Very very disappointing. Won Ton soup had way too many dumplings and no flavour whatsoever in the broth. Egg rolls weren’t bad. Chicken fried rice tasted stale and rice over cooked. Chow mein was just a bunch of bean sprouts with some fried noodles, no veggies. Pineapple chicken was chicken balls in cherry sauce and a few pieces of pineapple. Chicken Soo Guy extremely greasy but generous amount of chicken. I will not order from them again.
in the past 7yrs prices have risen 4 times..example no.5 meal for 1person was 17.95 including taxes and now 26.80 which is ridiculous... i will never go there again.
This place will try to rob you. I purchased food for $99. They told us one order of chicken wings contain 10 wings, we received 8 pieces and when we went back they told us, “the wings are big so we only gave 8 pieces” this is outrageous! I purchased for a large group of kids and the lady at the front desk argued with me because she didn’t want to give me all the food I PAID FOR. Don’t go here unless you want to get robbed.
I ordered delivery from this Chinese restaurant and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the food. None of the dishes had any flavor - it was like they forgot to add any spices or seasoning. Even the soup was bland and unappetizing. I was really hoping for a tasty meal, but unfortunately, it fell short. On the positive side, the delivery arrived on time and the packaging was good. I hope the restaurant can improve the flavor of their dishes in the future.
I've eaten here since I was a child. Back then the food was amazing. But now the recipes have changed and a lot of what is served is processed or frozen food. Very disappointing for the price. We usually get take out but last time we went we waited an hour for our food, and when we went to eat, everything was cold. Not good, seeing that I live less than 5 minutes away. We used to go 2-3 times a year but now we rarely go because of the food quality. I used to love their pineapple chicken in Cherry sauce, but again, the recipe changed and isn't handmade anymore. Basically now it's fried dough and a tiny piece of chicken (if your lucky) and barely any sauce- inedible. Not to mention in the recent years we have gotten sick from the food.
Pros : Friendly service. Cons : Not a lot of choices. Poor quality and freshness with some of the meals. Chicken is mostly batter. Some of the food was clearly sat there for at least an hour. The only reason that place is still around is because it's the only chinese buffet around. It was way too expensive for what it offered. You are better off eating at one of the way better table service restaurants in Terrebonne. Way better in quality and probably cheaper too.
We usually do take out from this restaurant and we find the food relatively good but a little on the pricey side for the quality. This time we decided to eat in at the buffet. The food variety had almost nothing that was available on the takeout menu and was mediocre at best. Many dishes were empty and not being replenished given that there was 1h left to closing. The staff was still very friendly, and attentive, and the place was kept relatively clean, which is nice to see at a buffet. The decor of the restaurant is very old and needs to be completely changed. I am not sure if the previous restaurant was Hawaiian or some other similar culture of which they kept the decorations, but it is definitely not Chinese in any way.
I should have known better when I saw there’s no single Asian customer in this rather large restaurent. This is for people who never had real Asian food. If you are Asian or know Asian food, don’t even think to try here. Food is either overly salted or no taste. Grossly oily or incredibly dry. Their salads look at least one week old. And they charge 23$ +tax for the buffet. All I can say is this was an experience.

Old service. Order not respected. We ordered beef with broccoli and there were 3 small strips of beef. Super cheap for the price. It was more of a broccoli dish with a dripping white sauce. Never order because you will lose your money. Total theft.
The spare ribs are terrible! Only bones and fat! The Soo Guy Chicken has a bigger breading than the chicken! The fried rice is not fried and is tasteless! No flavors that stand out anywhere in the dishes! Nothing glorious! I understand their rating!
Very disappointed...the raised sides were soaked in fat. The meat didnt have much of it. The chicken with pineapples, too much breadcrumbs, not much chicken and the rice very pale, bland..before when there was the buffet on the boul des seigneurs it was very good..but now they lost it..that was it last time I go there

