First visit, but certainly not the last. Inventive and very well executed cuisine. Thank you to our waitress Julie for her warm welcome and to the whole team for their professionalism.

Best tartare forever

Without a doubt the best restaurant in the region. I had high expectations given the comments on Google, but now I understand! I ate my best beef tartare ever there! Original formula with the famous Big Mac sauce! Service quite out of the ordinary, thanks to Geneviève for the welcome and all the attention during the meal! I will go back without asking any questions!!! Very appetizing presentations!

My favorite restaurant in Terrebonne! The cuisine is exquisite, the attention to detail is very present. The search for the menu is working well! Table service is number one. Dinner on a Friday evening. The +: Very good soup, smooth and well seasoned. Moreover, the seasoning is very well mastered in all the dishes. Tuna tartare starter good, but a little small. Very tasty pasta stuffing (fazolleti). THE -: Service a little haughty, but not up to the pretension displayed. We do not taste the wines by the glass, we bring the wine directly to the table, already poured into the glass (we would like to see a wine service at the table) while giving it directly to the customers hand. Asking to rate the restaurant is not necessary and takes away the charm of the end of the meal Fazzoletti dough a little hard and dry in places (lack of cooking? Dish left under the stove?) Risotto good, but not worth the price displayed. A merguez cut into pieces and a few Nordic shrimp, rice and a little parmesan is not worth $40 Atmosphere that was not at all our style. Difficult to describe, but lets say (for the sake of image) a suburban boomer who likes to go boating and ride a motorhome!

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service from the waitress Pamela but we were disappointed with our meal. We had the filet mignon meal for 2, telling ourselves that the accompaniments were root vegetables and baby potatoes for $80. Our meal arrived and there was the equivalent of 3 small carrots, ONE baby potato and about 3 mushrooms. A meal that left us hungry. Despite the size, the dinner was delicious but I dont understand why the chef let out a dish of this size. We had the equivalent of a small tapas each, which we consider a steal. This was our first visit and probably our last unfortunately. **To respond to the owners comment of September 4, 2024*** This review was originally written almost 1 year ago (in 2023). You see it now because I corrected a typo yesterday in my text. And yes, 1 baby potato, mushrooms and carrots. The waitress Pamela even admitted to us that when she went to get the dish from the kitchen, she found it was small..... A real lack of professionalism to doubt a customers word. Good luck to you!

Good morning. I discovered this restaurant on Facebook. I was lucky enough to go there on a Saturday early evening, without reservation. They sat me down and wow! The extraordinary staff! Warm and knowledgeable! They have the menu that we have to scan, but the waitress saw that Im a moron with that and brought me a paper menu! THANK YOU ! the entrance: extraordinary! It was like jazz! Impeccable service, all the dishes were great and delicious, good atmosphere with perfect music, not too much noise from other guests.... slight problems, the lighting. Too dark. For example, the only light source near me was behind me. I absolutely couldnt see the contents of my plates. I was forced to eat in the light of my cell. We had dinner last night. Where to start? Every dish was perfect. The apple toast is simply incredible, the carpaccio just as much. We would have had the gnocchi again and again. Simply incredible as a dish. The very fresh tuna tartare and pears really add a superb touch. I would have had a little spicy mayo with the fries, but I didn t ask for that either. The fries were already seasoned so very good without it. Our server offered us a lovely bottle of wine which we loved. Both desserts were perfect, no complaints. For the quality and the very generous portions (really generous!) this restaurant is worth its price. We are already looking forward to discovering the next menu.

The starters and tartare are good, but the main plate does not reflect the images at all, e.g. The Crab Risotto looked like a piece of rice, mushy sauce and no vegetables $45 total disappointment, the braised beef very good, but far from resembling the picture, a large bone with a good piece of beef and a few pushes of sunflower on top, we were told that it came with vegetables, so under the big bone a trace of supposed potato and a mini branch of broccoli crushed by the bone and nothing else for $50 as if it wasnt expensive enough well they offered you a salad OR fries for $5 more, and of course there were several and not all of them ordered, in short our dinner cost $193 for 2 beers 1 tartare our 2 plates of braised beef, 1 dessert Oh yes and 1 coffee the waitress is very friendly and works hard for her tip Vegetarian options: Salad and fish. This place is a gem. The portions are very generous. You easily get more than your moneys worth. Its casual and intimate, as well as relaxed and classy altogether. The ambience is wonderfully coupled with the friendly staff always at your disposal. Everything on the menu is worth trying at least once from their antipasti to the desserts, you will not be disappointed. The menu keeps changing so theres always a reason to come back. Which you should! The only problem I have is that I dont have enough friends to recommend this place to.

