Tassot Créole (Terrebonne) in Terrebonne

It was our first time and the last on a Sunday afternoon, very expensive, really not good and the sauce is made with cane tomato juice, really??? And the griots very little and no taste nor the chicken was not fresh of the day??? so griot and chicken $86 never again

I only have one word to say for Tasso Creole Terrebonne, and its disgusting... I ordered a griot which came without flavor or taste and was harsh, the vegetable dish was disgusting too, the vegetable had no spice and the pea sauce was not fresh. This restaurant is a real financial loss because you wont finish your dish. I should have bought myself a pizza from McDonalds. I dont recommend this restaurant even to my worst enemy. I only recommend this restaurant if you have constipation problems because if the laxatives dont work, you can be sure that their dish will do the job.

Due to lack of time, my partner and I decided to order from Tassot Créole. If the rating 0/5 existed it would have been my quote! I ordered a chicken fritay, firstly the plantains were HARD, the acras tasteless! They give you a sauce but it s more of a pepper puree!!! I was not able to eat my entire dish nor my partner, so much so that it was not good, one thing is certain the food is not fresh daily! My partner spent the night in the toilet and my turn this morning! Waste of money, it will teach me to manage my time and cook fresh meals at home!! NEVER EVER EVER again I will order from this restaurant.

I took a white rice with vegetables and an extra acras, frankly I regretted my detour, the pea sauce was not fresh you would say that I had slept in the bain-marie all day to the point that it was almost completely evaporated the vegetable was missing of salt and the disappointing acras after the first butcher

Very nice little place, the concept is well thought out for a little Creole snack. Their affordable price and their griot is perfect tender and crispy. Good luck in your success!!!

The rice tastes so much like cloves that its not edible, there is more fat than meat the macaroni salad is so spicy! really disappointed with my dish that I wouldnt even eat!

He doesnt sell turkey, really disappointed, whats that, all the other Haitian restaurants sell turkey?

We ordered for 10 people with extras for $300 plus tips.. We received 25 pieces of griot (I counted) 6 servings of macaroni. 6 pieces of chicken.. not enough rice . In short, really disappointed... normally for a $15 dish I have enough... 15x10 people... I should have ordered separately... or ordered elsewhere.

Service très accueillant! Les bananes peze étaient fraichement frites!!! Crispy et savoureuses! J ai pris un plat tassot avec riz collé et du riz blanc, sauce de pois noir et legume. le tassot était tendre et savoureux, le legume et la sauce de pois étaitds des bol séparément du riz. Des portions généreuses. Vraiment parfait pour un dimanche après-midi!

I ordered goat and I had a pork/goat mixture . Paying extra for goat is no problem, but trying to pass pork for goat is not fair.

DISGUSTING food! I had a broth! What a disappointment! No potatoes, no bananas, no boys! Only cash for $17! What a lack of respect! And my husband had a lousy sospwa! That s a big zero! Never again! I like to encourage my community but!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

What this restaurant has to sell is simply beautiful photos. The price and quality of what is offered is not worth the trip. Why keep an ad that says Mad Tuesday , if it is to respond to the customer, that COViD no longer allows you to offer this promotion. A mini griot dish, the name is simply well chosen, served without sauce, without salad and above all without any customer service, for the price of almost $12. Dear friends, dont waste your time and dont throw away your money. I would have preferred to buy 2 junior chicken trios at McDonalds.

Beautiful, super clean place with really friendly and kind owner, by the way, a big dish for $13 which doesnt have a lot of meat at that price, uses a different rice and no macaroni.. With the competition which is even 5 minutes away at the snack bar.. cheaper, bigger, seasoned meat, juicy... I dont say bad luck to anyone but if they want to survive.. change the prices and recipe

I went to the restaurant in Terrebonne. Clean place and the food is good. The only thing that disappointed me is that the griot in the jumbo plate is similar to the regular plate in terms of quantity and that the macaroni salad is extra.

A little on it. Very expensive, very dry, too much too much rice and little of everything else. A family one containing as much meat as a meal for two. Beef, goat or pork as dry as jerkey.

I go to the restaurant to order a plate of chicken at exactly 12:50 p.m. They have a special from Monday to Friday, a plate of chicken or griot from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at $9.50.
