Good portion and competitive price

My husband called 3 times to confirm the order only to end up not having my childs meal, no way to eat as a family together and its been several times.. Honestly 3 times seriously how can you still forget

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and I have never been disappointed very good quality value for money good service only small thing I will have to say the fries are homemade but lack flavor and the submarines not much choice and lack a little stock inside for the rest I highly recommend

Received the order 1 hour 10 minutes later, the meal was cold, the poutine was inedible, no taste, fries were black and too soft. The trash ate part of the meal. Never make a mistake ordering again.

Seriously, smoke meat isnt that hard, Im really disappointed, usually I eat well at your place, but this is overcooked, its hard as a rock!! The meat is not edible, sorry, but it s the truth!! $20 to put that in the drain!!

Honestly the best pizza in the Terrebonne/Lachenaie/Repentigny area and the surrounding areas. Before I was more into Bravo Pizzeria but after receiving 2 orders from Bravo that were too salty to the point of almost burning my mouth. I decided to try the one at the Déli and its the best. Best pizza or if stock they put it even when you take two pizzas for one. The best poutines too and the brown sauce is not BBQ but a real good brown sauce. And the varieties are sublime. With lots of cheese. It beats Vulcano! It beats Bravo and all the others. Prices that look good artisans we receive people for parties and the only place where you get more than less for your money. One of the only restaurants that has understood that you dont cut on quality or portions to make a profit because they understand that satisfied customers come back and that brings other customers. Long live the Déli, I see, I love it

The pizza is great. They use fresh tomatoes and the flavors are beautiful and present. This is the second time weve ordered there for a $40 order and the waitress didnt want to give us the $5 off, because we told her after placing the order. Its a shame, because elsewhere the service is accommodating.

The lady who served me is simply adorable. Such gentleness and kindness has become a rare commodity in fast food service. The food is good and the price is the inflation present in all restaurants of this type. On the other hand, the aesthetics of the restaurant remain desired. I saw a clean and orderly kitchen but the rest of the restaurant is neglected.

The time I had a croquette on my hand while waiting for my bill, pizza box in hand on the checkout counter. I checked my hand so hard for the cockroach to let go of me, it fell to the ground. The cashier who had gone to do something back came back exactly at that moment. I inform her of the situation by pointing at the cockroach and she crushes it with her foot, telling me, there are more of them now. As if she did this 15 times an hour, as if it were normal and usual. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I had already paid and they didnt want to refund me. $40 in the oil changes.

Really disappointed. Ive been ordering there for years. Unfortunately its over for me. I dont know if there has been a change of owner or cook, but its definitely not as good as before. But the main reason to no longer do business with them is this. In the last month I ordered 2 times and they made order errors both times. The first time I asked for an all dress pizza with cheese peperoni and I received 2 all dresses. After persisting not to admit their mistake, they finally sent a peperoni cheese, 30 minutes later. Yesterday I ordered half alldress and half peperoni cheese. An hour later I received my order. When I open the box...SUPRISE half peperoni and half vegetarian. We didnt have the choice to eat it, taking care to remove the olives and tomatoes. I called so that the message was sent to the owner. I have the feeling that the message was not delivered. In summary, 2 in 2 is too much. Gone and I really dont recommend this restaurant.

I order 6 hot dogs and a large fries. The cook gives me a big paperbag, saying that everything is there. No! No fries and 6 uncooked hot dogs... I was told that the manager would call me back for a refund... But I never got the call.

Finally a self-respecting poutine in Terrebonne! Good traditional fries, with lots of sauce and cheese... just the way we like them! Its a change from restaurants that are so cheap on the sauce that youre just stuck with fries as soon as youve eaten half. I will never order from this restaurant again. My family and I ordered four dishes, but the total was not accurate. I called to have the bill explained to me because it was not detailed and we do not know what is being billed and how much. The girl on the phone dismissed me and hung up on me in front of my children. I didnt understand where all this contempt came from when I had done nothing wrong. I am so disappointed and frustrated that people want to work in customer service but have no sense of courtesy. She even dared to tell me that perhaps I had miscalculated. Ordered for the first time this evening - club sandwiches. The fries were very good, and the clubs were also decent, well stocked. The phone service was great, and the delivery was fast. Well order again. EDIT: We finally tried the pizza - super good! (The Caesar salad with grilled chicken was also excellent).

We live 2 blocks away (literally) and it took 1 hour 10 minutes to get a poutine and a small pizza delivered. I refused the order since I ordered elsewhere in the meantime (a restaurant further away) and my order arrived BEFORE. Deli Terrebonne, never again.
