McDonald's in Thetford Mines

Have you tried the famous poutine with smoking chicken, yes, what a horror and false advertising. I had a boulette with an essence of boucane sauce and little pieces of croquettes and almost no fries, very disappointed.

They make mistakes like many complain about, but they always fix them. Always good and fast.

During a certain day at the McDonalds near Thetford Mines, on the kitchen side, I was unfortunately a little disappointed by the lack of order each time sometimes. The drive-thru is OK. Fast at times and sometimes its average. In terms of atmosphere, there are always a lot of people and therefore a lot of noise. We manage to understand each other at times and at times we cant hear each other talking. It really depends on the time of day. Kid-friendliness: There is a menu suitable for children.

Tuesday, March 12, 8 p.m. Very often there are order errors, extras that we pay for and dont get. But today is the last straw. I received a lousy cheezburger, extra bacon and onion, the sauce replaced with BigMac sauce. It had ketchup instead, and a mini piece of half an onion ring, and barely an inch of bacon. I come back carrying my cheezburger, saying I want one with the extras and no ketchup but BigMac sauce. The girl gives me the sandwich back, with an insulted look, without looking at my bill, telling me that everything is in it. I then tell him that I dont want it and give it back to him. She shuts the door in my face, without a word and without offering to reimburse me. 15$ in the trash, without eating, thank you it was the last time. It might be time to better train your young people.

If you cant make hamburgers, why do you work so hard at McDonalds? Listen I order from Thetford all the time and I ve never received bad service, far from it. The team is extraordinary and cleanliness level is A1. On the other hand, elements forgotten in my orders happened to me very, even too often. The worst is still the DoorDash offers. Lets say that when I have to pay over so much $$$ to have such a free item, I would like to receive it at the same time . The downside is also that the majority of the team is too young for me (honestly, Im not going to be a killjoy because I myself went through that age and I also worked in a fast-food restaurant in my 14 years old), but on the other hand, when I have children aged 10-11-12 who come to make my orders, I have less confidence to be honest . What made me write this review is that today, I picked up my order after placing it on the app. I at least did no joke 3 round trips...First of all, no one came to take my order to my designated parking lot so I had to go pick it up myself, secondly, they forgot to give me half of my order, three, they forgot to give me an item from the order except that I realized it at home, and four, the toys in my two happy feasts looked strangely like books and also it It was two identical toys in both...Im not complaining. Quite a bizarre experience! We stop there on a Friday at 8:00 p.m. and go to the counter to order meals. There are about 20 children behind the counter (yes, children: the oldest seem to be 15 and the youngest about eleven). 6 of these employees chat among themselves behind the cash registers, some tell the others that they punched ten minutes ago (meaning that they are actually at work). I decide to politely interrupt their conversation to ask them if someone will take our order, I get a brief look and the conversation resumes again! After several minutes of witnessing this exchange, we leave to go to the A&W. There, we were very well served and we didnt wait at all!

We waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru even before the dinner rush. Then error in our orders I have to go inside to have my order corrected. What do I see in kitchens? 4 young people in a circle chatting worst service I ve had in a while

After my most depressing summer due to the lack of mcflurry (they forgot them 3 times!) I told myself that I was going to order myself a good trio quarter of a pound BLT, as you know B=Bacon, L=Lettuce and T = Tomato, but how can I put it, the bacon was as present as my fathers, I paid extra for lettuce, due to the fact that Im in a vegan mood and I had a simple leaf... and T tomato, in fact fortunately she was returning to their laid.