Good evening, I wanted to give you a report on my culinary experience at your restaurant! In short, this done twice in one! The first and last time! First time in my life that I have eaten in a restaurant without a paper menu! Being forced to scan a barcode to view your menu on your cell phone wow, that started out pretty ordinary! For starters its okay, but nothing to fall out of your chair! Main course, this is where it gets bad! Sous vide overcooked duck supreme served with frozen peas and 2 slices of carrots also frozen and 2 slices of radish!!! Served by a waiter (the one with the big mustache) who didnt think he was a 7up flat! My wifes salmon tartare is fine, but with fries you could have sworn the salt shaker had been dropped inside! In short, I instantly asked for the bill! As an excuse, receive two alcohol shots full of whipped cream! Sorry they dont buy me with two shooters as I dont really know what was put in them! They remained on the table and the other persons trash can who thought he was, I dont really know who got the blame!! In short, its not me who will refer my entourage to you! Paying $192.01 for a lunch that was worth no more than $80 bottle of wine included, I would like to point out, we will remember it for a long time!

Im sorry but dont tell me its refined with smoked gouda and traditional macaroni as a choice of pasta...with the possibility of lobster added to the dish???? Weird mix as a starter meatloaf? Shrimp Poke Bowl? Not very chic and that s not a starter I asked for bread impossible to get anything to snack on while waiting for our dishes? Overrated rating! I would give it 1/5. Nice presentation, but I didnt like either the starter or the main meal. A sad feeling of defrosting for certain foods. One of the worst services ever! Not the same server throughout the meal and long wait between each service. Atmosphere: meh! For a bill of around $200 for two, for two starters and two desserts, with a glass of wine each, I really dont recommend. It was my first and it will be my last time.

Jai bien apprécié mon tartare de bison (en photo) alors que le tartare de thon de ma douce était délicieux et gouteux. Il arrive que les tartares de thon soit plutôt drabes, pas celui dIsola Bella. Nous reste à y retourner pour essayer les autres items au menu. :-)

The food was good, despite the piece of meat not being cooked correctly (and at $80 a piece, you expect it to be properly cooked). Nothing to complain about on this side. The grilled vegetables were well seasoned, a hint of nutmeg? Cinnamon? Excellent. The bison tartare was well prepared and I appreciated being able to spice it up myself with the sauce, I am often disappointed with tartars that lack pop which allowed me to dose it to my taste. The floor manager who gets angry with her employee in front of customers; I found it a bit average. I always give the runner a chance, but the two occasions in the year where I ate left me with a bit of a bitter taste, mainly with the welcome as if we were disturbing or should consider ourselves lucky to come and eat. See how the owner responds to the comments... I was going to leave a more positive rating... but I have the impression that the lack of respect for the staff and the customer is part of the managements values.

It was our first experience. We tried to go there once without a reservation and we couldnt get a table. We were surprised because it was empty, the employees were all looking at each other and we felt more like we were disturbing because we were accompanied by our son. Very large choice of aperitifs, but lack of choice in the wine list. We had the scallop ceviche and the bison tartare as a starter! I loved my ceviche, a nice portion anyway and the oyster emulsion was really succulent. I was very surprised by the bison tartare. +1 for putting the hot sauce on the side. We were able to share the starter to our liking and season it our way! For the main meal, we had the meat of the moment. We were treated to a filet mignon on the bone served with root vegetables and béarnaise sauce. ($80/dish). There was a notable difference in size between my piece and his, which means that even though we asked for the same cooking, his was more cooked than mine. On the other hand, the vegetables were really very good! When I closed my eyes, I felt like I was eating little gingerbread men because of the seasoning! For dessert, we had the honeycomb! Im not usually a fan, but with the cheese and the arrangement of the dish, its really surprising. As for the service, we lacked nothing. Friendly waiter and great dynamics. In closing, Im a little speechless by how the owner puts so much energy into the bad reviews and not enough into the good ones. Parking: Large parking lot next to the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: 2 meal options for children.

Im not a difficult customer. The waitress is nice, but we waited 1 hour 20 minutes for our meals. No one was satisfied with their dishes. We were starving and didnt even finish our rather expensive plate. Very disappointed.

Very good food although definitely go for the tartare. We ordered 2 portions for appetizers + two pasta meals but shouldve done 4 oders of appetizer size and taste all their options. A bit on the pricier side

Great food with good portion, great ambiance. Had the risotto, which was perfectly cooked and had large morel & pancetta bits. The peanut butter cheese cake was also a very big slice compared to how tiny desserts are in most restaurants. Left the restaurant feeling very satisfied about the quality of the food & the quantity. Only downside was that service was a bit slow before we got our main courses.

An extraordinary experience! The deer tartar was delicious. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return.

The only good part of this restaurant is the food. At first you dont think its a restaurant since its in a strip mall. I thought it was a nail salon at first. The service sucked, very rude and very inattentive towards guest who dont speak French Canadian. The food was unreal, the drinks were fantastic. Its sad but true. I take the good with the bad. If I ever go back to Quebec Id stay far far away from this place.