I asked for a change of dish, they made a mistake, I called to tell them and they called me back to say that the owner saw a video and said I was lying!!!! So shameful!!! Like I would steal a macaroni.. Im never ordering again! Poor girl who had to remind me to apologize!! I had written a very positive review in the past for the new admin who could have failed to break in... On my last minute visit, I had been well served, but the last 2 times, rice from the chef, a white rice, chicken chow mein with 3 tiny pieces of meat full of crunch, and more Then, having the door closed almost in my face when the closing time was 8:30 p.m., the employee pretended not to see me and hurried to steer and disappeared, at 8:15 p.m. If you announce closing at 8:30 p.m., accept customers until 8:30 p.m., not 8:15 p.m., nor 8:25 p.m. nor 8:29 p.m., to close and leave quickly. Twice by phone some time later, a little before 8 p.m., I give my address and ask if there is delivery I live 10 minutes away. The woman who answers me dumbly NO and hangs up. Are you wondering why these negative reviews? Building a reputation in catering is hard and long. but to demolish it is as quick as lightning. There are exemplary restaurants like Vulcano. Ask them for training or close down. I do not recommend this restaurant, nor the admin nor their staff who have no place in catering or any public work, not even a zoo or a scrapyard.

Nostalgic visit to this restaurant with Chinese dishes. The quantity of combos with #1@10 are generous portions. They serve the soup, the Egg Rolls and then he places the dishes on the tables. You fill your plate yourself. Everything was fresh and well cooked. I recommend the place.
Unfortunately like many others the dish changes uncooked noodles and I am told it comes like that lol I am a cook and it doesnt come like that, a packet in a bowl filled with cooked pad vegetables

It had been several years since I had set foot there. The menu is now à la carte, there is no longer a buffet. But personally I love this formula and the food is so delicious. I highly recommend and the service is extremely fast!

Me and my partner went to dinner there on New Years Day...not too many people (6) we both ordered the same thing...C on the menu which includes soup, an egg roll...and the main plate for $17...I received my plate from my partner his soup and thats it lol...she had misunderstood! there were 6 of us in the restaurant. She comes back with the plate...and on the bill at the end, she charged us for the soup...which is INCLUDED in the meal, I can guarantee you that at $56 with tip, we will NEVER return the .....(twice $17 plus taxes that we should have paid).
Good chinesse food
I ordered a Cantonese Chow Mein and it was made with Linguine to make Italian dishes, nothing Chinese and the whole thing was bathed in a liquid, almost like a soup, in addition to being tasteless and flavorless. However, self-respecting Chinese restaurants have flat Chinese noodles.

Pineapple chicken without chicken, sooguy recooked. Portions reduced but price increased (correct but does one or the other) on the greasy rise side...chili beef with elastic beef...in short $80 to throw in the trash. The quality has changed a lot since my last visit 3 months ago.
$80 for 2 wonton soups, 1 extremely dry chicken soguy, 1 Chinese macaroni and 1 broccoli beef with 5 pieces of beef...the chicken soguy was a complete failure, the portions are really small for the price and the quality is not there. All!

La soupe aigre-piquante avait un morceau de plastique dedans. Elle navait pas non plus bon goût car ils ont utilisé trop de vinaigre. Et ils nous ont donné du curry jaune alors que nous avions commandé du curry rouge. Les légumes dans le curry étaient coupés très gros et à peine cuits, comme sils étaient pressés et ne sen souciaient pas.
No buffet EVER. My 2 Thai dishes tasted exactly the same, rice and noodles of the same color. Won ton soup no meat just noodles. Not to be returned.

We were warmly welcomed by an excellent waitress. She was dedicated and attentive. On the other hand, there is no longer a buffet. It was a big disappointment... my partner ordered an a la carte menu which he really liked. But it is much more expensive than with the buffet and the choice is limited. I had chicken by the pan and I didnt like it.

All dishes lost protein, beef with chili = 2 pieces of beef chowmein with chicken!!! 2 or 3 pieces of chicken. All dishes have decreased and the bill increased etc... Very disappointing...I went there twice to find out if it was an exception But it was the same....practically just vegetables Thats not your thing.... I wont go anymore.

Unfortunately I have no choice but to admit that I was greatly disappointed. I was a fan and a more than loyal customer on the Boulevard des Seigneurs. During my last order the portions were acceptable however the flavor was not there. The ribs were just cartilage and bones with almost no meat.
Excellent dinner, everything was perfectly good. The service was outstanding, the waitress very friendly. The portions are generous and we can bring back our leftovers.
I just discovered a great Chinese restaurant! The food, ribs, wonton, chicken beef everything was excellent. Meal for one, very worthwhile cost for two by adding 2 wonton soups, super affordable price. I dont understand the criticism. Today is excellent.

