Food service here is great and always above expectations when chelsea is always on Food orders.. if you go during her hours she always aims to please.. I hope the back end that does these things for customers gets a nice Christmas bonus this year.. if not shame on the higher ups

Placed a mobile order that I had pre-entered as I was arriving as I didn t know if we would have time to stop before our appointment as there is frequently a line extending to the street at this location. They brought up my order at the speaker. Great. I get to the window and the window was open and the crew were VERY loudly talking crap about how I ordered mobile and I should have ordered it way ahead and customers shouldn t be allowed to order mobile for drive thru. (Unsure how mobile order vs me telling you my order at the speaker is literally any different???) Horrendous. If you re going to talk crap about a customer a) make sure the drive thru window is closed and b) use inside voices All that and my coffee tasted like garbage. Thanks Tim s! Can t wait for McDonalds to come to Thorold.

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been going to this Tims for about 3 years now and was even employed for a total of 9 days before I reazlied this establishment is a total mess. Anyways. Yesterday I go to the drive thru at around 12am asking for an ice water (as i do everyday , someone of the workers even know me by name as they love to see the new cups I bring in) & the man on drive thru processed to tell me I owe him .10 cents for an ice water. I explained to him that I have my own cup so the .10 cent fee should be removed as I am not taking a cup from them. He then proceeded to tell me that they now charge for ice as well as cups - making an ice water .20 cents. I said that is ridiculous as ice is literally water. I don t think i ll be coming back as this establishment doesn t know how to properly run a business.

The worst cinnamon raisin bagel I ve ever had. I had it with cream cheese, and it was not right. I had to throw it out. What a waste of money and miserable people at the drive-through.

Pretty awful. They forgot my dipping sauce after we had a whole discussion about it, forgot the donut I ordered and paid for, put tomato on my sandwich when I asked to have it removed, the coffee had so much ice in it I couldnt even get a straw in the cup. And the worker had zero warmth or customer service skills. No hello, thank you, have a good day, goodbye. Felt like I was inconveniencing them. Basically screwed up every aspect of the experience.

Not bad in Thorold but customer service needs work. Food is okay but.they need to listen to suggestions. Coffee keeps going up and McDonalds coffee. Gets cheaper.

This place is always lovely, kind staff and great food. They never skimp on anything and they make it fast. This one staff member in specific is very kind and always makes the food well. I dont know his name, but hes a white guy and he kind of resembles Troye Sivan. Im not sure if that helps, but if it does give him a raise.

The short girl with dark red hair tattoos and glasses making food at around 1pm today is probably the most ignorant food service worker I ve ever had the misfortune of running into. If you screw up a customers order, maybe don t give the customer the most ignorant attitude because YOU had to FIX your mistake. It s not that hard to read a computer screen which tells you EXACTLY what menu item you are making. Maybe spend less time talking and gossiping and mean mugging everyone on the other side of the counter and actually focus on making the food and their wouldn t be a ten minute wait for an order that will be made wrong. Ignorant employee should have a corrective action.

Staff was fine . Except the bagel maker is not a good bagel maker. Had to go back twice to get it right. Refused to give anything without extra charge. I barely write any reviews but this is one of the worst Tim Hortons, threw many experiences. This location does not compare to other locations. As well their expresso machine was broken. A franchise of this size dosnt have a spare machine to use?Should of just refused the whole order and asked for money back. Absolute garbage! Edit: Bagel.was stale . Threw it put the window for the birds!

New year, new business! For the past few months the customer service has been great, food has been on point for the most part with a few errors on cheese, and drinks have been excellent other than the broken latte machine for way too long which has been annoying. Some people are lactose intolerant so please remember the no cheese .

This is by far the WORST Tim Hortons in the world. They have failed to get a simply order right for over 6 months. I think most of the employees need to be retrained on a week basis and then let back out to the front. I have spoked to the manager on this matter for months and nothing has changed so I will never go back to this location. Today I ordered a biscuit with bacon and she repeated my order back to me and then asked me gain at the window and STILL it was just a biscuit it s nothing on it. Never have I received a refund and when they do remake my order ITS STILL WRONG AND I HAVE TO GO BACK A THIRD TUME. If you can, drive to any other location, o not waste your money here.

