We often go to eat at Thai-Ya, because it is always excellent. In reality it is the Thai restaurant par excellence in the Terrebonne region. The owner Chad always ensures that the food is exquisite and the waitresses are excellent and always smiling. Personally, if youve never been there, give it a try and you wont be disappointed . My favorites: - Thai curry soup (the best ever) - Imperial rolls - Thai salad (crunchy) - Thai Supreme Shrimp Love Nest

The best tao general

It was Delicious but sincerely arriving at 5:45 a.m. for dinner at 7:15 a.m., being given an excuse by cutting me off that the cook was sick and that its grandmother who cooks. Im fine with that but... wait again for the bill then without even being able to have the dessert which never arrived even though we had finished the tea...leaving the room at 8am...if at least we had been notified when entering!

Where are the cooks in this restaurant? Their dishes do not come out and the waiters and customers wait two hours before being served. I arrived at 6 a.m. with a reservation and still waited 1/2 in the entrance with the children. Another hour passed before they came to take our order. 40 minutes before receiving the soups. An hour of waiting before receiving our main dishes I thought he had forgotten us. Left the restaurant at 8:30 a.m. so 2:30 a.m. to eat fleet.

Excellent food, very nice young woman at the reception, a young woman on the other hand who served, certainly new and who has never worked in a restaurant, not smiling and thumbing my bowl of soup to serve. Not easy. I highly recommend the place, forgetting this incident.

Delicious and affordable, but the service WAY TOO SLOW!! We arrived at 6 p.m. at 9 p.m. we hadnt even finished... I had a babysitter until 9:30 p.m.... I had to take dessert to go and I couldnt have my coffee... There was between 20 to 30 minutes between receiving each dish.

I very rarely have something to say about a restaurant but last night I was really very disappointed! I took the spicy shrimp with an Asian flavor from 1 the smell of the dish when I arrived I didnt like it at all but I still tasted it and a mouthful made me feel sick it was just not edible. I made my partner taste it, he couldn t do it either! I informed the waitress that nothing else was offered to me and whats more, I had to pay for my meal, which only had one shrimp and one zucchini! for the rest it was ok but nothing more! I wouldnt go back there again, thats for sure!

Le poulet dans le sauté de légumes goûtait le vieux poulet, cétait horrible comme goût. Jai laissé le 3/4 de mon poulet dans mon assiette craignant dêtre malade. Jai émis le commentaire à la serveuse, qui aurait fait le commentaire aux personnes concernées. Je nai pas eu de retour, on ne ma rien offert! Le pire cest que jai eu la diarrhée !!

worst service ever, reservation for 5:30 p.m., we received our plates 2 hours later, difficulty getting glasses of water, error in the order, 2 hours to receive a plate that was not the right one. That said, it was not because of the 2 young waitresses who obviously did not have enough hands, another waitress would have been useful to them, the problem comes from the kitchen and the owners......

Tai type restaurant. Delicious general Tao, relaxed atmosphere at least, both Thursdays when I visited this restaurant. It is, like many restaurants of this type, a bring your own wine.

Disappointing; we have been fans of this restaurant since the very beginning in Laplaine, but tonight the dishes were not up to par... the breaded shrimp had so much breading and was served with a sweet red pepper sauce that you can find at the grocery store (on the menu it said sweet and sour sauce); The dish of breaded chicken with shallot was dry and bland.. not at all what is usually served.. with that add a service without a smile or manner; too bad, I hope it comes back to the way it was before

The food is surprising despite the welcome

Full black grains in my dish, taste of burning certainly originating from a poorly washed and charred Wok. The waiter told me it was ground pepper, going so far as to pour pepper on a napkin...wtf, I know the difference with pepper. By showing him and explaining to him, he finally understood and offered me a new dish which I refused being in a hurry. He gave me a discount on the bill and I gave them one more star for that reason.

We started going to Thai Ya when he was in La Plaine. Since that time, almost 7-8 years ago, we have been faithful to it. The quality of the food is always exceptional. Really good dishes at reasonable prices. That says it all when you meet the owner! Good food!

But what is going on at your place??...I, who have been a fan of your restaurant for a very long time...Last Friday evening, November 4th, we came around 7:30 a.m. and we waited at least 15 minutes for our table and finally got up and asked to come and open at least our bottle...I asked the waitress if she was alone...She answered me...Well the others came out smoked!! !..OKKK..I really didnt find it appropriate for him to wear faded black jeans and a simple t-shirt to work..we had to get up after another 15 minutes if someone could take our order....Finally!!!!...The restaurant was about 70% full...My rolls were really very, very dry and very dark....Without a little salad and carrots as it should be, but hey I could do without it......!!!...My plate of beef and vegetables was really hot (feel like it was reheated in the microwave)....The lady next to me had shrimp floods!!!......I would like to know if there has been a change of ownership???.....But why let this go???....Really a shame you had something of Alright..!!!!!!!