I always loved the Château de la lune Restaurant before, the buffet was perfectly to my taste and it was dark but warm, now the new location is cold with no soul and whats more there is no more buffet :( the service was long the cook seemed not to know what to do or nodded the supervisor often brought him back to order but barely lost he returned to his bubble, in short very disappointed if you decided to come back as before I returned otherwise goodbye!

We ate at the new restaurant. It was very good and the location was clean.
Friday Im going to buy number three for two people and a pot of wonton soup and extra chicken soo guy. The bill goes up to $78.39. What a disappointment the soup was not good the pork in the soup noodle was not good. the soo guy chicken so tough and fatty that we didnt eat it, the ribs lets say earlier fatty. And to make matters worse, two out of four people were sick. Finished for me the castle of the moon I thought to myself a new place and it will be good no I understand why the dining room is not yet open no one wants to go to work there.

March 23, 2022 Very friendly waitress but little experience. No buffet meal at the table or takeaway Table poorly cleaned and very sticky / food without any taste.. the sauce was water... accompanied by a bowl of dry rice. The microns...shrimp with green peppers not cooked at all...like carrot ends. Had I known I would have gone to McDonalds or a chip shop...

Newly moved where there is the royal bank on boul. Moody. Its no longer a buffet. Its an a la carte menu. I find the food much better because it is freshly prepared unlike a buffet. Except for the wonton soup the meat is weird. Very hard. The service is long. We were served before the children. We waited so as not to eat in their faces so our plate ended up being lukewarm. The place is clean. The look has completely changed. More modern and refined. We will not come back. The kitchen team is not efficient and the restaurant had few customers. I dont dare think when its full. The waitress was nice. So !

Terrible service, Camille the receptionist waitress is rude and disrespectful and really stupid . More than 2:30 hours of waiting for a delivery... when Camille was asked about the delays she replied: the customer is not always right sir; so I will cancel your order. Unacceptable service. Although the food is okay nothing more Camille convinced me to never order from this restaurant again. Next time it s the golden bundle for me.

No longer offers the fondue service
My last visit to this restaurant which was on boul. des Seigneurs previously, dated back a century (or a little less...) and it was, since their very recent move to boul. Moody, the first time I set foot there again. There is no more BUFFET (they are preventing another pandemic I imagine...), so the dishes are à la carte. the rice (without chicken) was succulent and the vegetables with almonds - WITHOUT ALMONDS!!! - was way too salty. Please correct your menu, its a vegetable dish with cashew nuts. Luckily, the only waitress there was super nice and professional! My next visit in another century I think...

Dont order on a Saturday evening. The food arrived 1.5 hours later, it was lukewarm and soft. The fried rice had no egg, no chicken, no pork, nothing and was tough. The pad thai was spicy even though I had written in 2 places not to put anything spicy, due to a pathology in the mouth I could not eat it. The general tao who was good there last time seemed cooked in advance and reheated. In short, $100 of disappointment. The only thing that was good was the fried wontons. The last time we ordered was on a Friday and the food was acceptable. Ill say it again: dont order on a Saturday.

A very old love story, I have been eating there since my childhood
I often turn a blind eye to small missteps... But the fact that the breaded shrimp still had its digestive tract and therefore was not properly cleaned took away my appetite. .. I will give you another chance but I really hope that your boss will remedy this situation... Otherwise unfortunately you will lose a customer.

Sunday, we tried the Chinese dishes from the new establishment Château de Lune now moved across from the Galeries de Terrebonne. New take-out or delivery formula. Open since October, everything is new. Stainless steel counter and access for the customers eye during preparation. Customer traffic keeps things fresh. Our No. 3 for two people was good, generous and freshly prepared. We had plenty for supper and a little extra for a light dinner. When the taste of Chinese food tickles your taste buds, dont hesitate, its clean, tasty and inexpensive. The delivery seems long, I strongly recommend take-out, especially if you have a Mario Wong to pick it up...

I went there in 2019, still happy that I didnt get sick... The health was poor... I saw that a new owner took over the place so if that changed I would be ready to give a second chance. But the service was A1, the food was okay but the hygiene was meh... But as said if it improved I would come, its on correction they say its wrong so Ill never come back.
