Restaurant Chez Job in Terrebonne

Good little family restaurant.

We have eaten there a few times and the food has always been ok (for a good professional) but today we couldnt get a glass of water, we had to buy a bottle of water. We let the drinks brew but it leaves a bitter taste. Not sure I want to go back.

Expensive and customer service leaves something to be desired. The portions do not reflect the price you pay. Really stupid staff. I learned by reading the reviews that they add the tip before you pay. I wouldnt be surprised if they did the same thing to me. Go somewhere else

Beware! The guy at the cash register adds a 15% tip himself before giving you the machine for counter service. Its a little uncomfortable to cancel and ask him to start again. As for the food, it tastes like old oil but its edible. so medium low... The format is good at least.

Really not edible!! The poutines have no sauce and what about the fries which taste like old overheated oil and the sauce has no taste. You should consider changing your oil because its a really unpleasant taste in your mouth that stays like half an hour after eating. Add something to your sauce for a little more flavor. And finally, when you make your poutine, its not difficult to put sauce in the bottom of the dish so that its not dry. It was the first and last time I went to your restaurant. If you make these changes, maybe your next customers will come back.

Tasteless food, even for fast food. Their poutines have no standard. Mine had almost no cheese and other customers had either double the amount or almost nothing. Cold dish and place where cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Nope.

Very good food but, cold service from the gentleman (who took my order) who I think is the owner of this restaurant.....for a first visit to this restaurant with my 90 year old mother and my husband ...this dear gentleman was super kind to the habithuié of the place (customer who arrived )... What we noticed for me and my husband really sad to see that

Green sausages, moldy, in the bottom of the steamer for some 30 years. Employees are not allowed to keep tips...

Best poutine ever!

Its good and affordable. We like their fries. The service is fast, but the hands, without gloves, doing lots of things at the same time, including putting cheese in my poutine... meh Atmosphere-wise, its ordinary, but weve always taken the take out, which is more difficult to assess.

Good food

The food is okay. The place is poorly lit and the tables are dirty because no employee takes the time to clean them when customers leave. The quality of the service depends on the day and the owner, if he is happy we will have excellent service. If he isnt, hell be stupid and so will the employees.

Very meh. Had to order two identical trio one portions of Poutine was half the size of the other. The guy looked at us laughing and said that it was the other guys fault, he was the one who did this portion... Ordinary

Worst experience, I bought a lunch for myself, my girlfriend and my children for a total of $89 . We went to eat our poutines and hotdogs with the drinks. The food was really not great... when we were almost finished I went to ask the cashier (the owner) for a glass of water who had served me because I only wanted to rinse my mouth and he didnt want to give me water unless I buy a bottle of water Really? I buy you $90 worth of food and you are too cheap to give me a glass of water! Dont go there, bad service, bad food!

Food is good but pay for a cardboard box to bring and or pickel pay $1 extra with the smoke meat! In Quebec we dont charge for the coleslaw and the pickel with smoke meat its supposed to come with it like the ptit pain with the chicken at St-Hubert! Ill think about it before going back. In addition to having given a good tip to charge me I find it shameful and exaggerated at the prices we pay!

Go somewhere else!!! Worst service ever!! The cashier is playing with the money and I notice that she doesnt wash her hands before taking out the hotdogs . I kindly inform the owner that I will not take this hotdog for the reason indicated above.... finding the error, he contradicts us, but he was behind his back making poutines!! The OWNER is getting on edge. Dont offer to change the hotdog. Said: he doesnt want customers like that The owner looks at our bill paid by card and tells his new cashier to refund us $24.75. When I got home, I noticed that he had billed me $24.78, so intentional theft by not rounding the amount properly, because it was he who decided to cancel the bill without offering a solution!!! It cost me 0.03 cents to find out about this restaurant and tell you about it ! I recommend the other one on the same boulevard, near the IGA, which was full and had impeccable service!

I wanted to try a new restaurant and I was bitterly disappointed. The food is of average quality. The waitress was very stupid and sighed as she passed by. The place is very dirty. A visit to the mapac would be in order. For the same type of food there are several restaurants of the same type in the surrounding area (belle province, friteri 640, chez joe ect...) I encourage people to go elsewhere.

For a meal on the go its acceptable, as for cleanliness youd have to look into it.
