Signature offering super tasty if you like their special sauce
One of the best dic anns restaurants! Same staff since years ago and they deliver great food and service.
Opening hours vary and never consistant! Says they close at 7pm but when I try to order at 6pm DoorDash says it’s closed which means they close their delivery service way before they’re closing time and what kind of restaurant closes at 7 pm on a Saturday?! Worst service ever! Never going to bother to order from here again.
A good Dic Ann’s restaurant. Been here many times. There burgers are good, same with their fries, they have always been good. But the day I went their “ specialty sauce “ tastes different from the other times I been here. It like it missing that kick ( hard to explain, that spicy taste ) but I would still come again.
Had it yesterday for the first time in 35 years, in my head I remembered it as the best thing every. It's not as great as I remembered too bad. I was hoping for more flavor. If you never had Dic Ann's, you should try it once.
This is not for everyone! It's unique very flat burgers and spicy/tangy tomato like sauce is great! One thing for sure is that this is not your regular burgers! Only thing I wish is that they would give us a choice of cheese in our poutine! I prefer curds to shredded!

A classic. Still good from time to time. The service is good, the place is generally clean. As for the atmosphere, youre in a Dic Anns, not at the Jazz festival. What did you expect? Its just good burgers with homemade sauce. I recommend. Parking: People in pick-ups park relatively poorly.
I love this restaurant, the food is excellent. The employees are smiling and helpful for people who complain about the MOP (the Hertel smell) this proves that it is clean and that the employees do their job well so comments as disappointing as people can put at the level of the employees who are doing their job, please refrain from posting your comment.

Eating well always good
Different from other hamburger restaurants with its spicy sauce recipe. The burgers are thin but delicious and still satisfy your appetite. Crispy fries and fries with sauce or poutine are also really good for those who like a little spice.
I love Dic Ann s; simple, effective and delicious! But to pass a mop under my nose while Im eating and it smells of Hertel to the thousandth power, I find it disgusting and more than ordinary even that its downright a total lack of respect for the customers on site. It gives the message we can t wait for you to win your camp ! With the size of the floor you have, the mop could wait until were all out, it doesnt even take 10 minutes to wipe down your restaurant. Its not winter anymore, its not really dirty, it can wait a bit. I came in around 6:30 p.m. and you close at 7 p.m. You could wait until closing instead of ruining our dinner! I will never go back there for dinner again and Im passing the message on.

The food at this restaurant is delicious! They don t always respect the opening hours on their website. For instance, Google indicates that the restaurant is currently open. When I got there, it was closed.
Thursday, January 6, this mark is open at 11:15 a.m., not open! Really great for your customers who are traveling!!! The shortage of staff is overwhelming!!!
Drive 30 minutes for nothing. You should indicate your hours here if you are closing for 3 weeks.
We had to eat with our winter coat on because it was so cold. First and last time I order their pudding. Really very ordinary. The cheeseburgers are delicious as always.

Im not used to eating fast food, but I tried this restaurant for the first time on Saturday and I got sick the same day! I stop being sick on Thursday. It will take me a long time to want to eat fast food again, but never again at Dic Anns.

food is decent. still fast food. Canadian staple resteraunt known for thier unique hamburgers , putine isnt the classic way, its there own way. its shredded chese and a chili like sauce . not a fan . The most expensive fast food of all time . This place is still jamming around lunch time . Your buck goes further elsewhere.
A must for a long time but not recommended for big appetites unless you are a super fan delicious but very expensive for the bill

Unfortunately it is the worst I have visited. This is my first bad experience in this chain. The sauce was too liquid and tasted like nothing.
Wallyburger is amazing. Ask for it with sauce & cheese. Sauce is spicy, with finely ground meat, similar taste to Rochester (NY) hot sauce. Excellent on fries too. Staff prefer to conduct business en français.

It was my first time! My partner absolutely wanted me to try Dic Anns! Now I understand why! The sauce is sublime! I had a double cheez extra sauce! The gentleman at the checkout is so nice and friendly!

Everything seems small but unique as a restaurant. The little spicy sauce in the burgers and poutine is really good. 1 cheesedouble with poutine and Im full.

Enjoy your meal! Fast service! On the other hand, the wooden utensils are not great. A poutine, a hamburger and an average drink $18.50 not cheap.
They are famous flattened burgers with a slightly hot sauce. Personally, I recommend their cheese hotdog with ketchup and sauce.

I was curious to see the reviews here and very often people complain about closing hours and that poutine doesnt have cheese curds. Its one of the best restaurants in the Dic Anns franchise. Personally, they are impeccable here. Food always fresh and delicious. Fast service even in the lunch and dinner rush. People give 1 star ratings for extra sauce... phew, not strong. 6 out of 5 stars is the appropriate rating.
