They make serious fast Thai food. I can't say on the par with classic restaurant, but their food is seriously good. Especially fried rice. Clean, good atmosphere, gentle stuffs, gentle cooks.
I found a hair in my food and had food poisoning for 2 days, the guy manager called me a liar and stupid, I cannot believe such rude people can have a business while not even understanding and speaking much french or english. Hopefully they will be nicer in the future
Worst pad Thai I’ve ever eaten. It’s dry absolutely no sauce and the noodles were all stuck together as if they weren’t cooked long enough. Horrible pad Thai. Absolutely no taste because of how dry it is. Waste of money. Unfortunately never going back.
I'm a regular customer there, i go there 2 or 3 times a week, and this is one of the best Thaï express so far, its always clean, and food Always good. Service very friendly.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with a policy of your restaurant that I find particularly unfair. During my recent visit, I ordered a meal to eat there. At the end of the meal, I asked for a box to take away my remaining food but to my great surprise, I was informed that I would be charged for this box. I found this policy illogical, because if I had ordered my meal to go from the start and decided to eat there, I would not have been charged for the box. The staffs response was that this rule was not up to them. For me, that doesnt change the absurdity of this policy. In addition, I left a $6 tip at the start of the service, thinking that it reflected my appreciation for the service received. However, faced with this policy, I feel betrayed and believe that your principles leave something to be desired. I ask you to reconsider this policy, as it unnecessarily penalizes customers and harms the image of your establishment.

Lightly spicy Thai chicken fried rice ordered for takeout: Extremely lacking in taste and flavor compared to other branches of Thaï Express. Definitely, I will no longer return to this branch in Lachenaie.

Very bad experience! General Taos chicken tasted strongly like fish As if the oil in which the chicken was fried was the same oil that was used to fry fish. I dont recommend.

Ordered a General Tao without sauce and tasted outdated!, as well as a Thai soup with chicken. There were only 4 small pieces of pulled chicken. We threw away our meals with great disappointment! I am writing these derogatory comments because I am very disappointed for the second time. I wont go back there again...

Worst franchisee of the Thai Express banner. Order: General Thairacha, very spicy, very well cooked. 1- The stupid-looking cashier challenges me to know that its already spicy. I am not asking you to question my order, but to communicate it to the cook. No spring rolls available. 2- Once I received my order: What a disappointment! Soggy chicken is disgusting! We are far from very well cooked chicken. 75% rice and 25% chicken Stop taking your customers for idiots! $16 for a bowl of rice is NO! The kitchen section of the counter is hidden by frosted panels... Is this to hide the healthiness of the kitchen? Its doubtful! The common area of the restaurant was clean. This franchise does not at all respect the standards of the Thai Express banner across Quebec. @MTY Foods, wake up this franchisee is dragging down the quality of your franchise. In light of my experience, the numerous negative comments over the past few months and the inability to respond on the part of the franchisee/franchisor, closure is imminent. I recommend you avoid.
Twice in 2 weeks ordered a simple dry sew pad that was not edible!!! really disappointing! Go to Repentigny instead, it s worth the detour

I ordered fried rice and I asked for it not spicy and when I wanted to eat it at home I realized that it was extra spicy. Since I cant eat spicy food, I called the restaurant. After speaking with three different people because no one spoke French and although I was bilingual no one could communicate with me in English, I asked for a spicy pass. They didnt want to. I asked for a loan, they refused. To err is human, its not serious, but I find it lamentable for a restaurateur not to take responsibility for his mistake. Too bad the food is usually good, but this branch is over for me.

The two times I ordered from this branch it was not edible. The first time the taste was so horrible I had to throw it all away. And today (which prompted me to do this review) I have a general thai WITHOUT SAUCE. It s mushy and dry at the same time. I didnt even think that was possible. The good thing is that Uber eats refunded me the first time (and I hope they will for my order today too). But a refund doesnt replace the food I cant eat and the hour I wasted waiting for this semblance of a meal. The I don t care attitude of this branch is clearly exceptional. How can you serve a dish without sauce? This is the BASE of the dish. What a disappointment. Never again.

Arriving 30 minutes before closing, the two members of staff welcomed me very warmly. Very good and affordable food. In addition, the two employees (the owners?) were smiling and friendly. I recommend without hesitation!

Excellent! I often go there for dinner when Im not at lunch. The chicken pad-sew is excellent and the service is always very fast.
It seems to me that CHICKEN and BEEF are not the same thing ? Ordered extra beef and when I got home, I got two portions of breaded chicken instead. Also extra spicy and tastes nothing. First and last time.
