Don’t waste your money on bottle service here! Even after spending $300 for a booth, 2 of my friends showed up around 11:30 so I went to go get them, brought them to the door to the bouncer who brought us to our table and he told me that my friends couldn’t come in they were at capacity. He continued to let 10 other teenage looking girls in from the other side (without ID might i add). I went back up and said hey I paid for a bottle service and I’d like my friends to be able to come in the club. told him they are fine with paying cover- and he literally tried to charge my two friends $80 to get in with me when he just let at least 10 teenagers in for free. I don’t suggest spending your money here because even if you do, they clearly prioritize their high school patrons more than the people who are actually paying for drinks and bottles! there were females who couldn’t even walk out the door by themselves they were so obliterated before 11 even hit, girls being walked out by security because theyve puked / cant walk. Multiple females sitting on the side of the road puking. not a vibe at all, please save your money and go to any other club.
they promised cookies & gift cards. didn’t get a cookie and stayed 3 hours…………………. no gift card! just a 15% off coupon that expires in 5 days………no wonder this place is empty
They do not serve food there but they do at the restaurant next door. I find it a little bit dark but then that's probably just me.
Was there for the Noagar Jazz Festival as an alternate rain venue. The bar owner generously offered his place so the show could go on!
Honestly, the vibe was not up to the point. It was pretty average, but nevertheless it was fun. You need a large enough group to have fun there. drinks were quite expensive as well if you are on a budget. It's alright overall.
Seen Merkules concert here. Amazing venue, great location, lots of parking. Security for the event was excellent. While the floors were extremely sticky, it is to be semi-expected as people were very careless with spilling drinks. overall, had an amazing time and will for sure return for other events.
I have lived in the area for 20 years, and last night was my 1st time there. It is an amazing venue for live bands with the friendliest staff. Parking was a little tricky due to a car show that was also going on but still managed to park not too far away and walk a block.
This is definitely a place to go to see good band. The Trews rocked the night I went. Drink service was excellent. Even with a concert going on it was easy to get a quickly and get back to watching the band play. Parking isnt the best but Im sure you can find a place.

The security was extremely rude,which made my otherwise nice experience awful, the security that handled me should be fired for the way they spoke to me, no one in service should be working if they feel comfortable yelling and swearing at paying patrons when nothing wrong has been done, it felt like an extreme overstep of what employees should be allowed to say, belligerently rude, and extremely unprofessional, because of this experience I don t think we will ever return, sad that an otherwise fun experience is ruined by rude and disrespectful staff It was only one member of the staff that behaved this way.

If you havent been here...GO! There are several seating options. Table service & they make drinks that go with the band. Good bar service. A really great place to see a band!
Great family business
Bouncer refused a young man reentry to the bar. Now he has been missing for almost a year. This bar needs to be held responsible.
Went here to see a comedy show with my girlfriend and some family. A woman was falling over into tables, fell through our group and then tried to fight my sister. I had to get security from the front (nobody doing proper sweeps) after she threatened my sister. She was overserved, and the security said if she does anything well take care of it. Essentially this dude was setting a fight up. DO NOT GO HERE.
Our group called security on a severaly intoxicated woman who was yelling, stumbling, falling over things and starting fights with other patrons. When security didnt want to kick her out and we saw that the bar kept serving her, we left out of SAFETY. Its clear that this bar only cares about the money they make off of drunk patrons who shouldnt even be legally served, over the safety of their other guests. I would never recommend this place. Waste of money and time.

Cool place for thorold. Sound was a little tingy for metal music but cool place for sure. 4 stars because of intense security with non stop frisking, searching and presence. Some of them liked to walk around and purposely bump into you to show some kind of authority. All good though haha

Attempted to buy bottle service. Debit machine down and they dont take debit?. Was directed to the 7/11. Which charges 10% on withdrawals. Upon asking the manager he said 10% wont hurt me but I guess it will hurt you. Very nice attitude towards people who are trying to spend money in your business. Thanks is for the experience. Very unchill vibes

The club is good, owner is nice and friendly and atmosphere is good too.
Will never be going here again, witnessed 5 bouncers pull some poor young man out of the bathroom after he had clearly stated if they would like him to leave he will, instead they all held him down messed up his clothes broke his phone and performed an non consensual search of the young man assuming he had something on him that made it through security. Will not be supporting an establishment that promotes mob mentality barbarians to force their meek power on others.

