Thaïzone in Terrebonne

My chicken was way overcooked. So hard to break apart in your mouth with the breading. Very disappointed :( The employee agreed to make our meals again THANKS

Worst Thai Zone. They really dont know how to make PokThai. The pokthaï in all other Thaïzone vegetables are cut well, not too big. He put only one ball of rice while the pokthaï should be filled with rice and salad, and also only put the vegetables, we had to go back to ask to put the vegetables. This is the last time at this Thaïzone.

I was pleasantly surprised. Im a regular at ThaïExpress, so I didnt know what to expect with ThaïZone. The Wonton soup is delicious, there are lots of green onions, the Pad Sew was very tasty and all the ingredients are very fresh. I highly recommend!

Not great... ordered 1 PadSew and 1 PadThai to try and I didnt get my moneys worth. I put 3/5 pq, its still a question of taste. I like the other fast food Thai channel better...but you might like ThaiZone. Thanks for the experience anyway

EXPERIENCE NO. 1: Saturday August 15, 2020, I ordered a pokthai with General Tao but with tofu... thats not what I received and honestly after seeing an employee working it didnt tempt me to complain ... Two employees (young and not very experienced to me) had just put back the cabinet containing the multiple frying pans when the young woman took a hose with water (at the top of the installation), rinsed her hands over a pan and then wash the pan (without soap) only with a brush...it stunned me and left me speechless! I didnt say anything because it seemed like there was no one older (owner, manager) and all three of them were young and inexperienced...but I found it so horrible to rinse your hands in a pan in which they will cook food afterwards! I hope they are warned for their inexcusable actions. Too bad they lost a lot of stars because of this incident, came very close to only left one! EXPERIENCE NO. 2: Friday, Oct. 13, I sit with my meal and observe the employees. The delivery man returns from making a delivery, takes off his coat and puts his hands in the rice, assembles orders - WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS - then comes to the cash register, takes the money, puts the change back in and starts the same process again without ceases (the entire time of my meal). Im stunned - the only place where such gestures were allowed was THE CORNER PATATERIE where there were no hygiene measures. But here we are in 2023 - post COVID... disappointed...

One question, do you find that the sauces at the front of the cooking dishes are clean? Anything that could fall in because there is no cover. Saliva, sweat, cooking water and more. DISGUSTING!!!!

Thai chicken soup is TASTY. The dumplings are very good. The Thai restaurant that makes me forget my more traditional Thai restaurants in Montreal.

Super nice employee and manager. Unfortunately, I go there on average once every two weeks and I always have mistakes after mistakes and they never want to redo the dish.

Commande pour emporter...on demande boeuf à lorange et pad thai au crevette. On reçoit du général tao au lieu du boeuf à lorange. Pas certaine que cest du vrai poulet? Le pad thai est pas mangeable et surette. Ce resto était bon au tout début et maintenant ils ont coupé sur la qualité de la nourriture. Cest terminé pour nous le Thai Zone.

Seriously I had 3 pieces of chicken in my general tao I ordered 2 x general tao with 2 wong tong soup with 2 egrole I had 2 paste in my soup seriously for $80 its a real steal. It costs $24 for 2 big plates at tiki ming!!! I cant even believe it.

I had a terrible experience with my delivery today. I dont like waiting an hour for my meal, at least a call to tell me my order will be late would be appreciated. Being called a dog at my door because I didnt want to give a tip is the height of it.

Ive been ordering here for a long time. For several months, the general tao chicken has been more and more disappointing each time I order. This time it is dry and not pleasant to eat. $17 for a poutine Lots of chicken but very dry, a few fries soaked in sauce. Quite disappointing amount of cheese. Better to get a meal box at this price.

Quite mediocre and bland taste for the soup. 2 soups (1 chicken the other beef) 2 roll. Almost no meat and tons of carrots. For $40 I can have a feast but not here. 2 Stars because I have already eaten worse.

1st order the order takes 1h30 to arrive. The food is cold and crushed. I get credit and Im happy with it. 2nd delivery the food arrives in 1 hour and is still lukewarm. I was told to call more in advance next time. Ill try my luck and order again (I like thaizone a little too much to do without it...). So, I call at 4 p.m. and ask for delivery by 6 p.m. when I get home from work. 6:15 p.m. still nothing to eat. Young Chelsy wrote down my address and telephone number incorrectly which I repeated to her 3 times when ordering... Please Manager do something!!!