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere to be in. I don t why everyone one else is super mad and angry about this place. I had a fantastic time with my kids going here to get a coffee and a farmers wrap for breakfast. My kids got the same thing except for the coffee, truly and enjoyable experience. I will be coming back soon for more wonderful experiences like i have been able to get at this place.

I dont like that they turn off the toasters etc.. at 9pm when im starving for some toasted food at 9:17pm your sign says your open 24/7 Not impressed treat your paying customers better. Tim Hortons is getting way more expensive with lesser customer satisfaction. I wont be shopping at any tim hortons location again. Bad experience. This particular Tim Hortons has supposedly been having issues with their espresso machine since at least November 2022. Quite often, even if I come through their drive-thru multiple times a day, they claim that their espresso machine is down. Repairs don t take this long, so I believe that the employees simply don t wish to serve espresso-based beverages in the drive-thru (or at all). Ridiculous. Management needs to get their act together.

Consistently closed early, or nothing to serve. I order steeped tea. It doesnt take 20 minutes to brew a pot.

If youre looking for a fast and friendly drive-thru experience, Tim Hortons is definitely worth checking out. During my recent visit, I was impressed by the efficient service and welcoming attitude of the staff. The order taker was very pleasant and made sure to take my order accurately and quickly. The drive-thru was speedy, and I got to the window in no time. The person at the window, Suriya or Surya (not sure about the spelling), was incredibly friendly and had a genuine smile. They even checked back on my order to make sure everything was correct. What really stood out to me was how helpful and accommodating the staff was. I had forgotten to add an item to my order, but Suriya/Surya was more than happy to help me out and serve me promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend Tim Hortons for their excellent drive-thru service. With friendly and efficient staff like the ones I encountered, youre sure to have a positive experience every time. I would give them a 10/10 rating and would definitely visit again.

I bought a chipotle steak wrap. It tasted delicious but was way too small for the price. I would get it again if it wasnt so pricey.

Pls clean the lids before handing coffee in the drive through. So much coffee in the lid i had to park and clean it

Great service is the five stars but morning can get an outing but I know their flooded so I cut em some slack but morning are jam packed super long waits other then that its great ! I. Understand rush hour for the working folk is going to overwhelm timmies but someones theres 0 at tills for inside people but they do a pretty damn good job!!

their coffee consistently tastes the same. unlike many other timmies ive been to. they are friendly. drive-thru can get backed up to road but is fairly quick. Parking: parking can be tricky cause of how it is situated with the drive-thru. but over allit works well enough

Whats the point of mobile order if I had to wair more than half n hour to get to my order. I came in 15 mins after I ordered and they didnt even start making it untill another 15 mins I waited and asking them about my order. There was no line up ... All the other people who came after me left with their order!!

Given wrong order. I ordered a 20 piece plain donuts but recieved assorted. Did not know until I got to my meeting where plain donuts were specifically requested. The person taking my order even double checked with me about plain and still got assorted.

Don t get anything with eggs from this location! When I get the breakfast wrap the last few times the egg has been GREEN. This has happened multiple times, at first I thought it was a fluke but it happened again today and it s always from this location.

Went through the drive thru. The quality and taste were great. But both breakfast sandwiches were not the sandwiches that I ordered. Staff were also discussing that they were sick and wanted to go home. So hopefully I do not also get sick

Brought my service dog in and was told I couldnt be in the building. I said that she was a service dog.then I was asked for her paperwork, which I replied, you dont need my dogs paperwork. Then when my coffees were brought they were slammed down and was given a dirty look. To me this is unacceptable. I wont be coming to this location anymore and Im telling all my friends and family to boycott your tim hortons.

Please fix your French vanilla machine. It has been broken for months and is flat (no foam at all) & constantly has gross floaties in it. I stopped coming here for this reason and had someone bring me a FV and right away I knew where it was from and they confirmed the Thorold store. I have addressed this with staff but clearly it isnt a concern.

