Jenn the front staff is the only reason I still come to this Tim Hortons in the morning, the majority of the rest of staff barely understand English and is extremely hard to deal with .

Jenn is an absolute delight in the morning before work.

Waited in the drive thru twice now. ALL lights on and no one is home. VERY frustrating! Change your hours on your website!

My favorite coffee French vanilla very good service

They put cleaning supplies in my tea, trying to POISON me and NOTHING was done about it!!!!!! This is the slowest Tim hortons and they constantly mess up my simple order. Its worth driving further to avoid this place.

Worst experience at location of my life. Lady taking the order for drive thru was rude and untrained. She had no idea how to deal with customers. Stay away of this location. I wont go there anymore.

Ordered egg and cheese today and got sausage . I dont eat pork. It happens many times that i got wrong order.

Flies all around, cleaning the dispenser and immediately taking order without washing hand, staff need training, cleanliness of inside counter is required, doughnut filling all over the counter, never going back at this location

Came around 7:30 pm and the answer was we are closing at 8 pm so we don t have anything. If you don t have anything close at 7:30 pm. No coffee and no food. I guess you guys are in wrong business

Donuts are maintained in a trashy manner in open trays and flies on it.

Go to the drive-through make my order ask for a 50 pack timbits with no plain timbits get home to find out there s a ton of plain timbits in the box so I return back to the location to have my order re-corrected and the lady proceeds to take the plain timbits out of the box and put them back on the shelf to resell Absolutely disgusting. This isn t the first time , got sandwich s last week with black rotted lettuce and meat . I d recommend not wasting your time with this Tim Hortons

Continued disappointment with the people at this location. 6 months between visits and nothing has changed, terrible food, cant make drinks. Shame its such a convenient spot. I wish I could give -stars. The quality with the staff here is in desperate need of retraining.

Its OK a little slow moving but sometimes worth the wait. People are friendly lots of parking.

Unfortunately location only cares about drive thru times. Customer service doesnt matter accuracy doesnt matter. Atmosphere is horrible for both employees and customers. New management only brought hostilities.

Semi friendly service, attendant dependant. Drive thru is pointless, you might as well make it at home - you d think with their slow service they were roasting their own beans. Poor service, too slow. I usually drive through, theyre as slow as snails, even when there are few cars on the line. Its the same story always. They need more competent and efficient staff. By the way the iced cap here is never full, why?

Horrible, the workers dont speak english, to give you the approriate order, everytime i uber something i get the wrong order. I ordered an onion pin wheel i got something else, i didnt ask for!!! Save your money and time. Dont order from here. Horrible experience and staff is rude

This is one of the most frustrating Tim Hortons to order from. I asked for a large iced coffee with no ice and the guy with a beard and sense of responsibility legit filled it up 1/3 of the way. He argued with me and told me that I shouldnt get extra coffee just because I dont want ice. I also ask for LESS base. (We order from this local Tims all the time) This was after I asked if they could fill it up. How is this any different than ordering a half coffee black? Two men started arguing with me about how they would get in trouble over this You have definitely lost my buisness. I know this guy owns the one on Victoria as well. In my opinion nothing beats Tim Hortons coffee with cream. I started using the new app and love it. Payment is easy the perks are appreciated. Been rolling up the rim and cashing in my offers too.

Just went through drive thru, they butchered our order got all drinks wrong and tried to hand us a random muffin.. then after fixing one of the drinks twice started giving us attitude which makes 0 sense. terrible Tim hortons stay away from this one.

Went here this afternoon ..walk in. The staff were awesome. The guy at the counter had my co worker and I laughing, and the other staff were also very friendly. Kudos to them for being awesome!!!

For a crazy busy place the people that work there are amazingly patient and courteous.

Every time I m here I see an employee by the name of Naomi. She is an amazing part of my day. She is always working so hard compared to the rest of the staff there. I hope her managers appreciate all that she does. It is noticed by us regular customers she has truly been an asset to this location

Great quick stop shop. Bought a quick bite for the ride home. Great facility, very friendly local people and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Parking: Lots of parking available close by. Wheelchair accessibility: Facility is wheel chair accessible and plenty of accessible parking available.

After getting gas, I went in to get a slush puppy. There was a sign in the window advertising it. I didnt see the machine inside so I asked the fellow behind the cash. He simply nodded no. I asked what that meant. Then he said we dont have it. I told him about the sign in the window. Then he said the machine was broken. I wasnt sure what to believe. Very frustrating. Just give me a straight answer the first time. I left with out buying anything.

Not really one to give out bad reviews but this has become insanely comical with this location. What we ordered: 2 Everything Bagels (Toasted with cream cheese), 2 Sm Ice Caps What we got: A headache. Been to this location multiple times and never once have had a successful trip. Not once have we had a single ordered repeated back to us correctly, getting through the orders alone is consistently similar to pulling teeth after you repeat it 17 times for the same poor soul to try to figure out - again a pretty basic order. When we pulled up to the window we were handed 2 bagels, 1 plain (after ordering 2 everything bagels... they were out of stock not their fault), an additional plain bagel with: Lettuce, butter and Maple Syrup... really not sure where the wheels fell off through out the ordering process? Maybe after the 8th time I repeated the order? Just another trip to Thorold Stone Tim Hortons.. Best of luck to this location, hopefully they can pull it together sooner rather than later for their own sake

My husband ordered a red eye Oreo cold drink and they gave us a ice cap with extra expreso shot and charged him the full price for the Oreo red eye. When he asked where is the cream, the Oreo and they said they dont have....so we were not sure why they charged us full price

I had not been to this location before and did not realize that there was no seating. Not sure how new this location is but very limited parking, off the asphalt in gravel area. Very busy at coffee break time, If you like standing in line, and then leaving immediately with your coffee, you probably wont mind this location. Located next to a convenience store and gas station.

