For lunch its very good. There was a bit of a lack of service, thats all.

Waited at the door for a good 8 minutes the waitress passed by me as if I wasnt there very disappointing, been eating elsewhere

Completely stunned to have been refused access on this Sunday morning at 12:45 p.m. We waited in line for 30 minutes. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) and when we arrived at the reception desk, the host simply told us that it would be impossible to receive us. Not that it would take another 30 or 45 minutes, not that we could be placed on (example) 2 separate tables of 4.... just no. They were visibly overwhelmed by the situation of this busy Sunday morning because we saw several free tables but it seemed completely insurmountable to wash and put utensils back on the tables. Ive never seen that! Thank you to the local McDonalds for being kind enough to feed us with excellent service because obviously the Normandy had reached its turnover today :)

Very slow service, very slow preparation of dishes even though there were only a few customers, however the food was very good

Second time we show up and are left to wait standing in the entrance for 15 minutes before being told that there will be a delay even though there are plenty of free tables for us to at least sit down, several people left because of this crappy service, the waitresses could have at least told us that there was a wait instead of ignoring us in the entrance

After waiting for more than 10 minutes in the entrance we left for the sorry St Hubert

The pizza fondue and pokebowls are excellent.

Hello unfortunately I received a plate of chicken wings which were poorly cooked which gave me and the person who accompanied me a nasty case of indigestion we came a second time and there was a shrimp in our nachos this could be very dangerous because one was allergic... I know it could be an accident or a lack of attention just please pay more attention to your dishes thank you

After 1.5 hours of waiting, difficulty getting a refill of coffee, we were told another 20 minutes of waiting before we got our plates, this is simply unacceptable. We left without eating.

We arrived at 10am. Sunday July 21, we received our plates at 11:15 a.m. (3 people), the 4th plate arrived 10 minutes later. The waiting time of 1h15 to 1h25 is unacceptable. The toast was not hot.

The plate of lobster mac is not worth the price at all! $19.45 for a small dish. At this price, I will offer the salad and bread with it at least. I ordered a salad starter with my meal and left the restaurant hungry! Total bill amount $93.76 and 3 people not satisfied. Last time for me.

Nous sommes finalement partie sans manger. Première expérience et dernière pour nous! La serveuse était sympathique et embarrassée pour nous. Si vous êtes pressé n allez surtout pas là.

12 inch pizza for $40, it s pretty expensive

Multiple errors during delivery, half empty plates, extra poutine $3.50 but there must have been 5-6 fries (no joke) and 3-4 pieces of cheese in the small bowl, the fries were not edible. The burger was requested without vegetables and without red relish and even though it was written on the invoice, it was still included. It cost $47 for 2 meals and it wasnt worth $15. Normandin, you are lacking in rigor, it s embarrassing and your restaurant is over for me.

After another 1 hour and more to get our plate we had to know what we had ordered, the egg was flat as a leaf, the coffee was cold, not much more to have a hot coffee and the ham was dry and the roasts very dry We were 10 people And no one was satisfied if you want us to go back and change our attitude please

Much too long for service then we were the only customers at the restaurant on Good Friday at the beginning of the afternoon we just ordered hamburgers it was the first time I ate at Normandin and Im not going back there

The day I visited I waited 10 minutes at the entrance so my girlfriend and I decided to move forward because the waitress came by 3 times and saw us and not even a word to say to wait. Then we sat down, some time later the waitress decided to come to our table, not a hello, nothing at all, she told us, I quote: next time wait at the entrance for someone to answer you in an arrogant way ...

A breakfast poutine served in a half tilted bowl of a ridiculous quantity 7 pieces of cheese a few slices of meat....smaller portion than for a child in some restaurants and on top of that 10 bites for $18 its expensive per bite . On the other hand, I have to mention that it was very good and that the service was great. The waitress mentioned to me that a Normandy supervisor had come by to make them put the breakfast poutine in a small bowl rather than the big one in the past, all the staff found it ridiculous according to her and I confirm. Oh yes, I forgot, I complained to the head office directly before deciding after 2 weeks without a response from them to come and write a review here.

