portion for the price. I ate the beef and shrimp fondue to have 4 shrimp. Came with 2 gratinated asparagus and a rice shooter, because there was no larger dish left. You had to ask for more after 4 bites. First and last time for me. The only positive point is the atmosphere but the music is a little loud so you cant hear yourself talking.

Personally, I loved this restaurant since my first restaurant that I went to but I have absolutely no complaints, fast and friendly service. Our server answered our questions about the ingredients and... The food is perfect at first I told myself that the portion of the fondue Chinoise was small but after eating it I was full. Dont plan anything for your evening after dinner...extremely long service. The food is very ordinary and the portions are really too small. Costs very expensive for what it is...first experience and with the manager who didnt want to know anything about giving me a discount on the bill despite my dissatisfaction it will be the last. Good restaurant, the crepes are excellent. The service is good and courteous. On the other hand, when we went with a group, the service was a mess and the same thing happened with the group of a friend of mine.

First and last experience!! Very slow service and the restaurant was empty. My starter, I took some snails and they were full of sand. Fondue broth is not a broth but a soup! Way too many carrots and spices. I felt like I was eating my meat dipped in minestrone without the pasta! I barely touched my plate and still charged full price. Not even offered anything else or at least a discount. Not to mention the rum & coke which is served in a tiny glass and which also charges $1.25 for the coke chaser they put in it!! So $7.25 for a drink with just 3 sips. It really makes people laugh.... Very disappointed with my first experience at this restaurant, not to say even frustrated!!!!

very disappointed with my last 2 visits. especially the last very long service (yet the restaurant was barely 1/3 full). 20 minutes to get something to drink, 40 minutes to receive salad and soup (we even had to complain). plus I received the soup very cold, it must have been sitting on the counter for a long time waiting for the waitress. there were 3 of us, received 2 lukewarm pancakes and one hot one. unfortunately I dont think Ill ever go back. there are many other restaurants with much better service. Its unfortunate because the reputation of restaurants is often destroyed by waitresses or waiters who dont have the ability to carry out their task properly. I must say however that there was a young waiter who seemed to be much more alert than our waitress.
