Visiting Thetford Mines, surrounded by the dumps, we ate at the Microbrasserie aptly named for the place. The beer is good, the food too but nothing special to note. There is a nice terrace outside when the weather is nice, very practical because the space is a little cramped inside.

Tasty beers that all taste different! It s important to me that a micro offers different kinds of beers that don t all taste like IPA!!! This one is excellent for its diversity for the taste buds. I tasted the sour and the white and I was very satisfied! Not too much alcohol percentage which means you can drink more! Ahahah! Good strategy Haldes! Ahahha! Worth the detour! Beautiful eclectic decor that caught my attention and friendly and attentive staff! Thank you for the welcoming!

Really the place in Thetford Mines for excellent micro beers, my forgettable stop when I go to Therford, the staff of this small microbrewery is always very friendly and as the adage says so well, its in the small microbreweries that we find the best beers.

Very good beer except that the terrace is on the asphalt, impossible to stay outside in hot weather. A wooden deck would be better with dust shelters. It was windy when I went there.

Very good service! The beers are delicious. I really enjoyed discovering St-Jacques-de-Leads. Parking: Parking in front for the disabled and to the side for others. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to access the interior or the terrace.

Beautiful little microbrewery, simple appetizer type meal, unfortunately when I was there the festivhaldes had just taken place..... So the choice of beers was reduced. Hats off to the waiter, alone, who took care of 41 customers during dinner time!!!! With smile

The kitchen was very good. Wide choice of beers depending on the taste you are looking for. The atmosphere was very pleasant and to end the evening, we attended a show by comedian Matt Levesque. A perfect evening! Parking: Several parking spaces will be at your disposal. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for people with reduced mobility.

The Thetford region has wanted ITS microbrewery for a long time. It s done! The Microbrasserie des Haldes is a friendly pub where beers brewed on site are served. Local ingredients are in the spotlight, both for the beer and for the appetizers. The owners are endearing, attentive and passionate! The name of the pub, Microbrasserie des Haldes, is a tribute to the unique panoramas of the Thetford region, while honoring the history of the town. As for the names of the different beers brewed on site, they are given in honor of the surrounding localities. And there is something! The ingredients are almost all locally sourced!

An evolving place that will gain over the years, but which is starting on excellent foundations. Very good service, original and efficient products, and a location which will gain in charm with a few small renovations (parking, separating the brasserie from the restaurant).

Excellent beers, the owners welcomed us by sharing their passion for beer with us. We appreciated that they made us taste several beers before we could choose. We cant wait to find Haldes beers in Montreal.

We are new to the Thetford region and my partner and I fell in love with the Haldes microbrewery. My expectations for the food werent very high considering their specialty is beer and not food. OH BOY! I was wrong. The food was DELICIOUS, I had the Cheese-Lover Burger (Im a cheese fan yes pi) and I almost cried with joy! Now, lets talk beer.. I still have some kind of beer left to try, but so far, this microbrewery exceeds my expectations as a microbrewery beer lover! (Personally the Harvest Beer is 100%) I advise everyone to take a look, the service is warm and makes you want to spend the evening there!!

The beer is excellent...

For the moment I have only consumed the beer it produces and they are pretty much all excellent! My recommendations are La Black lake, La broughton, and Adstock.
