I went today to the one in Thetford mines. And unfortunately there is a lack of meals and food on the menu and I was very disappointed and the wrap that my partner took was all open and very poorly served. Damage! Parking: A small parking lot and very tight.

Bought sandwich at drive-thru. Both sandwiches had no sauces. Long and unsmiling service. The staff does not wear the mask properly (under the nose).

Wow donuts
Correct service/employees as best as they can...a chance because its nothing good. This is honestly the worst Tim Ive ever been to. In fact the other one in Thetford is not better. Never anything, lack of lots of things. Empty display, no soup, etc. Truly pitiful.

I visit over 20 different Tim Hortons every year. Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Saguenay Lac St-Jean, Quebec, Beauce, Estrie. In over 15 years this is the first restaurant to charge me for honey in my coffee. $0.70 for a honey which would have cost me $4.10 for a coffee if I wouldnt have argued it. I asked the manager who made this decision to charge the honey. She tells me its a personal decision. Strange for a subsidiary. Oh yes and I received my 2 separate honeys at the drive-thru. Its because Im driving maam. And be careful too because you gave me a multigrain bagel instead of a full flavor.

There arent enough employees. The employees say the boss is crazy and no one wants to work for her. We are forced to do drive-thru services but on foot

In a pandemic, there is a lack of staff and stock, but when there is, it is very good.
Courteous staff although the wait at the car service is sometimes long during dinner time. And the famous trash... At the drive-thru, stained and full of wasps, it doesnt make you want to order.
