They do not serve you the food the as they show in their advertisement.

In drive thru they might get your order wrong or just not answer on speakers so take your chances

I always order black coffee, and I just got regular one in this morning. Wasted money and coffee.

The quality of Sangak was really high.

I had a solid experience trying out McDonald s latest menu items. I used the kiosk, which worked smoothly despite a packed restaurant. While the service was efficient, the stuffy air inside made me wish for better ventilation. The Big Arch Burger was the highlight. It was massive and satisfying. The thick beef patties and crispy onions, paired with their new tangy Big Arch sauce, were delicious. The price is a bit steep, but the quality and quantity justifies it. The Avocado Ranch McWrap (Grilled Chicken) felt fresh and balanced, with crunchy veggies and a flavourful avocado ranch sauce. The Raptors Crispy Chicken Nacho Poutine surprised me with its creativity. The crispy chicken, tortilla strips, and nacho cheese added a fun twist to McDonald s classic poutine. Lastly, while I ordered the new Bake Peach Pie, I ended up with their classic Baked Apple Pie. It was tasty as always, but the mix-up was disappointing. Overall, this meal offered great variety and quality. I ll definitely return to check out their next new items.

The restaurant was spacious and had a play area for kids. The staff were polite, and the breakfast quality was decent. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, I think it could be one of the best locations Ive seen.

Mcflurry was not mixed at all. just dense oreo at the top and untouched plain ice cream at bottom. do better

They never put enough ketchup. Its like giving everyone 1 mL of ketchup per burger is keeping them afloat financially or something. Its so weird.

Went to this McDonald s at Steeles and Yonge area and was breastfeeding my baby when I felt like this man was pointing his camera at me! And he was! Camera on and trying to pan towards me .. I was like excuse me sir! Do not record me and he showed me his phone with the camera app opened and tried to say no I wasn t I was just looking at my camera. The recording I got of him was just before I confronted him and after he panned to me twice! Inbelievable and disgusting! This McDonalds is filled with kids and moms because of the playplace! I m so upset.

Im collecting that monopoly double play, but I already buying for a week there, spend for almost 50 just to get that, but no monopoly double play in everything I order.. at first I thought that I might order the thing that doesnt even have that. But after 2 days of ordering, i think that they really didnt gave me that one.. so I keep on going for a weeks but I really didnt get any.. I just go to mcdo again because of that..

Food is good but service can be bad at times.

Poor customer service. The crew or manager on duty named CORA gave us attitude when we asked nicely for tray and for the cup for our cone ice cream. You guys need to be nice to your costumer, don t go to work if your not 100% ready to deal with the costumer. Not recommended, always missing out the order.

Ive had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant twice, and both experiences were disappointing. On my first visit, I received a burger that was inedibly salty. When I tried to return it after just one bite, the staff seemed dismissive and argumentative, insisting that it was impossible for their burgers to be salty. I even offered to let them try it for themselves, but they refused, claiming it had already been discarded. Unfortunately, my second visit was no better. I ordered a combo meal, but the fries were cold and hard, clearly having been left out for some time. At that point, I didnt have the energy to argue with the staff again, so I simply left the fries uneaten. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant again. The combination of poor food quality and unresponsive staff has left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is my favourite McDonald s. The staff is always so friendly, they keep the place clean always on top of emptying garbages and tables. They always come around asking how everything is going. I m happy to have this McDonald s close to home

Cheese is halfway off my burger and I waited 5+ minutes for napkins because their dispensers are empty. So many fruit flies around the bathroom. Customer service wasn t good.

By far the best McDs in the GTA. Drive and counter service always super friendly inspite of the high traffic location. Asked for my ice coffee in a regular coffee cup and they happily obliged. Highly recommend!

Worst drive-thru service location. 7 out 10 orders, employees dont know how to process mobile order. Always gets wrong order, and charge more than mobile offer.

The school students need staff to stop their shouting & loud noises. This is upsetting to many patrons. Also, the loud, funky music is horrible.

I mean, the food was good and the service was good, but the reason why I put the service as 1 star was because after we drove off of the drive thru, there was traffic and the car behind us couldnt drive on and we also couldnt drive on. Surprisingly very clean Mickey D s. Staff are superfriendly. Coffee is good and first time trying out chocolate, maple, and cookies & cream mini donuts. So good.

At all times, the coffee is cold and has not been corrected yet with several warnings and objections. Failure of managers to warn about the presence of homeless drug addicts in the restaurant environment has caused their number to increase and an inappropriate environment has been created and the bad smell of Maradona and his body is annoying.

Today we went to drive thru and specifically asked for NO BACON for egg BLT and still found bacon in it. I asked for Hash Brown and got french fries. This location (unfortunately) has been declining and the service and accuracy gets worse every time. I hope this review helps them to improve the service in the future... not a good experience.

I had an issue with my order. I was calm and explained my problem but the one who picked up the call was rude and did not even hear me out. Their phone had an issue as well and it was an horrible experience with horrible customer service.

One of the Worst McDonalds customers service experience I have had in my life . Let me get it straight away you GM Or Area Mgr needs to get Rid of Girl manager Named Ria and Staff Aakriti working today overnight 11.30pm , she is so disappointed, Disorganized and Absolutely No sense of customers service . NOTHING was ready every order takes 15-20 mins to serve by And Most disappointed was delivery drivers who were waiting every order more than 20 mins . They were so messed up and just running around like headless chickens . Someone needs to step up in this aspect . All customers weere furious and frustrated today by store . Please fix it

Always have difficulty ordering from the drive thru. The workers cant hear my order and I have to repeat it several times. Every single time when I order. They either need to turn up the volume on their head set or pay better attention

redeemed my points for a vanilla iced coffee in the drive thru but was given regular iced coffee. couldnt go back because I was already far when I noticed that it tasted nothing like vanilla and the sticker says L Ice Coffee. what a waste of 2k points which takes quite a while to earn. also no hi, hello, or thank you at the drive thru. straight up gave the cup and closed the window at me.

When you go to drive-through, be careful, because all of them are almost deaf they making mistakes in my order every time.

I came here with my husband for breakfast and we each bought a meal. I am collecting the happy meal toys and they happen to have the 2 that I am missing. I asked if I can buy one of each and they said no. They said they can only sell it with a happy meal. I don t have kids and I don t like pancakes but I was forced to buy 2 happy meal for the toys. All the other locations I went to had no issues selling you the toys. This will be my last time coming to this location as the service is not even close to my standard.

This is by far the WORST McDonalds chain in all of York region without a doubt in my mind. The employees dont care about any of the customers or their time. The food is sickening and one of the only chains thats got me sick multiple times. During the drive thru, they told me to go to the front of the store, after 40 minutes of no one coming to deliver my order I go in and its sitting right on the counter. The employee was not sympathetic at all.

They have non English speaking people and they are rude. Extremely bad service.

As always, I bought decaf coffee and it was cold, so I asked for a hot one. It took 15 minutes to give me a hot one.
