I called at 4:45 p.m. to have a takeaway order prepared for 6:30 p.m. When I arrived there at 6:48 p.m., my order was not ready, in fact, it did not exist in their system. I waited 10 minutes there to take my order and on top of all this stupidity, the rice was not very good.

Good service, generous and tasty skewer and shrimp! (Small downside, the bench at the back of the restaurant is really not welcoming... it is due for a new covering... preferably washable synthetic leatherette style, easier to clean!)

The food is good but phew several things could be improved. For example, my mother received her filet mignon with ONE unfortunate mushroom. No choice of beverage except Pepsi and 7up for those who dont have wine. And finally the service of the old man who can almost wait for us to leave. TO AVOID.

Not much space even when you reserve you have the impression of being seated with strangers or at the neighbors table...for the rest its one of my favorite restaurants...especially the Caesar salad... Parking: At the back of the restaurant and its a bad idea when I think of people with reduced mobility...

For December 25 the staff was A1. We had reservations for 6 people. The restaurant was full. Despite everything, the food was excellent! Our server served us very well. The only downside is that our meal arrived after more than an hour due to a problem in the kitchen. But hey it was December 25th so things like that can happen. We will definitely go back!

Weve been going there a few times now. The portions are generous for a price which I think is fair. The service was perfect, the waitress took good care of us. We would have appreciated the buns being warm. The restaurant needs a good refresh, the carpet in a dining room is dirty, the benches are also very dirty and not comfortable, you have the impression of sitting on the wooden board under the foam. Vinyl seats would be much easier to maintain and provide better hygiene for everyone.

We were well served and the service was quick despite the groups present that evening. The food is correct and similar everywhere in this type of restaurant. Homemade salad is always very reminiscent of pre-washed lettuce sold in plastic bags in supermarkets. We had dinner at this restaurant as a group for a birthday. The service was very quick and the food excellent. The only problem was that we were pressed for time because they had to free up space for the next group. The quantities were generous and the price fair.

Terrible service, 25 minutes just to get a first glass of water. The butterfly shrimp were good but the potatoes and rice had been prepared for a long time and I didnt touch them. Too expensive for the experience.

We went for dinner on June 22, 2023 and the service was much too fast. It was very expeditious. The waiter was a middle-aged man and he just couldnt wait for us to come out so he could replace us with other customers. We were very rushed in the service. For our part it was our last time in Old Duluth.

July 26, 2023 We returned to this restaurant to give a 2nd chance because last time there was a lot of deficiency Salad not fresh, chicken overcooked/burnt.. but we said to ourselves, it could happen. There were 6 of us for my mother-in-laws 79th birthday. Horror, again salad not fresh and tasteless, only poor quality oil, once again the chicken much overcooked/burnt although I told the waiter to be careful. My wife ordered hamburger steak.. she mentions to the waiter that she really likes the onions and the sauce... with a nice smile. His meal arrived with 2 onions and no sauce, we asked to have sauce, $2.95 extra to have sauce EXTREMELY disappointing in terms of service and mediocre quality of the meal.. Vieux Duluth on St-Martin is 100% better, we will not return to this place again. Very disappointing.

Usually we go to Vieux Duluth in Laval where it is always excellent! But it is currently closed for renovations. So we decided to go to the one in Terrebonne thinking it would be similar. What a disappointment!!! The waiter was middle aged and had no manners. He looked stupid, seemed to look down on us, passed the plates in front of us so as not to have to go around the table to serve the other person, etc. In addition, having taken a surf and turf, I had to return my filet mignon which was as hard as a boot sole, even though I had taken it medium rare. The new filet mignon arrived after I had finished my plate and was barely more tender. I dont mind paying when its good, but in this case its purely theft for what were served. A friend had a skewer that was overcooked and even burned. And what about the decor dating back a long time. I will NEVER return to this branch. We can t wait for the Laval one to reopen. The first time it was very pleasant, young, dynamic and efficient waiter and perfect food. 2nd time waiter too busy with groups scattered around the restaurant so no presence, poorly cooked meat and very rowdy group but no one to notify them. Very bad experience.

SUPER delicious I ate a fillet of walleye with crispy and light breading and 3 extra butterfly shrimp. Remarkably fresh salad . Everything was really VERY VERY good. The waiter, a gentleman, great attentive service, very kind, he was a gentleman in his fifties and excellent service at the table. I left him an excellent, well-deserved tip. Ill go back for sure

We go there regularly for family dinners. My sister-in-law Stéphanie always reserves the same table for 8 people. The majority of servers are efficient, funny and kind. The dishes are good and the plates are garnished. The restaurant is clean. A few crooked or broken lamp posts on the terrace could easily be repaired. It would be more inviting as well as one of the windows which looks filthy because of the finished termos. But other than that, its very good. The lentil soup on weekends is delicious. Salmon, delicious. The very tender shish kebab as well as the souvlakis and the chicken skewer. Bring your wine or beer and enjoy your meal!
