Lazeez Shawarma in Thornhill

Its just a nightmare to order food here. It takes forever to get ready and taste wise its pretty much bland. just not a spot to eat.

Nice people great food

Staff add very less quantity of toppings even when the toppings is paid for while ordering. Did not like the service as we had tell them everytime to put as per the price paid. They keep saying to pay extra for everything they add (which is supposed to be added by default). Bad experience. Would not recommend this location.

I recently tried Lazeez Shawarma, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst shawarma experiences I ve ever had. The chicken had such an unpleasant odor that I couldn t even finish a single bite. In fact, I ended up throwing the entire meal away. It s truly disappointing considering how excited I was to try their food, and I hope they take steps to improve the quality moving forward.

The food was okay. The amount of chicken they put for the chicken shawarma was not enough, specially for the price they charge. And if you want extra chicken you should pay one third of price for whole order, which is very expensive. Wait time is long and customer service is below average. I would not recommend this shawarma place.

Recently visited Lazeez Shawarma and was thoroughly impressed! The wrap was packed with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Love the service and staff was also friendly love their nature.

Handle my food with care, 10/10 customer service.

Missing food, didnt offer refund and they wanted to gaslight me that they sent the item. The other half of the food that actually came was dry (got chicken on rocks) and was not of quality. Look for another shawarma place if youre craving.

The best shawarma in the area! For the quality you cant beat the price. The meat is always perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are fresh. They do not skimp on topping and sauce. Just keep in mind they only do debit and cash.

I ordered for 2 shawarma sandwiches and I clearly told at the cashier those toppings I mentioned not to put and he said yes. And when I m about to get my order I ask again if there is no pickles,olives and peppers I ask him twice to make sure and he is so confident to say yes. Better I follow my intuition to open my order in front of him, because when I reached home those toppings I clearly say not to put are those inside my shawarma. I just wasted my money and time going there.

Service was good, even though they were flooded with Uber eats orders, the food was even better generous portions and great quality. I love this place will always come back friendly staff too.

Ordered both Chicken Shawarma and Beef Shawarma from Lazeez. The outside had the perfect crispness, and the meat inside was juicy and well-spiced. While both were great, the Chicken Shawarma was definitely my favorite! Highly recommend. Also, a big thanks to Shifana for being such a great host. Excellent service!

Lazeez shawarma was nice in some locations and bad in some locations, I would suggest everyone to eat and check before you order in loads.

I ordered lazeez on the rocks along with chicken poutine. Loved it!!!! The meal was really fulfilling and tasty. Would 100% recommend it to everyone. Customer service is fantastic.

I don t know if this place has changed owners because they have gone downhill significantly! We ordered 3 items online, came to pick up and when the staff handed me the bag, it felt very light so I checked. It was missing one item so I pulled up the receipt on my phone and told them I m missing one item. The lady (looked like the owner) immediately told me no you only ordered the wrap and the dunks without looking at my phone. I insisted for her to check my phone and she still insisted that I was wrong. Finally she took my phone with a tissue and brought it all the way to the kitchen. Then she handed me back the phone stone faced and said half an half right? and started making the fries. She didn t make eye contact with me and didn t apologize throughout the whole time. We had to wait another 10 minutes for them to finish making the order and as the other staff handed me the order, still no apology or even a smile at all. While we were waiting, we also noticed that the staff seemed so clueless and were bumping into each other not knowing where things go. Food is always decent here but if these are the new owners, we won t be going back.

I ordered the bogo chicken wrap and the portions have decreased tremendously since I last ordered a month ago. Last time I only had to eat one and I was more than full but this time I ate both wraps in a sitting. Im wondering if the owners changed? Anyways, I wont be ordering from here again.

Food is acceptable for a little hole in the wall but they don t take any Mastercard/visa (while every other lazeez does), employees are sweating over the food because of the temperature and what looked to be the owner sits there and gives commands while watching them work. Has a real convenience store vibe, not what you d expect going into a chain like this. Sauces also taste quite different, not in a good way.