I order a chicken ranch wrap with slow cooked chicken and got crispy chicken instead ... why ask what you want and give you the opposite

7pm on a sunday night and the workers said that they are closed for the night and they have nothing to serve??? Doesnt it close at 8??

There is no consistency. All the time different taste. Just today I told them sugar they put sweetener. Please train your staff properly.

The staff need better training but I know thats a lot for a cheap chain store to do. I usually go to Starbucks for the amazing customer service but was near timmies and wow. Reminds me why its so hard to get a coffee that isnt just a double double confuses some of these staff.

Have been waiting in line now for over ten minutes with only 3 people in front of me I have now been waiting at the window for my order and its just 4 drinks no food for over 5mins this is not acceptable... after 4 minutes of waiting at the window I had to knock for service. The woman seemed scattered and when I said I didnt need a tray proceeded to aggressively hand me my drinks while spilling both hot beverages.

By far the slowest Tim Hortons EVER. Every single time I wait at least 5 minutes, and thats with no one in front of me. 5 cars in front of me now amd Ive already been waiting over 10 minutes.

Worst Tim Hortons in Niagara. Literally can have 1 car in front of you and you ll still wait 15 mins to order. 1 out of 5 times they ll get my order correct double double with milk. Funny thing is I decided to come again and here I am with time on my hands writing a review and still haven t placed my order yet

Workers more worried about next Tuesday than the backed up line of customers that are in a hurry waiting to be served. Workers also move very slow. Workers do not listen to order instructions. For example when I asked 3 times to have my FV filled up at the drivethrough speaker, when it wasnt topped up and I asked, it was met with foul attitude and disrespect as if I did something wrong.

Just walked out of this store. Line up going past the door. New guy at the front helping customers. No one would help him. Asked for help continuously ( hey bro can someone help me ) no one helped, others were to focused on drive thru window. This Tim s has been a complete disaster from the beginning. Try out best not to stop at this one if we can. I d give them less than 1 star if I could

This Tim Hortons is a hit and a miss. Sometimes you re in and out no problem, sometimes your in line for 20+ minutes. Also, they are very often out of typical items such as cold brew coffee and select bakery goods.

Waited in line for almost fifteen minutes to get a tea. They couldnt offer me a sleeve or a double cup...boiling water is extremely hot when tea is ordered black. Very disappointed how Tim Hortons just cares less and less about custumer service.

Its a Tim Hortons like any other

Slow speed is what this restaurant has always been in. Slow is not the main problem, once I asked for a large cup of coffee and I was given a medium cup. I asked if this is a large cup? They answered yes. Its not my first time drinking coffee at here, and I still know the size of the coffee cup. The second time was yesterday, I asked for a super big cup of coffee and I got a big cup. This kind of shopping let me feel uncomfortable

Currently short staffed, so no open store front and very long wait time in the drive thru. Was a 17 min wait for 9 cars. You cannot exit the drive thru once in it.

Limited selection of baked goods, but they do have a constant change out so everything is fresh. Drive thru is usually busy, but quick. No inside dining. Washrooms are part of the convenience store attached to the timmies. Staff are friendly, especially Matthew. Hes new, but definitely someone who will do well in any position working with people. Parking: Lots of space for truckers to park

To put this Tim Hortons into perspective for everyone I spent 36 minutes of my 30 minute lunch in this drive through line There was only 4 cars ahead of me

One of the worst customers service ever!! I order a bacon breakfast sandwich on a croissant and I get home to eat it and they grilled the croissant which I didn t ask them to do and it was burnt Black!!! Waste of money and gas!!! This is not the first time this has happened to me and I m sure it won t be the last either.

Worst service ever. Order a tea and got cup of coffee with a tea bag in it. It took twenty minutes to get the pick up window only to have to repeat our order. Then they still manage to screw it up. As a side bar there was only one other car ahead of us and nobody in the store

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service or lack there of, that I experienced. Over 5 employees working behind the counter and after waiting ten mins with nobody in front of us, we are greeted with Im on my break but I guess Ill take your order anyway attitude and eye rolling. Clearly this Tim hortons needs to spend more time training their employees on proper social skills and they should implement a rule that their employees are off the floor while on break. Save yourself the uncomfortable experience and go to the one down the street on Montrose.

Looooong wait in drive thru. For fun I started timing people in front of me. From the time the car ahead of me pulled up to the speaker to order til the time he left that speaker it was 4 minutes and 9 seconds. Once youre in line you cant escape. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I see... machines are down, cash only. But why so long to wait for service?

There was a little bit of a wait in the drive through as it was lunch time. Kyle was the server and although the order had a minor error he made it right. He was polite and friendly....job well done Kyle.!!!

The started are not a representation of the staff at all, they were wonderful, just highly understaffed and it s such a small location everyone is crammed in. Most of the focus was getting drive through orders out.
