Meilleur poutine sauce BBQ en région !!!
J'adore betty lunch la sauce bbq pour leur poutine est juste incroyable on fait 1h30 min de route en tout juste pour y aller, Stéphane le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et le service est impeccable un incontournable selon moi!
Exécrable. Fuyez en courant. C'est votre pire cauchemar. Je vous le garantie. Ils se sont empressé de nous dire qu'il n'y avait pratiquement plus aucun aliment de disponible car ils allaient fermer dans 25 minutes et que tout était déjà lavé ou serré (plus de mise en place). Tout commerce, et particulièrement en alimentation, qui daigne offrir un service digne de ce nom et qui affiche en pleine vitrine des heures d'ouverture jusqu'à par exemple 20h, se doit de respecter ses engagements et d'offrir l'accès à l'ensemble de ses produits jusqu'à l'heure qu'ils ont eux mêmes déterminée comme étant celle de leur fermeture. Pour répondre à votre commentaire M. Stéphane, mes commentaires sont justes pour ceux qui le méritent et également pour ceux qui offrent un très mauvais service. Votre recherche de faits a été bien paresseuse si vous arrivez à la conclusion que je n'écris que des mauvaises choses. Une lecture des 190 publications vous aurait permis aisément de constater que mes notes inférieures à 3 sont extrêmement rares. De plus, après plus de 35 ans de service à la clientèle, ça prend pas la tête à Papineau pour comprendre qu'un commerce ça vient avec des responsabilités et l'une d'elle c'est de respecter les heures d'ouverture en s'assurant d'offrir les aliments disponibles pour commander sur votre carte ce que vous devez offrir selon vos choix. Demandez à n'importe quel restaurant et on vous dira que l'absence de constance en créant des frustrations pour vos clients est votre premier pas vers la faillite. Si vous voulez cesser toutes vos cuissons 30min avant la fermeture de vos portes pour nettoyer, changer de domaine ou d'heures d'ouverture.

J'ai commandé pour 50$ au comptoir. Laissé 4$ de tip. Je me rend compte que les hot-dogs "all dressed" sont ketchup moutarde et ... mayo... bizarre. 99% du temps all dressed c'est relish, moutarde, oignon, chou. Je demande du chou. Elle me charge 4$ pour le chou! Non merci. J'ai vu ensuite que ça avait aussi coûté 50c pour chaque tomate dans les chesseburgers "all dressed". On est un peu surpris mettons. C'est dommage parce que sinon le reste est pas mauvais pis c'est propre. Manque de gros bon sens d'affaires.
Je comprends pour Interac. Je suis revenu avec du cash. Comme à mon habitude, quand je teste un nouveau casse-croute, j'ai pris le club sandwich. Les frites : 7/10 Le club sandwich : 8/10 La salade de choux : 6/10 Service : 20/10 (profond respect pour le personnel de cuisine, surtout en été) Conclusion : je reviendrai. Mon prochain séjour à Thetford est prévu pour la fête du travail. Mise à jour 2024-10-01: J'ai récemment commandé une poutine moyenne. Ça ressemblait plus à une grosse poutine. Sauce BBQ ❤️❤️❤️ Service : toujours 5⭐.❤️❤️❤️ Dommage que s'est pas ouvert à l'année, mais d'un autre côté : ils travaillent si fort pendant l'été.... Longue vie et prospérité ! \\//_
J'ai pris le burger Betty Lunch et il était délicieux.😋 Il est super gros en plus.😮 Je voulais goûter aux carrés de brownies avec la crème molle, mais je n'avais plus de place.☹️ La prochaine fois que je serai dans le coin, je vais y goûter certain.👍👍👍

Always pleasant, great service, fast, inexpensive its good, the only thing.... the fried chicken which is sometimes missing at the end of the day but hey..... If it wasnt good, they wouldnt sell like little bread so we forgive them

I went to dinner with my boyfriend and it took forever. We had just ordered poutine, which we saw being prepared and left on the counter for 10 minutes; When we received it, it had cooled down. Of the 3 employees behind the counter, only 1 wore their mask correctly; the other two had it under their noses and sometimes even under their chins. Very disappointed, for $11 for a poutine, I expected better...

My partner asked for a roast beef hamburger, he got 3 slices, a little ketchup and that was it. I asked for hot dog all dressed, I received my bread was wet with oil, and we asked for poutine, our fries were still white and too much sauce, it overflowed all over our container. I dont think it was the cooks day.

Superior quality snack, particularly for the quality of the frying (Secret recipe). Also the chocolate dipped ice cream is of surprising quality. All located opposite the park, so it breathes. Super nice, smiling and friendly owner.
