Nous avons passé une belle soirée à L’Artisan culinaire de Thetford. L'accueil était tout simplement excellent, chaleureux et attentionné. Le chef, en personne, est venu à notre table pour nous expliquer chaque plat, ce qui a ajouté une touche spéciale à notre expérience. Le vin était exquis, parfaitement choisi pour accompagner nos plats remplis de saveurs. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin, et tout était absolument parfait. À recommander sans hésitation !
Nous avons adoré notre expérience gastronomique. Un restaurant qui gagne à être connu par la qualité de leurs plats, leur prix raisonnable et la convivialité du chef et de leur équipe. Un endroit qui se différencie et où l'on en sort ravie. Un gros merci et c'est une chance de vous avoir dans la région.

This is a fantastic little restaurant in Thetford Mines. I highly recommend going to eat there if you are in Thetford Mines. Every plate is made with so much thought and everything our table ordered was simply delicious. This is the best restaurant in the area.

A wonderful meal. This is a lovely little restaurant with great service and great food. The server was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was imaginative and delicious. We had an opportunity to chat with the chef who explained that one of his most important ingredients was time - time to develop and concentrate the flavours in many of the sauces and ingredients like the caramelized onions. We are from Montreal where we have many great restaurants and L'artidsan culinaire can compete with the best of them food wise and beat them with their lovely atmosphere. I can highly recommend.

Very good, warm service from Marina and what can we say about Michels inventive, inspired and exquisite cuisine. All the services surprised us, from the little homemade marshmallow in the cocktail to the deconstructed sugar shack cone variation for dessert. My boyfriend was won over by the buffalo cheek. In short, go there without hesitation.

Very nice place, cozy, excellent service, very pleasant. Slight little remark, vegetables that are too raw would benefit from a little extra cooking, they would remain crunchy but not raw. . But other than that, I highly recommend. Thank you for this pleasant moment.

Amazing restaurant! Michel is an exceptional chef. He has a huge heart and a crazy talent for entertaining on a grand scale. They have prepared vegan dishes worthy of the greatest restaurants. Honestly, this restaurant is well worth its perfect rating! The dishes are tasty, beautiful flavors and the portions are generous. For the quality on the plate, the price is more than reasonable, its definitely worth the detour if youre in the area and want to treat yourself one evening!

We had a great evening on August 11th. Excellent and creative food. Special mention for the black pudding starter. Wine list at honest prices. If we come back to Thetford Mines this will be our unequivocal choice of restaurant.

Late review for a dinner in August 2020, but no problem remembering it... just thinking about it makes your mouth water. We discovered by chance but with great pleasure where Michel, the very talented chef whom we knew from our visits to his previous restaurant Le Patriarche, had gone. We made the round trip from Charlesbourg to Pointe-au-Pic just to have dinner there because we loved its refined, creative cuisine with particularly successful blends of flavors, all with impeccable service and very good, affordable bottles... Well apart from the atmosphere of the restaurant being different from the ancestral house of the Patriarch, we found this exceptional quality of cuisine with perfect balances of tastes and textures... pure happiness. This time it was the exquisitely tender buffalo cheek and the delicious apple profiteroles (almost as good as the top of the best profiteroles, the Patriarchs apple profiteroles from a few years ago which were executed slightly different way and of which we keep fond memories...). Let us also note the excellent service despite the inconveniences caused by health measures. I think that, if the pandemic ends up allowing us, we will subscribe to Charlesbourg Thedford mines round trips for dinner...!!! In short, don t hesitate to make a detour to eat there, you ll see that it s worth it!
