I love coming to eat here at lunchtime during my break. I recommend the Thai poutines, they are excellent!! The employees are super generous!

I took a gluten-free poutine (safe for celiacs, without cross-contamination. They have a laundress that they only use for fries. Ideally call 15-20 minutes in advance so that it can heat up) A little lacking in sauce, but otherwise it was very good. Thank you to the staff for taking precautions so that we can eat at the restaurant

No hello, no smile, just a nod to say Kossé, do you want toé? Three steamed ones, one fries and one liqueur; $15.61. Steamed with bread crushed by another with a stupid look who has little experience in catering, zero desire to work, hard sausages not cooked enough, with barely any condiments. Tough, overcooked fries, tasting like old oil. I am seated on an uncomfortable bench seat that creaks when I move, observing the other customers who are not at all satisfied with this atmosphere worthy of the end of the month in an HLM in Montreal-North.

Im giving my opinion because seriously, upon entering the restaurant there is a fairly pronounced smell of fried food despite it being a fast-food restaurant, there could be improvement on this side. The food is pitiful, poutine that tastes nothing, hotdog that has a lot of cabbage but almost no condiments. To finish, the customer service leaves something to be desired. Cold atmosphere, you dont feel like staying there for long. Honestly, Im not the type to complain on the networks but this time I had to. This restaurant needs to be improved.

Every time I order there, there are items missing. Or order hot dogs with ketchup but without ketchup. Check for yourself. I know covid has been hard but you can put condiments in our hotdogs.

The food is at the level of a Valentine but one of the worst service I have seen, especially on weekends, you can call 15 times for a pick-up but they will never answer, you have to go through doordash and pay a crazy price, cashier is stupid when she sees that I wouldnt give a tip for a Doordash order and thats if there is one! most of the time Im there waiting to be served for 5 minutes because theres no one in the kitchen! So I have to place a Doordash order, come in and take a bag that is not even guaranteed to be mine because there is no one at the counter to give it to me. Worst customer service Ive seen, go to la belle province or the other on moody its more worth it. Service during the week is not bad but there are only incompetent people on the weekend!