Every time I have been here the service is super slow, they are out of items and laugh about it. They try to rush you before you are finished ordering. Overall this location is one of the worst I have ever been to. Whoever is running this should be fired along with everyone else and rebuild. I will not be returning, I d rather have 7-11 coffee than put myself through that hell again.

Today is November 2, 2023 and I visited this Tim Hortons around 9:00am. I have to say I ve been going to this Tim s for 5 years and this is the best service and bagel I ve ever received. Whoever made my bagel today, amazing. I wish that this tims would train all their workers how to make the bagels like this because half the time I go there is no butter or not toasted at all. I also want to add that when their drive thru line is long they toast the bagels on the panini press and that s unacceptable just because you are falling behind isn t fair to the customer to have a badly toasted bagel.

Tim Hortons is a gold mine cause everyone who tries the coffee or food fall in love with the great food and service the friendly service at this location. They hire students and have good training practices. I always enjoy my visit but I cant always afford it so I make sure to buy the Tim Hortons ground coffee so I still enjoy the great taste at reduced cost

Worst customer service. Came 20th March around 2 am. The Person working there lied to us that it is closed and then later the female worker as well. They were not willing to serve us.

This used to be my favourite place and my comfort place every morning for the past 1 year I have been coming in to this place. I work super early in the morning and this is the only 24 hrs tims that is close to my job and they used to let me order a bagel, donuts or muffins at 2am or 3am and staffs were amazing but now recently they said there is now a new rule that they do not sell food until 4am only beverages. broke my heart as this is the only place I can get food at that time for me and my colleagues but I guess not anymore. Hope you can remove that rule and I would love to keep coming to this place we understand no sandwiches but something that is already available I hope you let your patrons buy it that early in the morning.

Only location in the area Ive been to that refuses to toast croissants and make my usual breakfast. Its an option if I was to mobile order but if I want to go in in person I get refused. I dont understand how one location can refuse a service the others, and the app, offers.

I work in construction and our shop is down the road. Honestly one of the better drive thru Tim s in all of Niagara. Always get my order right. Only complaint was when their ice machine was down. They had a sign on the speaker box but had either blown away or blown over- couldn t see it. Person working the window gave me my iced coffee, and it was warm, not cold. When I asked about there being no ice in the drink, he said we have no ice, we have a sign you should have seen it. Little disappointed that s what his first response was, but asked for an iced cap instead and was charged the difference with an eye roll and an attitude as he walked away. As a former Tim s employee, If you don t have what someone wants/ can t make it due to a machine malfunction, you shouldn t be charging more. Wouldn t have cared otherwise, but I was working in an attic for an hour with 30 degrees plus humidex- I was just trying to cool down. Other then that, pretty good service. Bad physical location (drive thru can be hard to get into sometimes) but it is what it is.

Super friendly staff! Nice and clean! My coffee and bagel are usually perfect! Vegetarian options: Im pretty sure you can order any of the stuff without meat! Not sure if they still have the beyond meat though. Parking: Parking is a little tricky since they are right on the corner. It tends to make it tricky. We went through the drive-thru and the girl working was rude when we ordered. When we got to the window the rudeness was even worse. Not only did she just push the sandwich out without even looking it wasnt even on the right bagel. We asked for a straw and she didnt hear or care.. We will honestly dive out of our way before ever going back to that location.

I dont appreciate having the drive thru employees throwing a tray of coffee at my wife for no reason other than like how her car is done up.

I go here every day because my school is down the street from here but today it took sooo long just for one item they missed up my order a few times but got it fix and I get it when there s a bunch of people in line but I feel like they should be faster and today on Wednesday October 26th around 2:20pm the girl on sandwich station was rude and didn t care about calling the food out and just slammed it on the counter then just walked away plz fix this also don t say that your food is wrong A they don t care and B they don t want to to complain

My cousin in law is heading impaired and depends on lip reading for communication. When his wife pulled down her mask to ask what he wanted so that she could order for him, the employee behind the counter became hostile and refused to serve them. Horrible customer service and previous reviews concerning this issue have been somehow removed