Arrive at 2 p.m. to have a brunch plate: very runny eggs, half-cooked bacon, baked beans, more broth than beans, toast served with so much margarine that its disgusting, potatoes hot but still hard the only thing drinkable the little pâté. I like this restaurant because it serves breakfast all day because sometimes I like dinner, and sometimes I want lunch and. is the only one who does lunch me and my girlfriend go there sometimes 3 to 4 times a week and I like the new owner and I love the chopped steak I really like the vegetables, but not cooked enough too much went to eat, I like it a lot the poker bol.very good thanks again.

Nothing to say about the food, everything was consistent as in all Normandy. The service on the other hand was quite unpleasant, only 4 tables were occupied with 2 waitresses and yet it took a long time to be answered, no childrens menu was brought to us, no coffee refill received throughout the meal in fact, no visit to our table between receiving the meals and the bill. I had to go see the waitress at the counter to get the childrens desserts and I got a crude look while asking for one to take away and the other for here. I didnt take a chance and asked for the invoices at the same time.

Excellent restaurant! The food is delicious, the coffee is perfect and the service exceptional. That day, we were on the Bar side and wanted to watch the Billie Jean King Cup final, tennis. Our waitress kindly changed the channel on the giant screen just for us. We really enjoyed it! In addition, let us point out that there are Normandin restaurants everywhere in Quebec. It is therefore a safe bet during our short trips. If you hit the road, give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

The prices are in no way correct for the quantities given to us The cashier offered us 2 sizes of poutine (crazy/small and gourmet/large) but on the menu he offered 3. The medium size simply did not exist not according to the cashier. A medium Poutine would have been okay for the price, but they gave us tiny Poutines for $9.50 with tax. Also, lack of cheese, sauce and taste!

We have a reservation for 6 and they dont have room for us very disappointing

Following a reservation during the holidays, the employee informed us that he had not been able to find a place despite our reservation and no solution was provided. The employee did not even have the kindness to try to find a solution. There was space. at the bar but my 17 year old sowur couldnt sit there we left merry christmas thanks to the whole team

Ha, I love the lasagna at Normandin in Thetford, and Ive been served by the waiter Sylvain a few times, all waiters and waitresses combined, hes one of the best without a doubt. Very fast, simple, authentic, super polite, always smiling. Oh there were so many people this morning! Despite the wait which was understandable, the lunch was excellent, hot (!) and Lisas service impeccable! This woman is a customer service pro! How to summarize our experience, unparalleled service, our waitress listened to our needs and even more, thank you very much Émilie! The problem is the lack of staff. We had to wait more than an hour for our meal and despite this delay our pizza was poorly cooked. I understand the shortage but please do a little more to keep your employees.

Waiting over an hour to receive the meal. Sloppy presentation of the almost empty plate. Contents of the cold plate. No glass of water, I had to run the utensils to other tables....etc. To apologize, we were offered a big discount of 10% on the bill. We didnt go to the restaurant for a discount but for a good family meal on a Saturday evening. Never again this restaurant......

Lack of staff OK I can understand. The waitress was very friendly, courteous and smiling. However, we arrived at 5 p.m. and I canceled my meal (nachos!) at 7:15 p.m.... The manager was kind and came to explain. However, people arrived after us and ate before us. Looking at the reviews on Google, Im not the only one. Too bad because it s a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere.

For over a year we have regularly gone to lunch at Normandin in Thetford. We went there again this morning. Once again several errors in the order. After reporting a lack of cooking, uncooked egg, we let it be known that we would not come back so the manager let us go with her approval that we just had to go elsewhere. Never seen before.

God, its a long service and...receiving our main course straight after receiving our soup...

Really very disappointed! we ordered yesterday from Normandin we had it delivered, the delivery man was really very nice I give the star for him; we had 2 skewer meals and a chicken breast which was very disappointing the skewer tasted sour and was dry, the potatoes and the rice without taste the very ordinary sauce and not enough to stir it was smooth and on delivery they forced us to tip 15% for $79.01 lets say we expected much better

We went there for dinner 2 weeks ago soon. I had to ask the waitress for things several times, for example vegetables for the children, their drinks, she never came back to ask us if we wanted another drink or to see if everything was correct. It looked like she was running away. All our attempts to attract his attention were unsuccessful. I had to get up to go see her to get things because I wasnt able to talk to her. The service was very, very long. 1 hour before having our starters and still a good bit before our meals. A family arrived almost 1.5 hours after us and they were served almost at the same time. The food was good, nothing to say about that. We were really disappointed with the service.
