I ordered the salmon and strawberry tartare for take out. There was an error on my order, but I came back and the restaurant adjusted without a problem, even adding a good dessert as a bonus! I enjoyed myself and I am very satisfied with my experience.

Great evening with our gang at Face de Boeuf. More than 40 of us joined together for a fundraising activity. Everything was great, it was the perfect location for this event. And the management of Face de Boeuf who got involved by offering two gift certificates as prizes to draw among our participants for our version Hot Ones. Thanks to Caroline and Jessica as well as all the staff for making us feel welcome! THANKS!!

We were a group of 30 people We had very bad service from the waitress Caroline, who looked stupid and had no sense of interpersonal skills!!! Twice in the last month I have had Caroline as a waitress and even though we are not a group we have had no more service and no smile it seems like we are disturbing her each time I hold back but my word because I am well brought up but there is no lack of desire I confirm to you that we will not return anytime soon to spend an evening at your restaurant Its a shame to have employees like her, it takes you away from the customers and for sure I wont speak highly of the service offered at your restaurant!!!

I ate well, but the atmosphere was a little less great. People greeted each other standing and remained standing near our table ALL throughout the meal. They were screaming and sitting on the edge of our table. Unpleasant experience. It took a while before the waitress intervened.

Having been to several Steak Houses in Quebec, I can tell you that I havent found anything better than La Face de B uf. The marinated Bavette and the Côte de B uf are my two must-haves on the menu. Grillardin Félix is passionate about working his meats day and night! In terms of atmosphere, everything is consistent with what we would expect from a Steak House. Warm and festive environment! Parking: Easy to access and free! Kid-friendliness: There are menus/a version for children, to introduce quality meat to the youngest

Beautiful restaurant, the employees are really friendly, the atmosphere is perfect, we had a starter of very good onion rings with a little plum sauce and for the main meal, we took from the exclusive menu of smoked meats : a beef sub with cheese and hot chips, it was really good. I noticed the other dishes and the portions seem moderate so for big eaters maybe get a starter but everything looks good on the menu. Parking: The shopping center parking lot, there is ample parking, I have no negative comments to say.

Went with my partner and children this week. Pleasantly surprised all round, very advantageous price for the quality compared to what we pay in Quebec City. We will come back when we visit the lake this summer! If you are staying at the domain hotel, I strongly suggest this place rather than the tomahawk grill on site! The name of the restaurant clearly defines the look of our waitress! Bad service not so much because of the speed but the stupid appearance and the lack of tact and interpersonal skills. Unfortunately, it ruined everything! There are plenty of better restaurants in Thetford where you will be better received though. Looking at the other comments, we may have just gone wrong, but I wont be going there again!

A restaurant that improvises itself as a concert hall... 25 minutes behind the bar waiting to be served for 2 beers, it moves the room while everyone is inside, people sitting around the bar who are not there only to watch TV and dont even drink.... Ahhh and by the way I still havent had my beer.... Too bad because the singer was really cool

Yum salmon tartare with a touch of strawberries! I was hesitant, but was not disappointed. I had the duo - with beef tartare, which was also succulent. My partner ate their specialty, rare prime rib, which he found tasty. Fries a little too salty. Friendly and fast service. Very busy, fortunately we were on the terrace because we would have had difficulty hearing each other speak.

Very nice discovery, we are from Victoriaville and went following a recommendation from a friend. We had the prime rib au jus for two and we enjoyed it, very reasonable price, hearty plate, wine at a very reasonable price.

Since I tried to contact them in vain, I decided to share with you my experience, which led me to intensive care. Here is a copy/paste of the email I sent them, for which I have not heard from for 2 weeks. I am in no way questioning the safety and your procedures with food. I just want you to be aware of the situation since I was hospitalized in the ICU with food poisoning as a result. An elderly person certainly wouldnt have survived since I contracted a toxin from the tartare meat. I will explain to you the event of Thursday, June 1st in the evening. Me and my mother came to eat at the restaurant in the evening and both ordered beef tartare. I started having symptoms a few hours later and so did my mother. It is certain that the origin is beef or sangria since these are our only two common dishes. I was then admitted to intensive care in very poor condition for a healthy young adult.

Overall it wasnt bad, but before 9 p.m. Welcome and friendly surroundings, for the waitress she was very good, quite long delays but we had arrived after a group, so no luck this time. We took 3 starters to share, it was good, the cocktails as an accompaniment too. This is the moment where things are less desirable, and its just a matter of taste. I took a 20 ounce rib of beef, proportion ok, but I was surprised to receive the meat cooked in juice I imagine and not grilled as I imagined. Very soft but I didnt really like the taste. And second and last negative point, the music group, it was really good, but for an atmospheric evening, not for a chill meal with friends where we wanted to chat without breaking our voices and come out with 1/4 hearing in less. It was the big downside that made us rush out instead of considering dessert.

Bad service, 1:30 hour wait, we didnt get our meal, multiple reasons from the waitress, another customer arrived after us and got their meal (certainly 1:00 hour), mediocre chicken wing starter.

I love this restaurant! I go there for the tartares and brisquet, it s sublime! On the other hand, my last 3 visits were a little disappointing: - No croutons to serve with the tartare, we were served tostitos - No tartares, we took the brisquet. - After waiting 15 minutes before the waitress came to see us, she told us that there were no tartares or brisquet this evening! We left. Moral of the story: we will reserve our food next time! We discovered Rouge Poisson that evening. Beautiful terrace and excellent tartare!