Fantastic place to go see a show. There are lots of seats or couches that you can sit down on. So you can get a great view and be comfortable at the same time.

Bought 4 tickets for the euphoria night, sent an etransfer to them. Never ended up receiving the tickets in my email, so we opted to not go because we didn t want to pay again to get in. After messaging them for money back the next day they offered to transfer the tickets to the st paddys party the following weekend but being that we are from out of town, that would not have worked. They read and didnt reply to my friends last message explaining that we re from out of town. Very unprofessional.

Bouncers are racist. Let every single white person in our group in and refused to let the only non-white individual in. Moose was contacted and did nothing. Outrageous prices, horrible customer service, & power-hungry bouncers. Disgusted with this sh!thole of a place. And a double costs $18 (from the underage bartenders <3) , lmao.

Bouncer is incredibly degrading and I am absolutely appalled at the treatment of the young girls as we approached the door we handed him our VALID id s he told my friend to try not get pregnant tonight as he stared her down, she was so uncomfortable she started to cry. This bouncer Needs to be re-evaluated and taken off his power trip

Great atmosphere but the bouncers are weirddd. They take 5 minutes flirting with young girls and if they dont giggle along with their weird comments then the girls arent allowed to go in because they have an attitude.
Didnt check for tickets, overpriced drinks, no debit or credit accepted, decorated with shower curtains and tinsel.
I took an Uber TWICE, thinking this place was open because it said on its hours it was and it was closed and I paid for my Uber and wasted money and time, if ur not open please notify the public!!!!

We booked a booth with bottle service for NYE and we had a great time! The booth we were given was a bit too small for us, so we asked the owner if we could make our own booth with their leather couches and large leather booth and so we were able to do that and it turned out to be a great space for us to have some drinks, dance and spend time together. There were lots of security guards that were on top of everything and the bartenders did not stop with their great service! We will definitely go back and recommend the Moose and Goose to all of our family and friends!

This was a great venue for Big Sugar. Very cool place with a great layout; and spacious too. Ill be coming back for more shows and I dont exactly live around the corner. Ill be traveling from Oshawa, just to give you an idea of how cool a place it actually is.

Pretty good time. Security was tight and paying attention, good layout. A few things were bothersome, band was actually turned up a little too loud to the point it hurt my ears a bit which has never happened to me, the bathrooms were pretty gross, they had obviously not been looked at by a staff member all night, drinks were ridiculously overpriced at $7 per beer, and there was no parking close to the venue. We paid an extra $175 for a booth which made it so we actually couldnt see the band. We were also supposed to have a waitress coming around to get drinks for us. I believe she showed up twice and Im not sure I saw as much as a smile on her face. This was definitely a rip off. Overall it was ok......
Fun venue to see a show. Would go again, and plan to as well.

Great place to hang out. Watch the Raptors game last night and it was a lively and fun crowd. Decor is good for a bar, not over the top as you would expect in cities like Toronto. Worth checking out if you ever visit Thorold.

Ordered the same drink at the bar the entire night. Tasted different every time. Im used to Toronto prices so at least it was cheaper but the drinks were pretty weird

Really nice concert venue
Went for the Matt Good concert tonight. The music was phenomenal, but unfortunately I wasn t impressed at all by the bar service. None of the bartenders I saw (3 that I saw to get one drink) actually knew how to make one of their specialty drinks (they all either asked another bartender how to make it or had to look up at the sign above them). I asked for a top-up on 7-up after I d had a few sips since barely any was actually in my drink, and the bartender accidentally sprayed it all over my hand, but didn t offer a napkin or cloth for me to clean myself up. I d say if you re going to have specialty drinks, your bartenders should know how to make them - coming from someone who works in the industry.
Horrible venue to see a concert. The place is to small and just a runned down place all around. Drinks way to expensive. Not sure why Matthew Good would even play there.

If I could rate less I would. Who the hell doesnt accept a drivers license as ID? And asks for 2 pieces before even seeing it in the first place? I know where Im never going.
My friends need two pieces of Id and I was the youngest of the three and they would have let me in with one peace until they saw my friends. Very unprofessional security. They opened late and they did not accept Canadian drivers license.