General Taos sweet sauce is not edible. I asked for the spicy dish and it was in no way spicy. The imperial roll was poorly cooked and soft. The only thing that was good was the cookie that came free with the purchase of the trio. $20 per cookie is an expensive cookie. I usually order from Thai Express. I was wrong and I was willing to give them a chance. Never again.

Thank you for always being so good, fast service, excellent food and unbeatable value for money. My girlfriend and I are big fans. (We particularly recommend the general tao and the peanut stir-fry).

Today at 6 p.m. there was only one employee to do everything... answer the phone, take orders at the register and prepare meals. Despite the fact that the poor employee was incredibly efficient, running around and carrying out a more than impressive number of tasks, she was downright overwhelmed. I dont know how much she earns per hour, but she definitely deserves double that! I dare to believe that she will be entitled to a bonus on her pay to run a restaurant ON HERSELF!!! If unfortunately there is a shortage of staff during this difficult time, it would be best to close the doors temporarily. There is no sense in making someone work in these kinds of conditions. In your employees place, I would have thanked the customers and left, completely discouraged...

Aujourdhui, pour le jour du père, jai acheter de la nourriture au thaï zone, le teriyaki au crevette et le riz frit son arrivé complètement brûler. Logiquement jappelle le gérant pour lui expliquer la situation et tout ce quil peut me proposer cest un rabais de 12% dans le prochain achat, moins que les taxes! ridicule... Zéro service à la clientèle...

I ordered Thai for 4 people. We called to just be informed that one of the shrimp pad thai we had 1 shrimp in the dish. We understand that many people can overdo it but we were told IMPOSSIBLE. why would I waste my time calling...we were told portion of 7 inside maybe we had 6...wow IMPOSSIBLE davour 1 but maybe one was missing...?? I told him I was wasting my time explaining to you and said yes. Well done and thank you for your response but we are not all dishonest and lying people in Quebec. Too bad I wont start there anymore.

Employees, super super good service, pad thai good...but I found something (which was not the usual meat...disgusting and not edible in a won ton. The new pink Chinese biscuits made by Taïzone are not They dont taste like Chinese biscuits and are tasteless. In addition, the messages inside are really not worthy of traditional Chinese biscuits. A little disappointed.

Tao cauliflower, fabs the description says sauté vegetables... there were only carrots and onions, really disappointing. Chicken Pad Thai, way too much sauce!! The noodles were so soft. Really not pleasant in the mouth

Its expensive.. Not much to drink apart from soft drinks.. I really like the way of cooking but if you know nothing about Thai food (like me) you will be a little lost. And when she asked me if I wanted spicy I said yes, I thought she meant spicy but no its real spices so you have to like it. Just a question of taste.. And so the dish was flowing I had lots of pad thai on my knees.. And there is no thai that works lolll just white ones

I went to the Thai area of Lachenai it was my first time I asked the Mr to explain the menu to me a little he replied you just have to read on the wall! Once my order is made I am served in poor quality cardboard plates which tear as soon as we try to lift them. Result it is all spilled on the table I go to the counter to ask for napkins he only gives me one I ask what he adds to me he adds ONE to me as if that s what will ruin them!!! And finally the food isnt even good, frankly no one, this restaurant was the 1st and the last.

The sauces in the dishes taste too chemical! The quality of the dishes has declined significantly over the years. I wont go to this restaurant at all again. My comment is entirely valid since I have been going to this restaurant for a long time. Dont worry. So I know the difference. The sauces are now of very poor quality. Honestly, your response is not professional at all. Focus on improving your service instead of yelling at customers!

Order a small tom yum + general tao soup for children. The tom yum soup too bitter. Add too much sprouted beans... General Tao ok.. Like Thai Express better. Too expensive.. I pay $10 for the same price for an adult dish.

WOW! Customer experience++! In 10 minutes tops, my dish was delivered. My meal, a Pad Thai with shrimp, was very filling and very tasty. I really liked that the bag was so complete. Without having to ask, they put chopsticks, a fork and even a fortune cookie in there. Plus, they deliver with an electric car! These are small details but it really satisfied me. Im sure it will please other customers as well. Enjoy your food!
