Leaving Thetford, en route to Montreal, I bought a bag of cheese curds, telling the clerk that it wouldnt survive until the 20th. In fact, it didnt survive until Black Lake . My little finger tells me that poutine must not be bad. I say that the same.... To be continued.

Bland Italian sauce, old cheese curds in the poutine, disappointing.

Their poutines are simply excellent. On the other hand, I experienced their old location much warmer compared to now. The detour is still worth it!

I loved my popcorn chicken poutine with pepper sauce!!! The place is clean but I admit that I miss the atmosphere that was at the other branch on St-Alphonse Street.

Ask for sauce on the side. Arriving home I see that I have no sauce. Then if you are lactose intolerant and you dont want cheese. He cant remove the cheese. Ordinary

It was the best poutine in the old restaurant. Twice in 2 weeks in the last month, very old inedible cheese, I specified this the second time but they gave me old cheese all the same. Too bad the sauce is excellent but we wont be returning.

Cancel a doordash delivery from the restaurant for no reason on a Tuesday evening or the restaurant is currently open according to the website. I just ordered from another place but really not strong.

Took 3 hours to be told that our poutine wasnt even on its way

Before, we didnt make a mistake when ordering from this restaurant. The last few times I ordered, undercooked fries, very little sauce, cheese not fresh and it was cold even though I went to get it. Very disappointing!!

Restaurants that have like 40 poutines and some are not great. The Mexican poutine/nachos arent great. We have grated cheese underneath, black olives and hot peppers. Not the best food. No salsa and I asked for a cup of cream because otherwise it wouldnt even have a star rating

Frozen McCain-style fries, untasty homemade sauce and cold dish sent back several times... Its very rare that I complain, but after putting her finger in my poutine, the cashier shared my opinion that the plate was indeed cold. I wasnt the only one this happened to while we were there. We received a slight compensation (1 small bag of cheese curds for a table of 11 where almost all the poutines had to be redone), but all the same, I dont think Ill come back... Maybe we were unlucky, but for the expensive price, I am quite disappointed with my experience

Second experience with them. First time I ordered. The delivery never arrived.. Today, second experience. Bacon poutine... more like cold bacon fat grains.. Also, a reheated panini with old soggy salad, overcooked bacon that dried out and is now soggy from the tomato. I worked in a restaurant, I know what a fresh or reheated panini looks like. If the panini was fresh, the ingredients were not at all! Everything is overpriced, and nothing I ate was edible. Two shots is enough for me, there are enough other choices to waste my money a 3rd time. Also, note that I rarely leave bad comments, I am more the type to leave good ones and refrain from negative ones.

Jai acheté une grande poutine au porc effiloché et lorsquelle est arrivé les frite était trop cuite, tellement cuite quelle était dur comme de la roche. Jai appelé labas et le gérant ou whatever qui cétait me dis que la seul chose qui peux faire cest me donner un rabais de 30% pour ma prochaine commande, alors la poutine a fini au poubelle avec mon menu de la Bourgade.

Lendroit parfait pour lamateur de poutine. Deux chois de frites maisons ou ondulées. Plusieurs choix de sauce. Le fromage en grande quantité est délicieux. Personnellement, jai pris les frites ondulées + sauce maison. Mon conjoint a pris la sauce au poivre qui était parfaite. La prochaine fois, je vais essayer une autre sauce. Vous naurez vraiment pas besoin de prendre un extra fromage.

The hot chicken is limited to..... a little cold chicken between two slices of bread, 5 frozen green peas and a handful of fries. A good coleslaw would have been appreciated
