Thai Express Restaurant Terrebonne in Terrebonne

The poorest service I received in a Thai express, at 8:30 p.m. all the staff were seated I order 2 pad thai, one with a large dough and the cashier (a young man with a mustache) tells me no Im not doing it today today. I ask him why and he answers, because it doesnt tempt me! I swear to you he dared to say that so for his lack of good manners I told him my way of thinking and even then having had an employee of this type having been his supervisor I would have fired him. But all the staff were there so believe me that even writing to them that they are sorry to read and write to us following our comments is really outright lies. Thai express in Montreal have never been so stupid professional

I placed an order on Uber Eats Chicken Pad Thai and I received a Pad Thai with mini pieces of chicken look at the photo. When we try to call no one answers and Uber Eats does nothing seriously I do not recommend this restaurant any service and we are charged with extras that we do not receive.

Ordered by Uber Eats a not spicy chicken pad thai. I received an ultra spicy pad thai that was impossible to eat... plus I ordered a starter that I never received. I called the restaurant 35 times after receiving my order to discuss the situation and I never got a response In total more than $100 for 4 people, 2 of whom cannot eat I do not recommend this place for delivery on a Saturday evening .

The man at the cash register lacked patience with us because we did not understand what he was telling us.

Every dish tastes burnt... plus, it seems that this restaurant is afraid to put the sauce (seems to be diluted) and/or spices (missing) which should be like in the usual recipes, but are not. I would like to mention the little meat they put in their dishes. It rarely tastes like anything and Ive eaten there 3 times in a row hoping to have a better experience. 0/10 Go to another Thai place even if it is further away. The employees dont smile at you and are stupid. This is the last time I order there, because every bite is frustrating. Money down the drain and food wasted. Funny color and funny taste, see photos. This is what a thairacha and pad thai are supposed to be. Disgusting.

He doesnt put ANY sauce, I made the comment when I went back and they put even less sauce than the previous time. The staff is extremely stupid, if you ask them something while they are making your dish, they will act like they dont understand French. To avoid.

I order an Uber pad thai with extra broccoli vegetables for $1.20 and medium spice. I get a vegetable pad thai with 2 broccoli no corn no carrot nothing but 2 broccoli. And its spicy! Even my husband who usually takes it spicy found it to be too much Intense! Garbage results! Pitiful!

I dont think Ive ever eaten something so disgusting, chicken and beef, I felt like I was eating a roll of rope, I had to throw it away.

The service is execrable. The little lady at the checkout is very stupid when you slightly change the order. The lady added a pinch of hot pepper while I asked her to add a small pinch of hot pepper. I do not recommend in any way!

Beef Pad Sew: Noodles overcooked, beef too soft. Everything was bathed in oil, which took away from the sauce. What a disaster! Bottom line: Beef Pad Sew with a roll and fountain drink = $20.78 Lord! Youre going a little too hard.

I ordered a general tao chicken all the pieces of chicken seemed to contain inedible cartilage. I recommend the one in Mascouche instead of Terrebonne.

None of their business and prioritizes the phone sooner than doing their job they are paid to do. Today I CALLED to have my order PREPARED and I will come paid and take it in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I arrive at the restaurant I found the woman and the gentleman who were laughing in front of their phone and my order was not made I was really angry because I called to have my order prepared because I did not have the waiting time but not only did they not make my order but they were not there their business there was no one in the restaurant

My meal was DELICIOUS!!! Usually when I go elsewhere and I ask for extra sauce, theres never any, but here I asked for it and seriously the noodles the chicken and the shrimp were bathed in the sauce perfect since Im going to have some in my lunch tomorrow super good service and fast! Pad Thai consisted of 3-4 small pieces of rubbery/tight chicken. In the end it was a big dish of noodles, nothing more, so very expensive for so little and above all not nutritious at all. PS: where are the vegetables?

I ate chicken soup on Sunday afternoon, September 5, 2021. I spent the evening and the night and the entire next day vomiting, feeling sick to my stomach, feeling sick to my stomach. Serious food poisoning. I will never go back there again. Thank you very much!! Following this review, Thai Express asked me for details, which I provided. Then they ask me to complete a survey, in English.....nothing is offered to compensate me, not even a refund of my dish. Quite ordinary as a way of proceeding. I was sick for 4 days and thats all they do, a survey not even in my language.

Tonight, July 28, 2020, Ouffff very disappointed with the food, ordinary for the price. While I was waiting for my order, the cashier was cross-contaminating. She added vegetables to a container where there were shrimps and removed some by placing them in the uncontaminated vegetables, because she had put 4 instead of 3. In addition, a duo special for $21.95 which was not offered to me. For people allergic to shrimp at your own risk.

Good food but ZERO customer service, I bought for 6 people and he is not able to give me a sample of green onion for one of the dishes, gives me attitude like I am an alien to ask him for a dish... Hmmmm I just bought for $70 I left $6 tip and they werent able to give me a simple little cup or adequate customer service ...Im simply stunned and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone in the future, there are clearly better...

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Thai Express, I love the chain, I eat at this restaurant 2-3 times a week... But today is the last time I go to this restaurant!! I explain my disappointment to you. First of all I received coupons in the mail for discounts at Thai Express. Super happy, I go back to my favorite restaurant with my $5 off my next meal (no minimum of $$ is not written on the coupon, it is written with the purchase of any main meal) I ordered a Pad Thai...which is a main meal! The madame with her stupid air refuses it to me... telling me that it is a minimum of $20 for the coupon to be valid.. only, it is not written that on the coupon... It is written on the buying a meal!!! She explains to me, still with her stupid look, that it is a mistake and that a minimum of $20 should be written... I believe her, to err is human... However, my coupon says something something else and she should accept it to compensate for this mistake made. She should honor the coupons they gave out!! For $5 They lost a customer I wont go there again, not with this service! This is false advertising!!!!!

Very bad service! I asked for a pad thai with nothing in it (its not complicated since all the other thai expresses include them) but the lady never wanted to exchange my plate.

A restaurant that does not respect the signage and cannot explain a problematic situation. In various places in the restaurant, the famous egg noodles are advertised. I try to order a dish at the register only to be told Finished! Finished. I point to the display and say that if the promo is over, why is it still showing it? And the clerk didnt explain anything to me, just kept repeating Finished with big gestures. I gave up to order something else and took the photos of the display which had no end date. I checked the website and the offer was still on. I really like Thai expresses in general, but this one gave me bad service after making me wait unnecessarily at the checkout since there was no one monitoring the arrival of customers. I wont go back and I dont recommend it.
